I was greeted by a technician as I was pulling up. He was friendly and guided me to where I could wait in the establishment. I was then greeted by a women who offered me something to drink while I waited in a comfortable lounge with snacks and a golf simulator. They were no longer than 30 minutes, my car was ready to go with the wrapped swapped tires loaded in the back, and I was on my way. I will look forward to choosing this location twice a year for my seasonal tire changes. Thank you for making it so easy!!!

Great business idea and perfect execution by Steve, Mattias and the team. They were fast, super easy to deal with (book online) and have a terrific lounge to hang in while you wait. I ll be returning with our other vehicles. Big departure from the other place in PC we ve used in the past.

I recently visited 30 Minute Tire in Park City and was blown away by the experience. Unlike other tire services, my appointment was quick, taking only 20 minutes, and the staff was professional and friendly. It s rare to find such efficient and pleasant service. I m definitely returning for anything tire (or cleaning!) related.

Not much to say - they advertise that they will swap out your tires in thirty minutes and do exactly that. I also paid for an interior detail and it was done well. Great place to get your tires taken care of. They also have a golf simulator to help you survive that 30 minute wait.

"This was truly a fabulous experience from start to finish! Booking on their website was super easy, and adding the appointment to my calendar was a breeze. I also received a text message reminder, which was really helpful. The directions were clear, and the service was prompt as soon as I arrived. The whole process was super smooth and professional, and I honestly think I was out the door in less than 30 minutes! The pricing was reasonable, and the business is locally owned here in Park City. There's really no reason to go anywhere else!5 stars!!! "

This is how business is done - I had a flat tire on a rental car and the rental car company called around trying to find a place to patch my tire. Most places were too busy, thought they couldn't patch a Tesla tire, or were swamped installing snow tires. They finally came across 30 Minute Tire and called them. They got me in and had the tire properly patched in very little time. They even aired up all the other tires which is more than the rental car company did when I got it. While I waited, the owner came upstairs and had a nice conversation with me. I liked being able to look out into the shop from upstairs to see the work being done. If you need a tire patched, tires swapped/stored for winter, or any other services they offer, I highly recommend them. I also like that I'm able to leave this review as a genuine review... No signs telling me to give them 5 stars, the owner didn't ask for this... I'm leaving this review because they truly did a good job, the employees were all super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the service exceeded my expectations. If this were a franchise, it would be my number one pick to get into business. Reasonably priced and the owner clearly values his employees for the job they do and service they provide. Any other place would have been too busy and treated me with an attitude of indifference. Thank you!

On time, did an EXCELLENT job balancing the tires. I m very particular about tire balance. I frequently end up bringing the car back to most tire places to have them do it again. Dealership seems to be the only place that gets it right the first time. 30 Minute Tire got it spot on the first time! Great job guys, thanks, I ll be back!

Fantastic experience! Respectful technicians who don t treat women like idiots, which is refreshing in the tire world. Convenient local and nice lounge to wait in, with golf simulator included. Enjoyed an espresso and only waited 15 MINUTES!!!!

Best tire swap experience I ve ever had, quick and painless.The customer service is WAY better than that of the competition one exit further north.They are also cheaper, faster, and they provide complimentary drinks, and snacks. Oh! They also provide a virtual driving range, and putting green while you wait.I refuse to go anywhere else for now on, support your local business!

This is the perfect Park City tire service vendor. Easy apointment and left in less than 30 minutes with snow tires switched (they also ordered tires and had them delivered to their location for me.) The waiting room is a clubhouse!!

These guys are great - I brought in my SUV to get snow tires put on for the winter months, and they had the job done within 15 minutes. I had a subsequent problem where the tire sensor on the car wasn't connecting with the tires (this is a recurring problem we have with our car) and they squeezed me in the next day to take care of it. Great service, super friendly!

The whole experience was easy and pleasant. I was greeted by the owners who introduced themselves, took my keys and directed me to the waiting area.My car was immediately brought into the garage. I sat on the second floor and was able to watch my car being worked on through large glass windows. The whole building was clean and modern-feeling. I especially appreciated the large time clock in the garage which was started when my care was brought into the garage. My tire-change time was 13 minutes and 13 seconds- much less than 30 minutes! I was done and on my way in 20 minutes.I already plan to return in the spring to have my seasonal tire change done. I have already referred 2 friends to 30-minute tire change.

