I had a screw in my tire that was causing a slow leak. Cox removed the screw and fixed the leak for no charge. I ll definitely be using Cox when I need new tires. It s nice to have a great local tire shop in the area that treats their customers well.

Always check your vehicle after getting an oil change with them, I got an oil change from Burt brothers a while back and checked to see when it was due they put 5w-40 in my car when it takes 0w-30 to 0w-40 in it and they ve over filled my oil. I followed the steps from the manufacturer recommendation and even with the oil consumption it is still way over filled. They also recommend a lower control arm replacement $500+ repair but ended up actually needing my sway bar links replaced much cheaper repair so always get a second opinion, unless you re some millionaire which most people are in that area. That was my experience good luck.

I want to highly recommend this business who supported me, a new customer, at a time of need during a blizzard. They were kind, courteous and eager to please. I will definitely return to them for my car maintenance and mechanical needs. Also appreciated their fair pricing during my emergency.

I just want to say the biggest thank you to Dallas from Cox. He went above and beyond the call of duty He assessed the problem, got us in and out quickly, and then didn t charge us. (Btw never rent from Fox Car Rental! They were trying to say a flat tire was my responsibility because I signed off on the car when I rented it. Unbelievable!)But Cox made it right!!Thank you again for your compassion, Dallas.Pictured below was the bolt that was lodged in the tread of the tire.

The best experience I have ever had having any service done for my car. Not only was the service good, but they were finished quickly and still did quality work. On top of all that, they have never given unsolicited suggestions that 1000s of dollars of work need to be done to my car immediately because it might all of a sudden fall apart without any of the many sensors detecting a thing. Great experience, I highly recommend Cox Tire & Auto Service.

Easy to schedule an oil change. Friendly staff. I trust them to do the job and give me the information I need to keep my van running smoothly.Clean waiting area with complimentary coffee and bottled water. Good WiFi so I could work while getting maintenance done.I m a repeat customer for a reason.

Cox Tires is my go to business for anything to do with my tires. They re always polite, friendly and efficient!! And their waiting room is clean and doesn t smell like tires which I ve experienced other places. I would recommend to a friend.

Extremely polite very organized, fair and honest. After you re done doing business and you start talking to them, you also realize that several are veterans not only do they impressed me with their mechanical skills in running a business they also make you feel proud of our military. I highly recommend you find a way to do business with people like this.

We did research to find an auto shop in Park City. We ve been to Cox twice and they have exceeded our expectations including saving us hundreds of $$$ for unneeded work that another shop recommended. We now have an auto shop we can trust. Also, Veteran owned!

We drove our Caravan here from Indiana; about 1500 miles. The dashboard was showing change oil even though I had it done just before we left; should have had 1500 more before another change. Not sure if the oil mileage hadn t been reset or if the mountains and higher speeds had affected the oil. Dipstick was only very slightly low. I went to Cox Tire because of positive reviews. I explained my concern and one of the guys willingly came out to check it and said it looked okay and didn t smell burnt. He reset the oil mileage gauge and didn t charge. Their lot was packed with vehicles but he took a few minutes to settle my concerns. This is a quality place.
