Perfect example of honest people and not going to just try to upsale you for their profit. These guys set me up with perfect LED lighting for when I m upIn the mountains. The high beams (stock) weren t any better than my low beams (stock) and they sold me high beams that are LED and perfect for what I need. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. Will be going back to this place soon.

On time, on budget and excellent service! Let me explain... I had a leveling kit on my Ford F-150. It looked okay but made the really stiff. I injured my back and decided it was time to look for a smoother suspension system. I called a frend who is a service manager at a local dealership. After explaining my dilemma, he said you've got to see the guys at Ultimate 4x4 & Accessories.In stead of just trying to sell me a system, they listened to my concerns, checked everything on my truck and then made a couple of option that would serve my needs.I am very pleased with the results! Despite my first comments, they actually completed my truck a day before they promised. They were very careful with my truck and the work looks and rides great! I highly recommend the team at Ultimate 4x4!

Pretty disappointed with the service here after seeing the positive reviews... Took my Sequoia in for wheel spacers and alignment after installing a lift myself. I arrived to find 2 center caps missing and a third barely hanging on. They told me "they were already broken" to which I responded "it's been driven 140k miles and had 3 sets of tires without any issues with the center caps" (Important to note, the center caps don't need removal to take off the wheel.) I explained this to the Tech and his response was that he was concerned about scratching my center caps which is why he removed them? Not a huge deal if they would have handled it more professionally, and with customer satisfaction in mind. No discount or replacement offered even after requesting a replacement. These center caps are $103 a piece to replace from Toyota. Went in and paid for a $180 service and left with a $300 bill. I wanted my truck back the way I left it with them, and they could have cared less. Completely unsatisfactory and unprofessional service at Ultimate 4x4Reply to your response:Yes, I did the lift myself. The spacers had been backordered and I did not have them at the time when I installed the lift. When I got them, I figured you guys could throw them on when doing my alignment. Not that I was incapable or "Setting you up with broken caps" lol. I would have happily accepted that if it was offered yesterday but instead your guys took the "blame the customer approach" I'll take care of it.

I have a family member that purchased a vehicle that belonged to what I would believe is the owner or someone of importance selling a car for one of their family members. My family member put less than 3k miles on this car and the motor had to be replaced do to the engine being bad after being told the timing had been done and the head gaskets had been done. And car was in amazing shape. Sure they had receipts but the motor was loaded with Lucas and bandaid to get by. After 4k in repairs the car is back on the road. As a 4x4 business i i can't comment as honest people and truthful. This left a bad taste in my mouth and several other peoples.

Love my setup** update 8/25/2017**I've had some questions/issues with my truck and the suspension. These guys have bent over backwards to be accommodating and fix any issues or problems it may have.I lost one of the pieces to my rims and they gave me a replacement for free.These guys have excellent customer service, I trust them totally.Sometimes they seem a little busy and I have to wait two weeks to get something major done. However, that seems to be normal for these specialized 4x4 shops.

These guys are the best in the valley. Provided perfect recommendations based on the look I wanted. Clearly communicated throughout the process. Things took longer than they expected, but I had zero issues waiting for a quality job to be completed. I get compliments all the time on my truck. Everyone thinks it's an F-350, even though it's a far superior 3.5 EcoBoost. Seriously, couldn't be happier with their work.

As someone with experience in the customer service world I understand that it can be difficult and frustrating dealing with the high influx of projects and people.However, after reading the reviews I can see it s not the knowledge of the technicians that most complaints are addressing rather the lack of quality customer service. I called asking a simple general question and Instead of getting a no we can t perform that service here I was rudely hung up on twice.I gave two stars to give them the benefit of the doubt as I haven t had the opportunity to receive and properly review any services they may have provided me.Optimism goes a long way. If you can t care enough to answer a customers question and take care of them why should they trust you to care for their vehicle?

I'm so happy with the work I got done at Ultimate 4X4. They've done a few jobs for me, but most recently they installed some custom/removable motorcycle wheel chalks and some new D-rings for tie-down points in the bed of my F350, and the process couldn't have been better. They are straight forward in saying what they can and cannot do, knowledgable, competent, and also creative in finding a way to make things work. Very happy with the work and the service.

These guys are clutch! They know everything there is to know about lifts, tires, engines, wheels and accessories. They have every brand you could possibly want And know which ones work best with which vehicles. I highly recommend going to these guys and getting the job done right the first time

I took my truck in to be looked at for a steering problem that I thought they were going to be able to fix. During some discussion and talking about what the problem might be, the staff suggested they take it for a spin, look it over and give me the best suggestion for fixing it. They were honest, upfront and clear with their suggestions for the repairs.Unfortunately for them, those parts had been replaced a few months prior and were still under warranty. I wasn t able to utilize them for the repair, but want to give a huge shout out to their customer service, professional conduct and honesty in my dealings with them. I would definitely come to them for any off-road upgrades or repairs just based on this experience.

