This is the only shop that i can fully trust, i wont take my vehicles anywhere else unless necessary. Professional, honest, and always going the extra mile to get you the best pricing for parts and consistently keeping you updated on whats going on, they may take a little longer than expected because they are always busy but atleast you know you wont be lied too and it will be fixed right the first time.

Rick s Mufflers are simply the best. They care about their customers. I took my expedition there to have the catalytic converter replaced. They could have taken my money, but they told me Ford should replace it for free because it s under the 8 year/80,000 mile emissions warranty still.Ford service sent me Rick s Mufflers.Rick s Mufflers thanks for saving me $1,800.

Stellar! I can't say enough good things about the team, Mike and Matt especially. They were both professional and personable, listened what I needed, advised on what they found after diagnostic work, and collaborated on a plan to complete the necessary work at a price point that was fair and reasonable. It was a great experience!I lost my dad, who was my go-to mechanic, last October. For what work I can't do myself, Rick's is now my go-to for my future needs.

So thankful for the work these guys did on my van. I was referred by my boss and he had only exceptional things to say about these guys. I had several issues with my van and was overwhelmed thinking I would be in the hole thousands of dollars in repairs. Matt listened to what my concerns were and addressed the issues to get my van fixed for a reasonable price not only that they were able to get my van fixed in two days without scheduling ahead of time.After diagnosing they also let me know of future repairs I will need and got the immediate repairs fixed. I truly appreciate how understanding of my circumstances and the integrity of this shop. Ricks is a stand up shop hands down! It s no wonder they have life long customers. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for somewhere to take a vehicle to give these guys a call and let them help you out!

My son checked out my car. Rick's said the problem was what my son noticed. The price to fix it was reasonable and it saved my son time so he didn't have to do it. We were both pleased. Glad they are here!

Great place, trustworthy people. I brought it in for some routine maintenance and asked them to look at a few other things. Didn t try to up sale me on anything and gave me a fair price. I will continue coming here.

Jesse and his guys did an amazing job with the custom exhaust on my Titan. His price on the Magnaflow muffler was the same as what I would have paid if I'd ordered it online and the overall cost was much less than a bolt-on exhaust system. The welds and bends are perfect and the mounting is super solid. Highly recommend!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Rick's Muffler did a terrific job. I took my Camaro in to have a MBRP performance exhaust installed, replacing my stock exhaust. The tech doing the install was meticulous, checking and re-checking clearances and gaps over and over as he tightened everything, making sure that it was perfect. And the end result is that it was perfect. I was so impressed that I tipped the installer, and I have NEVER before tipped anyone that has worked on my car. That should tell you something. Rick is fair and honest with his pricing. If you are looking for a good place to take your car, this is it. I cant emphasize how impressed I was with the entire experience, and everyone was friendly and professional from the guys doing the install to the people at the front desk. These guys have it going on!

Was recommended by a few people to use this shop for a custom exhaust. These guys killed it. My exhaust turned out great and sounds amazing. They were great at asking questions to get exactly what I wanted. I've been bringing my vehicles here for several years, and I realized today how glad I am do be able to do so. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and, unlike some car places, the atmosphere at Rick's is not abrasive or inappropriate, and I feel comfortable bringing my kids with me. The staff is pleasant to talk to and never makes me feel rushed. I appreciate them explaining things and educating me when needed about my vehicle. I am thankful to have found a shop that I can trust and have confidence in their work!! These guys were great! My family and I were down here from Idaho on a trip and our exhaust broke! These guys got us in like an hour after it happened on a Friday and knocked it out for probably less than I could have done it for myself in Idaho! They got me in and repaired with a better set up than I had in about an hour! They were super professional and even swung a deal to make it easier since we were on a budget for our trip! I can t say enough about how well I feel I was treated and the repair looks better than the OE setup that was on there!Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Stop searching for an exhaust / auto repair shop. Just go to Ricks Muffler! I brought my Hellcat to them for a mid muffler delete! WOW! I am impressed! Very professional all around! I was so impressed, I chose to pay them more than they were asking for the job!

Absolutely outstanding, and genuinely affordable. I have a V6 Charger and they made it sound like a muscle monster car. Family and Friends are very impressed, scared my mom and a family friend with the engine startup alone, brother's friends are talking all about it, and horsepower was definitely gained. If you need your car fixed, this is the place to bring it. We have brought every vehicle we have had here since we were recommended Rick s. They do a quality job. They are very transparent about the work they suggest and leave all the decisions up to you. We have had alternators fixed, window motors, injectors, power steering pumps and much more fixed here. Matt who runs the phones and scheduling is amazing.

Honest, efficient, and trustworthy family business! Matt has a really great disposition. I took my honda odyssey in because it was making some noises. Diagnostic was free, and after a quick replacement of wheel bearings, it solved the issue. Though he encouraged premium parts, the price I paid was way better than quoted.

I've been taking my truck to Rick's for a long time. They've fixed my exhaust manifolds, done spark plug work, and installed a custom exhaust on one of my trucks. They always do great work. The guys at the front desk are always friendly and easy to work with. My only complaint is I wish they were better with their communication. They're not good at telling me how lying it will take, or when my vehicle is done. I always have to call and follow up. Other than that, they're a great mechanic.

I had an excellent experience with Rick's Muffler recently when my vehicle needed catalytic converters replaced. Matt was very generous with his time answering questions when they were clearly quite busy, and I couldn't have been more appreciative of that.Detailed explanations about the job and unforeseen issues that could arise were another huge point of gratitude for me, as I wanted to budget as close to the mark as possible. I felt the bid for the work and parts were fair, if not under what others had quoted me, which is always a plus. I also greatly appreciate being scheduled to come back after a week or so of driving my vehicle to make sure that everything was on the up and up.I would certainly recommend Matt and the crew at Rick's to others; thanks again for taking care, alleviating concerns, and answering questions; very happy customer!

I did not get an exhaust done here but I have had my car fixed here multiple times. Wes and Matt where very helpful to get my Civic Si clutch replaced. Once the clutch was replaced it had some issues due to a manufacturer issue with the clutch. The slave cylinder and clutch had some engaging issues sadly and Wes and Matt where able to make things right by not changing me any labor for replacing the clutch again due to this inconvenience and only had me pay for the part. For everything it was around 1700 for 2 clutch and a slave cylinder. But not included parts the labor was around 1000-1200 for a complicated fwd car. This shop dose take some time to get your car fixed but they for sure do some quality work. Matt was our point of contact based upon a local referral. In order to reassure us of having our Jeep towed from Ogden, which was expensive, Matt had his mechanic, Wess, reach out to us beforehand. He offered all of the possible scenarios based on our recent troubleshooting. This was much appreciated because we needed to be sure the shop was a good fit just in case we needed the engine to be rebuilt. Wess's expertise convinced us this was the right move and they could handle the repairs. Throughout the process, Matt kept us notified of their diagnosis and progress on a daily basis. They had the Jeep ready to go in 5 days, unlike our local dealership who was running two weeks out. THE PRICE, SERVICE AND CARE was awesome! We highly recommend this business based on their attention, work ethic and professionalism.Service: Engine repair

Shocks and muffler broke on my jeep wrangler. They got me in and got it fixed quick. Muffler sounds amazing and they didn't charge my first born to get it done.

I ve been to ricks multiple times and I ve never been upset with their service. Today I brought in my Infiniti QX56 for an exhaust repair. I did not have an appointment, but they were able to get me in right when I walked in the door. I know this is not normally the case, and I was just lucky. They were able to get me taken care of within 30 minutes or so and I was driving away in my repaired vehicle. Very pleased with their service.
