Overall we had a good experience. Our salesman, Kyle was great to work with and Ryan was very helpful in getting the vehicle accessorized and trimmed the way we needed it. All of the people we worked with were very friendly and easy to work with. We were actually kind of a pain in the butt customer.The only reason I gave three stars is because the day we came in to pick it up took way too long. We arrived at just after 11:00 am and finally left at around 2:00 pm. There was only one finance rep available and he was busy with a customer for over two hours. We had to wait all that time because no one else could help us. It seems pretty inefficient and inconsiderate to make customers wait so long. I would suggest cross training and/or making sure there are sufficient personnel to cover customer needs in a timely manner.

It wasn t a smooth deal at any given point of time. Discussions with sales men should have audio recording facility just like finance discussions were recorded. My car didn t come with moonroof . This was the feature sales men first talked to us. This was compensated with Dashcam stating moonroof was not included in my purchase. If I don t agree, i was asked to leave the car and they can cancel my transaction (after waiting 3weeks, this is what I get to hear from them). My old car had few issues, I can not step back. Accepted what I got. Management team were fine otherwise I would ve given less than 3 star. I am not blaming the whole dealership. I met few great men there who helped me at the right time. This is just my experience. You may find right team to help.

I'm normally not fond of dealerships but I traded in at a great value which was right in line with Kelly Blue Book, plus I was matched with Todd who is iconic in the dealership being there for 25+ years? His non-pushing personality made me feel at ease and I wanted to work with that rather than the traditional lot salesman. He listened, he researched with me, and a few days later the exact new vehicle I was looking for showed up. I went with the hybrid non-plug in Rav4 XSE and am quite pleased. I have two Rav4s in my family and we are considering trading in the 2019 for this newer 2023 model mostly because the gas mileage is so much better on the XSE.

I had a great experience here. My check engine light came on, and of course always think it's going to be lots money to repair.The tech I worked with grabbed his tester and it came back as a simple gas cap situation. He replaced the cap and on I went. No fuse, no muss. Thank you!

I feel that every time I come in to have my car serviced I have a good experience. This last time was probably the best, thus far. Drew always makes sure to take care of me and I must have picked the perfect time/day to take my car in, because I was in and out within an hour. Drew always answers my questions and gives me suggestions on what I can do to take care of my car between services. I'm a happy custom, for sure

Hands down the worst experience we have ever had buying a car. I wouldn t trust Andy in finance, the receptionist, or Jordan in sales. The dealership received an accidental double down payment, each for $26,000 from us. They refused to assist us in getting this matter resolved in a timely manner. The receptionist even hung up on me purposefully on 3 separate occasions. I wish I could say more here about the situation so you could see how messed up it actually was but there is a character limit. We are definitely going to be reporting this dealership to the BBB and you can find the entire story in our Yelp review. Disgusting people, disgusting dealership. We will never do business with them again. Neither will anyone we know.

The experience with Orville, Ryan, Wes and team at Brent Brown was fantastic. I shopped a few different dealerships and they were so responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend them to anybody looking! Love my Tundra too!

I went in to get a sensor fixed on my tire and have a couple other routine things done. The employees were nice and had good communication. Only 4 stars because everything else went well but my tire sensor still has issues and I have to take it back in again.

Had a pretty inconsistent experience with this place ... My wife and I bought a car here and traded in the one that we had, but we didn't get as much for it as we thought we would ... We started driving our new car, but the doors had some serious problems. We took the car back to see what they had to say about it, and they said that to get it repaired it would cost almost half as much as we spent on the car in the first place, even though they sold the car to us with that problem. The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because our sales rep that we had was so nice in showing us our options, and working to get the repairs taken care of without us needing to pay for them. Brent Brown, please make sure that the cars that you are selling do not come with pre-existing problems.

Rylee and Todd are probably the best sales persons I ve ever met. No high-pressure and always giving information as it was asked. I was very impressed with how they facilitated and helped us to feel good about our buy. Nate was also an asset and helped me to feel good about my purchase. I ll have to say that in the many times I ve bought vehicles this one was the best experience. Thank you Brent Brown and Toyota.

Brandon claimed they inflated my tires per the report. But my car still has the tire PSI warning on. It s not a faulty instrument. So it makes me wonder what else he claimed they did and simply didn t. Plus he was nowhere to be found both times I needed him (checking in and checking out). I guess this is normal for him given some of the other reviews I ve read on here. I won t be servicing my vehicle with this service department anymore. They aren t honest.