STOP SCROLLING... Call here first and go here. A family owned shop that has been around forever.I've been working on a off body restoration on a 72 truck for over 4 years. I don't know how to do everything and have relied on shops throughout the Wasatch front to help guide me and to do the work. I have a six inch lift on the truck. I wanted to smooth the ride out and went to two other shops to see what could be done. The first shop put new Fox shocks on and mounted them upside down and the second shop I took it to said that it was correct. They said it was that way because the front shocks would hit the frame if mounted right side up. The ride was rough and I was extremely disappointed. I called and spoke with Nish, he immediately on the phone explained to me what needed to be done and asked I bring it in for him to look at it to see what should be done. He reviewed it and even though it was a fairly simple fix, he wanted to help me resolve it quickly. I was willing to buy different shocks and to buy or fix whatever I needed to do to make it ride smoother. Most other shops would have try to up sell me to other shocks and resolutions that would of cost thousands of dollars however this was not the case with Ultimate 4x4. No pressure, only a understanding ear and a way to fix it with not buying or upgrading parts.The truck was brought in and not only were the shocks fixed but they went the extra mile on several other things. The tech (Sanja) on my truck was amazing !! The way the steering shocks had been mounted had also be done incorrectly and he fixed that along with tightening of bolts and replacement completely of a bolt on the header to the exhaust. They treated my vehicle like it was their own. This is rare in a day and age when it is increasingly difficult to find good quality service. THE INTERNET WILL NEVER REPLACE THIS KIND OF SERVICE. THIS IS SERVICE AT ITS FINEST AND AT ITS BEST !!! SO, YES STOP, you have found the shop of your dreams, a family run business that genuinely cares and KNOWS their line of work. NO BS and a extensive understand of all they do. Come here for all your needs you will not be disappointed.

This shop was recommended to me by 2 different sources both of which I highly trust and often seek out their recommendations. I walked in on a Friday morning and explained what I needed for my Chevy Silverado 2500 HD and Nish instantly responded with what brand of part would be the best solution to fit my needs and what it would cost and how other brands compared. He then picked up the phone and ordered my parts and advised me to come back beginning of next week and he'd get me squared away. He also advised what the cost for install would be. I came in this afternoon and had zero wait time, an hour and a half later I was on the road. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because Nish quoted me cheaper labor costs on Friday than what was actually due after the install was done. And...in closing Nish did not provide any information on the new parts, suggest an expected life timeframe of the parts, etc. It's not a show stopper in my book but was a good opportunity to provide me with some customer service and peace of mind...being a first time customer. Other than that I'd recommend this shop, the guys are laid back and knowledgeable, they definitely don't screw around and don't come across as ignorant or chaotic.

Below is a one star review I left for Ultimate 4X4--the place Install Connect sent me to have work done for parts I purchased on Extreme Terrain. I've never seen such poor customer service. I cannot believe you send people to these guys. They blame their poor workmanship on cheap parts from Extreme Terrain (see their response to my Google Review). Shouldn't Extreme Terrain want to know one of their preferred installers is trashing them publicly? My jeep swing gate door still will not open and as you can see by the picture, they put the locked position handle straight up vertically--a small inconvenience compared to the swing door not being able to open. They are unwilling to fix the problem after taking it to them twice. What should I do? My personal hours devoted to this problem are racking up.Sincerely,A long time Extreme Terrain customer.--Steve

I got my Jeep lifted here and I was very happy with the level of customer service and professionalism I received. The staff here is very knowledgeable. I wasn't exactly sure what lift I wanted and they took the time to help me figure it out. The price was reasonable and the workmanship was awesome. I will definitely be doing more business here. Keep up the good work guys. You are clearly passionate about what you do and it shows.

Great shop. Great service. Purchased a tanaue cover for my F-150. In and out quick. Had a slight problem and they fixed it perfectly. Just upgrading my headlights to LED and am super happy with the pricing and professional information I got on the product.

These guys are cocky, could barely get a conversation in on the phone before they spoke over me and jumped to conclusions. Will never have them install anything for me. Change the attitude.Will not let me reply to the comment by the owner. The story is I have a RAM 1500 Limited with Air ride. I wanted to level it out with the links and spacers to fit 35's. I did all the research and the parts and reviews were great. Very very simple install. I called 4x4 and they turned me away saying it won't work and they have the experience and every other thousands of people that have done this are basically wrong and the installs 4x4 had done were service nightmares and doesn't work etc.....So I went ahead and ordered it myself. took me 2 hrs to install the spacers and links. WHICH if done right and the instructions are followed there is no issue. Links are adjustable to fine tune, I have been riding for a year now with no issues and all ride heights retained etc..The issue was the attitude/reply and lack of even trying to assist or to even listen to what I had to say. Had a really positive experience here. Nish was awesome to work with, super communicative, and I left as a satisfied customer. I'd come back again for more work for sure. I had a 2" leveling kit installed, new tires mounted and balanced, and an alignment done. Truck drives great and I'm super stoked on how it looks.

