Terrible customer service experience. Extremely difficult to schedule an emissions retest. Outrageous costs on simple tasks (removing and reinstalling lower O2 Sensor $60-$160). Absolutely would not recommend.Edit:Spoke and worked with Alex, he was very helpful and willing to make amends and straighten things out. While I m not familiar with his Mechanic work, I can attest to his willingness to communicate and make amends. I appreciate his honesty and goodwill and can recommend him in this regard.

We love Sav-Mor. Thank you for taking care of us! We appreciate quality care and honesty when we are looking for a mechanic shop. We ve been going to Sav-Mor for 7 years now.Anytime we ve bought a new (new to us used) vehicle, need a trip inspection, maintenance, or emergency work done we know who to call. They always go over everything with us when we ve had an inspection or work that needs to be done and that is valuable for us in a mechanic.They are a little more for some of their services, but that isn t a concern for us because we would rather pay for quality and care. We know what we are getting when we come to Sav-Mor, and that is exactly why we will continue to support them and refer them!

EXCELLENT customer service experience. Went the extra mile to take care of our issues, as always! Alex and Crew, in a field that - lets face it- can be a bit challenging, knows just how to make a customer feel comfortable. The job they were doing for us was not an easy one, but they were patient, focused, and professional. This car has had this problem since the point of purchase. After taking it to the place where we bought it, and then the dealer, Sav-Mor was the place that was able to get to the bottom of it after a step by step, curious approach.Their pricing was very fair, charging only half of the stated diagnostic fee, even though it took longer than anticipated. We will continue to seek out their help and guidance with our vehicles as the need arises.

Thank you for always paying such attention to detail and being so kind. And especially for not giving sexist treatment, everyone we speak to talks the exact same to my husband as they do me it's so refreshing. The pricing is also great, especially when we're in every other month with both cars hanging in there. Thank you!!

I ve been bringing my vehicles to Sav-Mor since 2012 and I ve always been extremely satisfied with their work and professionalism. I moved from Orem and live in Eagle Mountain now and I still bring my car there to get serviced. Highly recommended!

I have always been careful about who I take my cars to for maintenance and repairs. I have known Sav Mor for decades and have never had a bad experience. The last time I was in I had them replace the rear brakes and rotors, change the transmission fluid, brake fluid change, oil change, and new engine filter. When I left the lot my car drove like it did when I bought it; smooth and plenty of power. I feel confident in the integrity and knowledge of Glen s two sons that run the place now.

Have complete trust in this place. I have been bringing my cars to SavMor for 25+ years and have never been disappointed. And this time was no exception. They give you as good an estimate of cost before doing anything. And they follow it up with great work. I have nothing but praise for Alex and everyone at the shop. Strongly encourage anyone looking for a mechanic They can "trust" to give SavMor a try.

Sav-More always takes care of my classic car needs and gives me the most honest and sincere answers to any questions I have. They truly care about the well being of my classic car and treasure it as there baby as I do. My family and I have been going here for YEARS. They are so honest, caring, and hard working! There have been so many times where they have helped me with so many small and big car problems. They will explain it thoroughly if you ask. They'll will show you the problem if you ask and it's possible to show. Very good at communicating!! They are honest and let you know if it's something they cannot do. I've had other car places tell me I urgently need to fix something, while sav mor would look at it and tell me that it wasn't that urgent and could wait.These guys are great and worth a look into.

Sav-Mor is the best! They are timely and use quality parts and do amazing work. Anyone who needs work done on their vehicle should seriously consider going here. We live in Eagle Mountain and take the time and effort to take our cars here whenever needed. Thank you for all you guys do!

We love Sav-Mor Auto. We have been going to them for many years. They do great work and have good prices - but best of all they are completely reliable and trustworthy. They never try to tell us we need work that isn't necessary. (If there's something recommended or optional, they'll tell us it's recommended or optional.)We highly recommend Sav-Mor!

Sav-Mor auto clinic is AWESOME! I have been taking my car to Sav-Mor for about 2 years and have had a great experience every time. Whether it's an oil change or rear ball bearing replacement they always explain everything in a way I can understand but never condescending. It's hard to overstate how amazing Sav-Mor is! I've had many, many top-notch interactions with them. Here's the latest, for example: a pricier shop closer to me found some problems on an inspection, and Sav-Mor quoted about 20% lower on the repairs - and then Sav-Mor took a look and said I didn't need the repairs at all, because those issues won't cause problems anytime soon! They essentially turned down some work by their honesty. I've been impressed before, and this just continues to reinforce my opinion of them! 12 out of 10, highly recommend!

I ve come to this auto shop for the last 20 years. I first discovered it when I used to live down the street.We live farther away now but it s still worth it to us to bring our vehicles here. I have four vehicles now with teenagers etc and they know how to fix them all - from power issues, battery, starter, alternator, timing belts, water pumps - we ve done it all with them.Glen and his sons have always taken care of us in a fair and equitable manner. When they call to give me a quote now, it s an automatic yes because I know and trust them.If you re looking for a generational auto shop to keep your cars running, look no further than SavMor auto.

Sav-Mor is a place you can trust to be taken care of. I've been going to Sav-Mor for 20+ plus years have worked on 8 of my cars. There has not been a single time when I was less than impressed. Their service is excellent, their pricing very fair, and they work hard to provide value and options. They don't cut corners, but they also don't sell you more than you need, instead engaging in a consultative conversation to determine the best course of action.You won't be able to just drop in and have your car worked on that very moment because they are very popular for good cause, but it only takes a few days to get an appointment. They will over-communicate with you and keep you appraised and involved each step of the way.