Can't say enough good things. We just moved to the area and needed new snow tires on 2 cars... both experiences were so smooth. They got us tires and installed them, each >30 minutes. Coming from Denver, where you'd need to book a tire change months out in the winter and leave it at the shop for a day, this was mind blowing. They got my tires and in the shop within 3 days. Thanks!

A GAME CHANGER! I am so happy to have found 30 Minute Tire this season. Not only was it super easy to make an appointment online, but the entire experience was great. We had our winter tires put on our two cars, and both times they were finished in less than 30 minutes. In fact, I had an 8am appointment (showed up a few minutes early) and was heading back home by 8:18am. I met the owner, Steve, at my last appointment- very nice guy!

Overall fantastic experience - 30 Minute Tire called me up after I filled out the contact form and talked through a few different options for snow tires and I was able to book an appointment a few days later. Just finished up and it was 19 minutes from start to finish, great little lounge area to hang out in while you wait. 10/10 will absolutely be using them again.

Finally, a great place to have your tires changed in Park City. What a welcome relief! Super efficient scheduling system, super fast, friendly service. Great place to hang out while you wait less than 30 minutes to have your tires changed. The owner is awesome! I hope he crushes it! We needed to have competition in this market for so very long. I have a set of the factory delivered tires on a 23 Bronco that other places were not able to get balanced properly.I brought it into 30 Minute Tire this morning after discovering they use top of the line Hunter Equipment in hopes that I may finally get the car in balance.Sure enough within the 30 minutes my tires were in balance and I was provided a readout of what the before and after measures were.Everything else was some of the best experience and service I ve had with a tire shop. Will be a faithful customer for the rest of my time in PC.Thank you.

Carlos and Sergio did a great job fixing a slow leak on one of my truck tires. They were extremely friendly and efficient. Great guys, great place. My new go-to tire place. Also, Matias set up my visit and made things easy.

Had a great experience!! I just purchased a new car 3 weeks ago. Needed to get tires changed for snow tires, store the regular performance tires and get my old car s snow tires recycled. They did all of these things and I was there for 29 minutes. Workers are extremely professional and efficient. So much better experience than what I have had previously at the BMW and Land Rover dealerships in SLC. Thanks!!!

There was a lot of availability to schedule an appointment. It was easy to schedule online. It was conveniently located. The waiting room was very comfortable. They do 1 car at a time. Within 30 minutes I was in and out! Steve (owner) greeted me and was friendly and grateful for my business. I will be a repeat customer.

This place is great. I needed to have my snow tires put on the car before the upcoming storm. I was able to schedule for the same day, the appointment time was exactly as promised and the facility is really comfortable for the short wait (golf simulator!?!) Definitelly worthy of five stars. I'll be back.

Love this shop. First used them to diagnose a tire problem with my factory tires. Now I use them to swap my all season for winter tires.Very easy to make an appointment. Very quick to perform the service while I waited. I got in, waited upstairs with a drink and a snack, and moved on with my day when they were done.I ll definitely keep using them for my swaps and for my tire service on my Tesla.

I was blown away by the fast service. Steve, the owner, was very accommodating. This is how a business should be run. They have a time clock on the wall showing how much time has elapsed. Mine was 15min.45secs. to change out 4 tires on my Tesla.Very easy to use the website and schedule on line.I hope they are successful, as tires are changed out in the Spring and Fall. They have to figure out what to do during the off seasons. I think possibly, oil changes and detailing would work.I wish them best of luck and success.

The appointment was on time and the work was done quickly. They also gave me good advice regarding how to deal with uneven tire wear on the front vs. rear tires (common on Teslas), which will result in saving money. The waiting room with cookies and golf simulator is a huge plus.

Excellent service! Less that 15 minutes! Being able to sit up top, play golf (golf simulator), drink coffee with my dog made my tire change experience most comfortable. Typically a dreaded experience. Thank you for adding this service to Park City!

After calling Burt Brothers and being told they d need me to leave my car for 2 days for a tire change over I found this place.Booked an appointment for 9am the next day. Showed up and they were finished in 30 minutes while I waited in the comfortable lounge.

Can not speak more highly of this shop. Great communication, very professional and polite. They have changed 15 sets of tires for me over the past few days with zero issues! Very fast service. Their balancing of tires is spot on. No issues with tires sensors. Competitive pricing on new tires. Hands down the best tire shop in town!
