These guys are fantastic. We went to vacation to Bryce Canyon, and had a rental van. The van had a nail in the rear tire, and the spare had a cut in it. We were able to get to Orton's on the spare, and they started work on the flat immediately. We were there about 20 minutes and were able to continue with our vacation. They really stepped up and saved our day. We could not be happier. I wish there were more honest, hard working independent shop owners such as these gentlemen.

Would be 5 stars if it weren't for one bad employee! Great experience having a new set installed and the gentleman recommended increasing psi on rears when hooking up camping trailer to travel home. When I stopped on my way out of state a different, large bald employee took my request but totally brushed me off and lied about increasing to 60 psi. 200 miles down the road they were 48 and 51. Just one bad egg, I guess, at a suburb shop!

We had a flat on our rental car, they were slammed. But they told us they could get us in. We made an appointment with them. They were polite and worked hard to try and accommodate us. Highly recommend. Thank you!

They did a fantastic job for a fantastic price! We're traveling from Texas and noticed that our trailer tires were wearing down more than they should. Stopped in this morning and 1 hour later, 4 new tires installed! Woohoo!

Got a flat on a road trip and they got me in on short notice. Fast service, friendly staff, fair prices. They could have charged us more due to our situation but they did not - they will treat you right!

Absolutely FANTASTIC experience! We were visiting all the way from Maryland and woke up this morning to a giant BOLT piecing our truck tire. We were referred to them and ended up driving straight over, no warning. They got us in and patched up in less than 5 minutes. Would trust these guys with anything!

We popped a tire outside Bryce Canyon, and I m so glad we chose this shop! They re a family business that obviously cares and does great work. They finished the job in record time for a very fair price. Panguitch is also the cutest town and well worth a visit.

After visiting Bryce Canyon for the day, we got to the car about 4:30 and found we had a screw in the tire of our rental car and it was leaking quickly. We made it to a service station in town to get some air in it. They recommended we call Orton which was about another 20 minutes away. I cannot say enough about the exceptional service we received and how nice the staff was there. We knew they were closing soon, but after explaining our situation to them when I called, they made sure they stayed open and waited for us to get there. It was such a relief. I highly recommend this place of business for how they take care of customers and for their friendliness! Thank you!!

What a blessing Jason was! Stopped here in a pinch, and not only were we greeted by a friendly face, and fast service, but given solid advice and a low price on our repair. As travelers heading out of town we were ripe to be taken advantage of, but this tire shop was fantastic.

We got a flat while visiting a nearby national park. Noticed it about closing time. The AAA driver who assisted us knew Orton Tire and personally had a phone conversation with them, asked them to stay a few extra minutes, and took our punctured tire for repair. We followed slowly on our "fake" tire and when we arrived we found the most tidy and clean shop with an extremely pleasant man who had already repaired the tire and then switched it back out for the spare. We were so grateful and will never forget this kindness. We were just traveling through, but if we lived near there that would absolutely be our shop! Please use them for any and all automotive issues. I know you'll be glad you did.

I noticed one of my RV tires were about to blow with the tread coming off. I found Orton Tire on Google and they were 20 miles down the road. I figured I'd have to wait 2 or 3 days for them to get the tires delivered but to my surprise they had them in stock. The price was so reasonable I decided to get all 4 replaced. Can you believe they even offered to loan me their truck to go get lunch while they changed the tires? You sure won't find that kind of service in a big city!

Stopped in on my way to Zion to have one of the guys take a look at a tire on my RV that had a small amount of wear that I was concerned about. He took a look at it and could have sold me on a new tire, but said to just keep an eye on it and if it gets worse to replace it! Happy with the help and honesty!

The warning light for the tire pressure came on and the gentleman at Orton Tire checked the pressure and put air in. No charge.

Great service! Got a flat tire during a road trip to the canyons. This place was open on Saturday and we got lucky it wasn't busy, got the tire fixed in no time. I was literally out in 25 min! The prices are great and the personnel is very friendly. Thumbs up!

Great spot for a tire change! We re from across the country and are driving in a minivan visiting the national parks, and we got a flat in Capitol Reef. Everything around Escalante was closed on a Saturday, but luckily this spot was close to our next stop, Bryce! They were friendly on the phone, friendly in person, and super quick. Great experience for our non-ideal situation! Also cheap, and clean bathroom. Awesome.

Left the national park on Saturday July 3rd only to discover a bad tire on my truck while pulling a large travel trailer. Showed up on their door step just before closing on a holiday weekend. They stayed after hours to put a new set of tires on and not only did they do it with a smile on their face but they did it for cheaper than your typical chain stores. Orton tire is a fantastic establishment with fantastic staff!

I was driving cross country and was about 20 miles past Panguitch when my low tire light came on. I was heading into an area with no services so I backtracked and ended up at Orton Tire in Panguitch, and I'm so glad I did. Here I thought I was going to be stranded but the team at Orton Tire checked out my tires, refilled them, settled my nerves, and sent me on my way. These guys were terrific!

Tires were not available, they ordered that day. Gave me a call as soon as they were in. Replace two tires, balanced, replaced valves, took one of the tires replaced and put on the spare rim. Clean garage, friendly people and charged slightly less than what had been estimated. Also put proper pressure in all the tires. Very happy

I visited this shop on a Sat to have a tire puncture repair. They got me in quickly and I was happy with the service. However, there was one issue that troubles me.The puncture was in the center of the tread and the leak it caused was pretty slow. The repairman removed the tire and then simply put a plug in the tire from the outside. I was a little troubled with seeing this because I had thought that this is no longer considered a good repair. But I didn't speak up because I was uncertain.Well, I just got new tires 6 days after the puncture. I asked the employee at Discount Tire if they ever just plug punctures. I also asked if this is proper. His answer was never and never. He said tire manufactures require tires to be "filled" and "patched". The plug is done to prevent water from seeping into the tire and damaging the steel belts. The patch is to stop the leak.I also googled this and the answers I found were the same. Plugs alone are NOT SAFE!However, I am an old guy and I do know that this used to be standard practice.
