Excellent place to take your vehicle. They were fast. And worked hard to get parts here when they had not shown up. And worked great with our employer In getting things taken care of. Very friendly service and very honest and with prices and parts and labor. Which is hard to find these days. Definitely would recommend Steve's for any car work needed

Great shop. Went in for an oil change and they did exactly that. Service writers knew what they were talking about and they were very informative about what was wrong with my car and didn t try to sell me on the repairs. I already knew what was going on with my car and was glad to see they didn t try to sell me on anything. They just told me what they found and they could fix it, and that was it. Definitely a place I d advise people to go to.

Chris was the best! He's so easy to work with and so personable. Chris, communicated with me through the whole process of when my vehicle was being finished. Chris, deserves to be recognized through long term customers like me! I will always go to Steve's because of Chris.

Customer Satisfaction is a priority here!After being a happy customer for quite some time, I was ready to write off Steve's Auto due to a terrible experience. They do have some highly qualified and great mechanics, but it only takes one bad one to lose a customer.I brought my truck there for a driveline issue and they tried to sell me a new transmission for $7000, without showing me any evidence. I was furious and felt ripped off vowing never to return. To my surprise, Jared reached out and he was very apologetic, understanding, and made things right. He was honest and respectful. He won back my business, and I will give Steve's another chance.It s not every day that a business goes to these efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend giving them a try.

I went and got my oil changed and tire rotation at Steve's Automotive and had a great experience. The guy's were very professional and efficient in getting my car serviced. I will definitely be back.

I ve been here a few times now and this shop has always done a great job. I ll definitely continue to come here with my car. DANGER AVOID!!! I was charged THOUSANDS for unnecessary work, and their negligence almost KILLED my family!My hood wasn't properly secured when I drove away, and they confused tire services, leading to a blowout on the freeway. Seriously go to ANY OTHER MECHANIC!!!Check the other reviews on here about other people being taken advantage of! They are nice, but they charged me thousands of dollars lying to my face and their negligence almost lead to an accident that could have killed my family or other drivers.

I really wish that I didn't have to post this, as everyone I've worked with at Steve's has been kind and attempted to help.Over the past 2 weeks, I have brought my car in at least 4 times, each time with a slightly different issue. The first time, a repair was done for my intake manifold, which seems that they did a good job on. The second time, my check engine light came back on and I brought it in for the same issue. It turns out, after paying over $200 for another test, that some wiring was crossed. They fixed that for me at no cost, other than the $200 testing fee again.I brought it in because my turbo was acting up, it cost me around $900 to fix that time after testing. I took it out for a test drive that night and the same issue ocured. I should have done more research, because I called 2-3 other shops afterword and the cost to fix the boost pressure sensor is only $200-$300. Not only that, but fixing the sensor was probably not even needed as it is a cracked hose that was somehow missed on their inspection I paid over $200 dollars for, again.In short, I paid over $900 in testing fees and $1800, to get a still broken car. I cannot recommend Steve's auto to anyone.Edit: Dave from Steve s reached out to me once he heard what had happened, he was extremely helpful and professional. I was refunded for the testing that was not needed and they were very fair in their reparations

Laramie and Eric were super helpful, fixed my car up efficiently , gave me detailed information, and were super friendly. Plus, they give good deals! Would recommend 10 out of 10.

New favorite!! They were honest and thorough. I can t recommend them enough! Went for a prepurcase inspection. Lemroy gave me a run down of everything s condition with photos and when they estimate it needs to be replaced.

I Have had multiple bad experiences taking vehicles here. They always find a bunch of problems that need fixed when realistically they are just basic things to check. They want your money.. The guy I talk with at the front desk was very rude to me and his co workers, yelling and cussing and such.

We met a guy at the front desk. He was very nice. Got us all figured out what needed to be done and then they actually got some stuff done that night. Finished it up the next day. And THANK YOU.

Unlike other places I ve been to, Steve s really gives people a positive and friendly vibe. They are transparent and do offer their best performance. The prices are very reasonable. Can t recommend this place more!

Great prices for oil change! And it was done within the hour. The waiting area isn't anything fancy, they provide free wifi and free water. You can see the technicians work on your car through the window which I always appreciate. They show you pictures and let you see what they're looking at if they recommend a service. The inspection seem thorough as well. I'd come back again.

I got to use your Kia for two days. That was very helpful. You were sending messages to my phone when I was in the waiting room. You have mouths and I have ears. Communication could improve. But it all ended well

4 1/2 stars!!! The mechanics that assisted me, and tended to the repairs my car needed, went above and beyond!! Im pleased with how my car drives and can "feel" the improvements as well!! So far so good !!!

