Walk in to get new tires, (ordered a week ago and they put our name on them) asked to get an alignment also and they had room on the schedule! Awesome and excellent, detail orientated service. The front desk employee was kind, courteous, and attention to our needs was stellar! I would HIGHLY recommend this tire shop for all your tire needs and truck services! We have a 2016 F450 Dually 4X4 and it has new shoes and new sense of direction! I give all the guys in the shop kudos for such awesome work! It truly is an art what you do!

Great service and very knowledgeable technicians. Mark was fast and reliable, getting all four tires swapped quick. The front desk is friendly, and they all go above and beyond. Will definitely come back.

Stopped in here after traveling from Kaysville. Just had new tires put on our van and needed a re-torq check to ensure the lugs hadnt become loose. Never really done this but because I was traveling to Cedar City and had my children in the car decided I would find some place to have them double check the lugs. They were more than friendly to help and within 60 seconds Hunter (technician) had us back on the road and I was feeling safe. He was able to tighten a few of them by hand which made me feel a whole lot safer. Thanks Hunter and thanks Purcell Tire!!

We were in a time crunch for a long trip we were wanting to make. We were concerned about a few items with our RV and we were told these were the guys to go to. They not only got us in right away because of our time crunch, they were unbelievably honest about the items that were not needed (they could have taken advantage of our lack of auto knowledge and up-sold us) and we were stunned when the final price for their work was far less than we were bracing for. We will definitely be returning to these guys!! Thank you so much for good, honest, and affordable service!

Great service. I am the manager of a company with about 20 vehicles, and trailers. They do everything possible to keep my business interruption to a minimum. They can handle all my small vehicles up to the big stuff. There main mechanic Lyn is awesome. He makes sure they are only addressing problems. They aren t trying to scam us. I trust them enough that my wife also takes her car to them.

I m not the most patient person, Whitney went above and beyond to make sure I got all the quality work at a super affordable price. Walked me through how to safely get around in my vehicle before repairs as well. Will definitely be back!

Great service! There head Mechanic is the best and I feel that he is very honest which I think is the most important quality in a mechanic. The would recommend the owner do some extra training on the front dosk people. The simple smile or a friendly disposition goes a long way. Overall, I feel good about recommend anyone to them.

I have to say, if I could give them more stars, I would!!!Been going here for a while, both for my personal stuff but also my work fleet. Today I ran into a situation. Took my personal car into get the tires rotated before a run to Vegas to spend the weekend with my 19 year old Marine. (he scored a 96 hour pass for the holiday but they gave him a travel limit, so he could not come home. As I have friends that live there, it seemed like the best place to meet up, since I have a free room) He is headed to Japan after MOS training, and there is a good chance I wont get to see him much for the next 3 years.Well, had a bad tire due to an alignment issue. They recommended that I not take that car to Vegas, however my rental fell through, and I had no choice.They were slammed, and I am on a short (surprise dad, come see me) budget.They took the time to find a tire that I could afford while still leaving me gas money, got my car in on the spot to get it done (was on my lunch break) and did it all with a smile.I will recommend Quality Tire in Orem to ANYONE! These guys are fare, they don't talk down to you, to don't play the 'oh, we cant repair that tire, you have to buy a new set so they all match' game.... They are simply awesome, and a pleasure to do business with.Thanks!

I was stuck on the side of the road and didn't have any tools with me. The service truck from quality tires happen to notice that I was stuck on the side of the road. And stopped.. I had just gotten new tires from big O today, turns out they didn't tighten the wheels correctly. I didn't have a tire iron with me. (Just my luck) he had no problem helping me tighten them correctly. So thank you Chad you are a lifesaver and got a new customer for quality tire. I highly recommend this place to anybody Reading this review. They're honest and willing to help in any sort of way! I will recommend my family and friends from here on out. Again thank you Chad!

Typically have a wonderful experience at Quality TireS. I have taken my cars here for years because of the professionalism, consideration, and customer experience the team handles my problems with. My review would ve been a 5 if I hadn t had the experience today I had with Destry. He was short with me, rude, and cold. The service I had grown accustom to was entirely missing when I went in today. Really hope he can improve his people skills so that Quality Tires can maintain consistency in their customer experience.

Super fast, super affordable, super professional. It was almost too easy. Came in with a flat and left with a new tire in about 10 minutes. I knew I'd probably need a new tire but they checked to see if they could fix it up for free anyway. Awesome!

Thanks to Chris for helping out a buddy of mine who got a flat and was stuck on the side of the road, Chris showed up like a guardian angel, and changed the flat in next to no time, so once again thanks to Purcell tyer and Chris god bless you all.

Our tire blew out on i15 at 630pm on a Thursday. These guys got us in and out and back on the road with no problem. They were fantastic and super nice about it even though it was closing time. Thanks again, Quality Tire! You guys rock!

Took my truck for repair... they charge me $180 and did nothing. Used to be quality tires, they were good back than not any more.

Called them and they said, sure they could do a safety and emissions inspection on an RV. When I get there they say they lost their safety inspection license and that I must have been talking to their Salt Lake office, even though the number is listed here and on their website.

I called in yesterday and talked to a man named destry he was very rude and short, wouldn t give me a straight answer to any of my questions. I will not be going to your shop and I will refer everyone I know from going there unless this problem is taken care of.

Get place to have trailers and trucks worked on Knowledgeable staff front desk was very knowledgeable and polite when I showed up got me taken care of and out the door will keep coming back
