Setting up an appointment was very easy and I was kept updated on ETA. Dakota is the best! He showed up as promised (on a snowy Sunday at that) and diagnosed the issue with my car. He remedied the problem quickly and effectively. Top notch work, friendly, and at a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend Royalty Auto! 10 Update: 2 months later the car is still running great! Very satisfied with choosing Royalty Auto.

I wish I could tell people about the service and the price like the other good reviews but I haven't received any. I initially called around noon and was told they could be available around 4:30pm and to call back so I did. they then told me they had another job that was taking more time which I understand as they do repairs for people stranded and was given an appointment time of 6pm. after waiting until almost 8pm with no communication about them missing the appointment, I called back to get an update and asked them to call me a little before the new appointment time at 9pm because they were still working on another job. which again, I understand there are more emergency situations than what mine was. it's now almost 10pm with no communication and I missed a shift I needed my car to be fixed for (I'm a delivery driver). I can't rate good service for service I haven't actually received although I'm sure it's great.I'm hoping to help them communicate better or at least not make promises or appointments in this case that they can't keep. had they told me 4 hours ago that they weren't able to make the appointment I could've gotten another business that was available to make the repairs I needed to make my shift but gave two stars for them making sure they got their other jobs done and not rushed because it shows they're caring more about quality over quantity I just wish they had the same quality about their communication so I wouldn't have wasted my time hoping for a needed service that didn't happen.I'm not mad about anything just slightly stressed out and irritated I couldn't get my need filled by a business that set a commitment to multiple times.edit: thanks for the communication this morning

I had two older vehicles that had the same problem. I did some basic troubleshooting but couldn t solve the problems. I called Royalty Auto on a Saturday morning and two mechanics came that afternoon and had both cars running in about an hour. I m very pleased.

Dakota and Alex were awesome!! They came over to my apartment, after normal workday hours and in the cold, to help me remove a seized and stripped bolt I couldn't get from my alternator while I was swapping it out. They explained what they were doing, and provided excellent tips and advice for future reference, all for their base rate price. Keep up the great work guys!!

Our car stopped working out of the blue, we took it to the dealership to get it diagnosed. They told us the problem and how much it would be to fix. We contacted Royalty Auto and they went out of their way to drive almost 40 minutes away in rush hour to grab the part we needed. They charged less than half the price the dealership was quoting us, and were very time efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone!

My trunk wouldn t open and we were worried we would have to buy a part or something. They came by and fixed it super quick. They were super nice and great to work with, and the price was great!

My car wouldn t start. We let it sit a night and it still wouldn t start. Royalty Auto was very efficient, very knowledgeable, and their prices are beyond fair. After who knows how many sensors and hoses, they got us back on the road! 10 out of 10 recommend.

Car broke down and overheated Saturday night at 8 PM. They were there within 20 minutes. Had the problem fixed within half an hour. Outstanding customer service, and very transparent business With prices that nobody can beat. Any future auto work will be with them, cannot recommend enough.

Now I know why they call it Royalty auto, because they treat you like royalty They were very kind helpful and answered every question I had they done a great and quick job. I will definitely keep using them if I need any work done and I would recommend them to anyone.

Dakota is the man! I had a unique breakdown and couldn t get into any mechanic because it s 11.00pm on Christmas Eve. He saved Christmas for two little kids because now I can go pick them up at the airport.

Super nice, super helpful! Fair prices in my opinion. Isn't like those other shops where they tweak with something to keep you coming in. Very honest and is straight up with you. Gets you assisted and you're on your way!