Great Experience(s) recently at Steve's Automotive Specialists in Orem. Initially brought a car, that my son was looking to buy, in for an inspection. It was super thorough & ended up saving us from buying a lemon. Great service and attention to detail, followed up with our conversation with Eric afterwards. He knows his stuff and took ample time to make recommendations and offer help for my son. Huge bonus.What was most impressive to me was what I was able to observe while sitting in their waiting area during our inspection. The care and professionalism delivered to all customers, over the phone and in the shop, was impressive. They didn't know they were being observed, yet they still took care of the customers!It was so good I booked an appt for my LandRover the next day.

We will definitely go back to Steve s Automotive!A great experience! They were very helpful & friendly! They listened to our concerns & asked follow up questions! They clearly explained what the issue was with our car & even provided photo evidence! They were honest & trustworthy! Their online system is thorough & easy to navigate! Overall a positive experience!We definitely recommend them! We feel confident in driving our car after they completed the work!

Very disappointed with this location took my truck in to get an oil change and have them resolve a noise coming from my brakes. They didn t even take my wheel off to locate the problem. They basically just told me my wheel was dirty, truck still making crazy sounds very frustrated because I took a whole day off of work which is not cheap to get this resolved. Now I m going to have to take another day off of work costing my family a good chunk of money. They got two stars because of the good price of an oil change, but without that they be a flat zero.

I had some serious leaks happen abruptly and was struggling to find someone who could take my car in soon. Steve s was able to take me the next day, and was prompt about getting back to me and letting me know how things would work. They had a great system for leaving my car before hours, and were great at keeping me in the loop! They explained everything well, and the quote they gave me was very detailed. I don t know a ton about cars and pricing, but it was really helpful to have the breakdown. They were also willing to answer my questions about why something was recommended, and didn t make me feel pressured to get something. My car s almost done, and the experience so far has been great!

One of the best auto shops out there! After going to various shops for problems with my car, I found Steve's Automotive, which provided the best care for my car, did a diagnosis, provided me with quality parts, and ensured I received the best service. They build good relationships with their customers and are very honest. My experience with the work they performed was very positive. I would definitely come again!

They we very helpful, open, and honest. They send pictures to you of everything they want to fix so you know it s actually damaged. The mechanics are willing to speak with you about your car as well. Really cool front office guys as well. Great price for full synthetic oils change. Were accommodating For a last minute need.They also did a quick check up of the vehicle and all the suggestions came with photo evidence in an east to access link online, for what they were suggesting for our car. Super useful.Service: Oil change

UPDATE: With a promise to have someone contact me, it has now been a month and nothing from the store. I reached out to the business owner directly and left a message also. No response. Lots of nice words in reply to my review but no action.CONSUMER BEWARE: Friendly and polite but I will never take another vehicle to this shop. Definitely would not have come to this place if I had known their 'mark-up' model of taking advantage of customers. The part I had them replace retails for less than $180 (I'm sure wholesale price is much lower) and they charged me $470+ just for the part. I balked at the price but was in a jam so I had the work done. I even spoke with the shop the day after paying to double check and make sure it wasnt a clerical error on pricing. The answer I got was that corporate sets the prices and there is nothing they can do. No offer of discounts or one-time adjustments. They even tacked on a percentage surcharge shop fee. Quality of work seems fine but total bill was more than double what it should have been. I want to support locally owned businesses but not like this. Very disappointing.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I caught this place trying to scam me over $1,000-I took my car in to get my ac fixed. They quoted me $3,000 because they said it d be 11 hours of labor. That seemed high to me so I sent the invoice to my brother who s a mechanic in another state and he said the work that needed to be done is only showing up at 6.8 labor hours in the system. I called back to let them know this discrepancy and they use the exact same system to calculate labor as my brother- the employee ran the numbers again and magically it came up as 6.8 hours and he sent me a new invoice that was literally $1,000 less. This left me feeling pretty taken advantage of and very glad I double checked or they would have continued to up charge me over $1,000. This also makes me worry they up charged me on other things as well. I will not be returning as I d rather find a mechanic I can trust that is going to be honest and not up charge for things.

I do not have enough good things to say about this place! It is the only place I ll take my car in Utah. Seriously.As I am a student, they have always done such a thorough job at a reasonable price. They also get it done in a very timely manner. They always give you a call to let you know when your car is done. The workers there are honest, nice, and great at what they do! I have never left Steve s disappointed. I brag about this place to everyone and I HIGHLY recommend choosing Steve s!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance
