I bring all my vehicles here! it s hard to find a mechanic I trust and feel confident in what I m being told, but I can say they have earned my trust and respect! Trust. Quick service. I was traveling and hit by a deer. The front and electronic was completely damaged. Ben reviewed the entire car and ran checks quickly to confirm the core functions were not hampered and I could still drive the car to a bigger city. He spent time checking all details, sympathized with my situation and did not charge me for any of the inspections and recommendations. Big Thanks Ben and owner. Respect.

Super Service!! Friendly and respectful gentlemen. (Made sure he washed his hands before entering my Jeep!). Took us in immediately upon arriving for appointment, knew exactly what was needed for premium oil change and had everything in stock. Traveling thru or would return again!

Our car broke down and we had it towed to this location. I am glad we did! The staff is very friendly and honest and I could tell they made an effort to get us taken care of quickly since we were in a hurry to get back on the road. Stew took great care of us when our transmission went out on our road trip. He made sure we were fully informed of our options and taken care of even when he was out of the office. Ben got our new transmission installed as quickly as possible once it arrived. We really appreciate the honesty and understanding of our need for an urgent repair!

Would give them ten stars if I could.Was travelling and they got me fixed up on what is generally considered a dealer only service. Price was extremely reasonable.

Thank you for getting us back on the road! ZZZWe got a bad oil leak 15 miles out of town, with smoke out the back and oil all on our undercarriage. Royal express trans & auto were mindful of our time and squeezed us on the day. Once fixed up, they were also considerate to recommend us next door to buy engine oil to save us money.

Awesome experience. I'm not from town which as we all know can be somewhat scary. My experience was a 10 out of 10. Nothing scary at all!! Thanks much for the professional hospitality!! I highly recommend Royal Express.

Traveling through on our way to AZ. Our car lost power 15 miles outside of Panguich. We knew we needed immediate help. Called and asked if we could get in for a diagnosis and have the problem fixed. We putted into town and the owner helped us. An hour later we were on the road, full power. We were treated exceptionally well. The right place at the right time. It was miraculous.

We weren't sure what to do when our transmission went out in our wheelchair van on the way to Arizona. The service and experience we had with Stew and his crew was amazing! They were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and felt like a priority

While on a cross country road trip, I began to notice an issue with my front left wheel. After stops at two other mechanics, I was told both times it was regular wear and tear and there was no safety issue. However things continued to get worse. Thankfully I was able to reach Stew at Royal Express. He took my concerns seriously and looked beyond the surface issues to discover a deteriorating wheel bearing - definitely a safety issue! He was able to order the part and get me back on the road in just over 24 hours. Very happy with the service I received at this shop.

The owner was so kind and helpful. We had a knocking sound under the rv. He is not an RV specialist but still took the time to come for a drive with me. He looked at it ans then referred me to someone who could fix it. This man was concerned by our situation and evidently wanted to help. He also fixed a code on our car and showed me what to do if it happens again.If ever I come back to this area I will surely have any work done on my car here. I trust this man and I tell you I know honest people since I've been ripped off twice in other places and really appreciated his compassion towards us and our rv and car problems.

The owner Stew took excellent care of us. While visiting on vacation our pickup started having overheating issues. Stew got us in right away and fixed the problem even though he was already super busy. To top it all off, he charged us less to fix the problem than a dealership would have charged just to diagnose it. Absolutely top notch shop with amazing service. If you're ever in the area and in need of auto care, I highly recommend this shop. Stew will take care of you!

After spending a month in Phoenix I was driving my 97 Honda Civic back to Washington State when my car stopped wanting to go into gear. I assumed it was a bad cable so the clutch wouldn't engage. I didn't think I would even make it to salt lake city. Caught Stewart on his way out the door for the day and he took the time to look up the part, determined this car uses hydraulic instead of a cable. Showed me how the mechanism works, and where the hydraulic master was at. Of course it was empty, he filled it, and it began to work. He saved me a very LONG trip home without a clutch. He also wouldn't take my money. Great guy, treated me with professionalism even though I was just passing through on my way home. If I lived with in a 50 mile radius of this shop they would be my go to.Service: Engine repair

I really wanted to like this place after reading the reviews. Made an appointment, as there is no mechanic in our neighboring town. Arrived at my appointment time, and was told by the guy working the front desk that I won t be able to get you in for 30 minutes. I have to eat lunch. Now, I don t want anyone to go hungry, but this seems like poor time management. Why accept an appointment if you re not going to be available as a business to offer your services at that time? I would have been happy to wait had they been running behind with prior appointments - but making a customer wait so you can eat, when they ve schedule and made time out of their day, is not professional.Hopefully this will serve as helpful feedback for the owner. I certainly would never want one of my employees to tell a customer they couldn t be served at time of their appointment because they had to eat.