An hour and a half+ for my warranty maintenance. Seems a bit long for what was done, and I had an appointment, too. The work done was great as far as I can tell. I would have given them 3 stars because that wait time seems to be the average for this type of warranty work, but I added a star because the service managers are pleasant and helpful.Service: Auto maintenance

I purchased a brand new 2023 Tacoma from them, they have left the cap off my oil spout. I had to pay out of my pocket to replace it. They wouldn t not call back to do a check of everything after I had notified them They haven t fixed my brakes. They won t cover warranty items. They put it back on the customer. They claim to do service and maintenance on your truck while having it for 6-8 hours and nothing is completed. The plastic on my instrument cluster has cracked in two places, both from blow where I can see it. Obviously a factory issue, and they claim it s not their problem. It s a brand new 2023 truck! They will not return phone calls. The list goes on and on. The entire dealership is a mess. No one takes responsibility or cares. I would not recommend the dealership nor the service department. Worst customer service and work I ve ever experienced.

Got in for my first 5,000 mile service on time. Was pleasantly greeted by Drew and service was complete within about an hour. Relaxing and comfortable waiting area. Great overall experience!

I was disappointed with my sales person. She was lazy, never followed through on the timelines or info she promised. I would not work with her again. If they assign me to her again, I'll walk out of the doors and go to Larry H Miller. EVERY SINGLE PERSON I worked with after her, the accessories guy, financing, etc... were awesome. I've had a good experience as well with the service department! They earned the stars, the sales lady lost the other two stars.

Brent Brown Toyota service is second to none. I didn't even buy my car here but they take excellent care of me and I love using them. I recommend their service department. The staff is very friendly. They run on time. They will take me home and pick me back up if it's going to be a longer repair.

Service was excellent. Had my first 10k service done on my Tundra and the whole team was very friendly and nice to work with. Found some recalls that needed to be done as well and I got lucky and they had the key I had been waiting on since I bought my truck new from another dealer.

My experience with Brent Brown Toyota was excellent. I had a noise come up under the hood after I had run over a curb. The service department was wonderful in getting the car to to tech to determine the problem which was done the same day. I was given a ride home by their shuttle service which was wonderful.

I had an 8am appointment. No one else was there when I arrived. It took 2.5 hours to change one tire. Didn t let me pick up my car for another 30 minutes after it was done. No communication when I reached out. Very frustrating.

I had a great experience at every step of getting my car fixed. It was easy to make an appointment and all the staff members that handled my check-in/drop-off, communication during the repairs, as well as the courtesy shuttle drivers were friendly and professional. I really appreciated the great customer service and how quickly they diagnosed the problem and completed the repairs on my car.

We love Brent Brown and have bought many cars. The service department deserved 5 stars, but I had an issue when I went to pick up my truck. That made me want to give it a 3 star!Brand new truck, going down the freeway and all of a sudden big burst of wind started coming through the sunroof (yes it was fully closed).Got to work, looked at the sunroof and the front left corner was solid and wouldn t push up, front right corner would push up easily about an inch and a half.Took it to the dealer, they called me the next day saying they couldn t duplicate the problem while driving it and some movement is normal with sunroofs. I explained that much movement is not normal or ok.They said to come pick up the truck.I picked the truck up and drove it around to the sales side and had a salesman come out and look at it and he could understand that it wasn t ok. He went and found their lead technician and brought him out. We showed him the issue and he immediately had an idea what the issue was. He took the truck back and within two minutes found the problem. They had a younger technician looking at the truck originally and he was not looking in the areas and not asking the right questions to those who could have helped him.Can t blame the service advisor cause he has to trust the technician is telling him the correct facts.

Needed a part fixed on my new Tacoma. They ordered the part and said they will let me know when it arrives. Well 3 months later and other things being replaced in between the first time I had taken it in. I finally call customer relations and got it fixed that same day.

The people in the service department are great. Thanks, Daniel. I rated the experience 3 stars because the problem I came in for (check engine light) came back as I was getting on the freeway going home from Brent Brown. In other words, my problem was not fixed and it cost me.

Bought my car here and got the service package with 3 oil changes, 5 tire rotations for $240. Service has been great. Just make sure you call a week ahead to make an appointment! Services usually take an hour. No complaints!

They gave me a time estimate for my service and, an hour after that time had come and gone I went to the service stalls to inquire. The guy in charge of my car was on break and no one knew whether my car was ready or not. Turned out it had been ready for over an hour and he had forgotten to notify me. I asked them to check the battery and its warranty during my service they did neither. I have since left a message with the warranty desk and never recorded a call back.

Got special treatment and I really appreciate that. Kyle Bougious was very good to us. Got the car first service while it was there. Only problem is that it still has the same issue that I brought it in for .. Now that we re 250 miles away????

Enrique took the time to explain and review in detail all the service done to my truck. He got me an Uber ride back and forth to the dealership, including helping me track down my gloves I accidentally left in the Uber. Thanks for going the extra mile Enrique!