Incredible customer service, great mechanic and fair priced ! I love my Tacoma and I usually never let anyone work on it but I was busy, didn t have air tools, and needed someone trustworthy to install my suspension. They did a great job and responded to all my questions. Only thing I wish they could have done is weld my sliders but they were too busy. I highly recommend them, especially in an industry where people have a tendency to cut corners or overcharge for services.

Definitely not the best place in the county. Their prices are really good, for good reason. I got a 3-1 leveling kit for my 4Runner and they ended up being more expensive than they had initially quoted me for. That wasn t a big deal but they didn t communicate it to me while they were installing the kit. When I got it back, they said everything went great so I paid and left. After driving on the highway I noticed it was way out of alignment so I called them back and asked them about it and he said he forgot to tell me about the other problems they found. They were pretty unorganized so I ll give them the benefit of the doubt that they truly did forget about the problems and didn t intentionally withhold information from me. They weren t flexible with their schedule at all and they didn t leave me a message when they finished installing it. He did show me how to fix it... on my own. Definitely would have gone somewhere else if I would have known how much of a hassle it was going to be.

Nish and his guys at Ultimate 4x4 are awesome. They got me set up with a leveling kit for my 2020 Silverado Trail Boss, bigger tires and wheels. It looks amazing. They were competitive on pricing, they were professional, they got me in and got the job done pretty qyick. A few things that stood out about Ultimate 4x4 - I really wanted the Toyo AT3, but with everything going on and all the shortages Nish said there weren't able to get them and I'd have to settle for the AT2's. To my surprise Nish got a hold of a set of the AT3's.. I was stoked. I also ordered a wheel and decided I no longer wanted the wheel (after it had arrived). The day before my appointment I went in and told the guys I wanted a different wheel they didn't act annoyed or like I was putting them out.. they made it happen and got me what I wanted. Very happy with Ultimate 4x4, the quality of work, and the professionalism. They all seem to have a passion for what they do. Thanks guys.

I was here back in june-ish. It was an ok experience. The wiring work is fine but the install of the switch is pretty novice looking to be honest. They left a pretty decent gap on my dash that the boot for the switch doesn't even cover completely. For an almost $500 install of a basic pod set and the other reviews I expected a cleaner final product. I'm confused because the mounting of the external hardware is pretty dang crisp. On the interior though it's like they just decided they were done trying and did whatever it took to make a hole for a switch. I don't know that I'd make the 2 hour round trip for more work to be done but it seems like a fine and honest establishment.

These guys are AWESOME! Nish and his team are super knowledgeable and can accommodate any of your needs. I ve used them for lift kits and modifications to vehicle repairs and even working on my snow plow truck! Honest, fair and great customer service. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Ordered a rear bumper with spare tire carrier through Extreme Terrain. The install was scheduled through Install Connect with Ultimate 4X4. The guys at Ultimate 4X4 screwed up the install twice. The gate will not open or close unless 400lbs of downward pressure is applied to the gate. After going back the second time, the guys said it just needs to "break in". The install video shows two girls putting the part on with the swing gate nicely opening and closing with one hand--not 400lbs of downward pressure. Additionally, the gate handle is supposed to be positioned so that closed is in a horizontal position. Ultimate 4X4 initially put the closed positon vertically upwards, then "fixed it" by making the closed position vertically downwards. I was going to take a brand new Tacoma to Ultimate 4X4, for extensive mods. Now I am not sure if any of the mods would be put on correctly. Avoid Ultimate 4X4 at all costs!********************************Notice in Ultimate's reply to my review they shift blame to someone else--no one should work with a business like this! The product I ordered was from Extreme Terrain (Barricade Parts). If they do not like the product, they should not be one of their preferred installers. Ultimate 4x4 couldn't even put the handle on correctly. I will send a photo to show how bad this is. Avoid Ultimate 4X4 at all costs--you will be disappointed with their service!

I called them and had to call multiple times wouldn t pick up and when they did they wernt able to give me a reasonable answer to my question, got really mad when I tried to explain what I wanted he would cut me off and jump to conclusions. Really POOR service over the phone hung up on me, I called you guys because your Professionals but instead made me feel stupid and that i was wrong. Fix your attitude its a bussiness not some guy working out his shop.WORST SERVICE ive EVER had hands down