While traveling through, my van developed a 60 mph shake! Others reviews expressed great service, so I just pulled in. They were able to get me in and found the issue. Fair, honest and friendly. I wish all businesses ran like this. Thank you guys for getting me back on the road!! The reviews are correct.

HE WILL LIE TO YOU AND RIP YOU OFF! I was driving out of town and stopped there to get something checked out in my car. He said something was SERIOUSLY wrong with my car and said he will replace a piece but I have to stay overnight because they have to order it. I didn t trust him so I kept driving and stopped at another shop. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my car and they just had to connect something back. The guy there who I think is the owner (older guy, wears glasses) thinks he s very good at manipulating people to make them believe he s a good guy. Also, why is there a sign on the door that says you must wear a mask before entering when NO ONE in there wears a mask? He doesn t respect your space or your fear of catching covid.

Royal Express is the only place I will take any of my vehicles to be serviced. They have the latest equipment and fix cars right the first time. Not to mention they are the fastest within at least a hundred miles. It's a small town so I will admit that I know the owner and he is a great guy. If you are traveling through they will be honest, fair, and get you back to your vacation as soon as possible. They stand behind their work too which for me is a big deal for me.

My old SUV broke down on the way to Bryce on Labor Day weekend. What could have been a really terrible situation ended up great once we got to Royal Express. A friendly tow truck driver took us there and they were able to fix my truck up perfectly! Martin even came in on his day off to make sure we were mobile for our vacation weekend. They were extremely prompt and very kind. Highly recommend!

Whether you're a local or traveling through and have Automotive issues don't even go anywhere else. The people are extremely friendly and helpful and go that extra mile to make sure that your vacation is interrupted as little as possible. They can fix anything here from a simple flat tire repair to a whole new engine and transmission all while doing it quickly and competently. I've lived here in town for many years and will not take my car anywhere else to get worked on.

Would give 6 stars if I could. The owner(?) and mechanic went above and beyond when another garage (won't name names) nearby wouldn't even help. Long story short, we were driving from Zion to Bryce on a icy, muddy day with our windshield wiper hoses frozen solid, creating a dangerous driving situation. They quoted us 30 minutes, but had the car inside the garage in about 15. The mechanic went to town with a hand dryer and got the wipers up and running again. Just to be on the road again, I would've paid over-the-top for something simple like this, but they didn't charge us a dime. Really great guys, please give them your business!

Although he was very busy and could not take me today, he asked me what my problem was and told me what it was most likely caused by. I believe his name was Steve, the owner, and he was incredibly helpful although he did suggest for me to go to the other shop in town. I highly suggest you do not visit the other shop in town and stick to Royal Express instead. I was able to Google and troubleshoot my own problem within 15 minutes of Steve giving me some Direction. He even offered to see me first thing tomorrow morning in front of some other appointments he already had. I would recommend this place to anybody that has car trouble in the Panguitch area, even if they are slammed. The other shop in town will not give you the time of day.

We were towing our 34' fifth wheel when our Dodge 2500 started overheating on a Sunday night. Through a referral from another local automotive repair shot, we found Royal Express. They got us in first thing Monday morning and if not for a hose that had to be ordered, we would have been on the road same day. Friendly, fair and quality service. Highly recommend. Stewart and his team are above top notch. We were towing a Fiat 500 with our camper van and debris left in the road ruptured the fuel tank on our fiat. Stewart convinced us to have it towed to his shop, 30 miles away, had the part express shipped from Salt Lake and had us back on the road in 40 hours. This level of service in rural america during these times gives us all hope! Thanks Team Royal Express.

Our truck was overheating on our family vacation to Bryce canyon. They quickly fixed the problem at almost half the cost it would have been just for the diagnosis at the Chevy dealership a couple towns over. They were quick and did an amazing job! Thank you so much!

Not very accommodating to an outside visitor for a quick oil change. Would have used this business but they said they were too busy to assist.

Simply awesome auto service!Called with a brake issue, took the car in, waited just five minutes for the techs to make a space in the bay to check the issue. Found out the brake pad had gotten scrubbed off by road grit (showed me the brake pad with the grit on it). The shop called the local parts house which only had the gold plated $$$ pad in stock. The shop owner loaned us his van to drive during the weekend while more reasonably priced pads were ordered. BTW, the shop owner is who told us the local parts price was too high.Thanks Royal Express!
