Been taking my cars to Oil Rig for the last few years for repairs. We are selling a vehicle and took it in for a general vehicle inspection for a potential buyer. They were thorough and knowledgable. They let me know a few potential problems, the reasonable costs to make the repairs, BUT never pressured me or made me feel guilty when I was trying to decide. If you come here, maybe you will be lucky enough to get Joey to work on your car. He did a great job! I highly recommend this place.

I ve been going to Oil Rig for years. Even when I moved up to SLC, I still wait until I m in town to get my oil changed, cause I won t go anywhere else! They are very friendly and always get my car done quickly and do it well. They never try to upsell me and are very honest. The waiting area is very comfortable, they have shows to watch, free drinks, magazines, and very comfy couches. Even going there on a busy Saturday morning they get me in fast and get me out fast! I completely recommend this place and don t go anywhere else!

Cheapest place to get emissions. Very fair prices on oil as well. They got me in after they closed to do an emissions test. They are awesome.

I m really ignorant about anything to do with vehicles but I knew that something was wrong with my brakes because of the noise they were making. I decided to go to Oil Rig because of their location and their website. I was so happy when I got here. It s super accessible and the customer service was top notch. They were very kind and patient explaining to me what happened and why they were doing what... They showed me my brake pads and explained very well why they needed to be replaced. I will be coming here for any future car needs and I highly recommend to anyone! And the waiting area is very comfortable.

Do not use. I went to them for a check engine light that was on, paid for them to fix it and the light never went off. I had been in multiple times since for oil changes and talked to them about the issue never being resolved every single time and they continued to give me additional guesses of what needed to be fixed. I wasn t about to pay them more for not fixing the issue. I called today asking to be refunded for the money I spent for them not to fix the issue and was told no. Do not waste your time or money, they have no idea what they are doing there. No one there is qualified for anything more than an oil change if that. Very poor customer service .Update: oil rig, you are well aware that is not the truth. That is what you are saying to publicly cover yourself in this situation. That is a lie. Also, you never did a second of work on my vehicle that I wasn t charged for. Again, another lie.I ve contacted the better business bureau and will be in touch soon!

Best vehicle service I have EVER had.Have gone to them for oil changes, oil leaks, AC diagnosis, and brake issues. They always provide excellent, polite service, and they don't nickel and dime like other places, or pressure me to get other services done.They are intelligent, quick and thorough, I honestly can't say enough good things. 11/10 will return!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, A/C system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Emissions testing, Oil change

Nice fellows, quick service, fair price, love the Oil Rig name too! Offered a cold one for the road from their fridge even -- nothing like a frosty cold Coke! I called 12 different quick lube spots in the area (I'm not from this area) and they offered the best price for full synthetic oil change. Arrived at 230p on Sat afternoon, just prior to their close at 3p. Not once did they make me feel like I was imposing on the start of the rest of their weekend -- the wifey and I just chilled, watched a lil Ute football, had time for a lil power nap. 25mins later, we were out the door. If I lived around here, this is where I'd definitely have my oil changed all the time. Good work, Oil Rig!

This review comes late. Better late than never. I seriously do not have enough good things to say about this place. The owner and the mechanics are all Honest very kind and hard working people. They always take the time to explain things to me. They are reasonably priced. I really appreciate this small business and I am and will continue to be a regular customer. They have done my husband oil changes along with brake replacement. Thanks for all you do.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Emissions testing, Oil change

Going to the Oil Rig was the best decision. We first contacted them to help us find a truck. We had a budget that didn't have a lot of wiggle room, but were also specific in what we wanted. Once we let Kade know, he started searching for something to meet our needs. There are absolutely no pressure sales, just someone there to help us find what we needed. Once he found the Truck of our dreams, he made sure everything was right with it, the tires and rims looked great too. The financing process was super simple with Mountain America and we were able to get the purchase completed very smoothly - over a weekend!I definitely recommend you check out this company.Thanks Kade and Scott for helping us out! Got in, got the oil changed on my car, and finished in a timely manner. They also checked my other fluids and topped off what wasn t full for free. Their service seems a bit less delayed than the location in Provo, though I ve never a had a problem with service I m general a that location either and I ve been there a few times.

These guys are great! They came and showed us our filters and asked if we d like them changed! Fair priced, and very quick with their service! I honestly have never had a better experience getting my oil changed. They seem like very genuine and honest people. I normally go to the Oil Rig in Provo, they sent me here for a power steering pump replacement.These guys are great. They are honest, you can know that they aren't going to invent problems for them to fix. They charge fair prices. I doubt you'll find anywhere that's as cheap as them when you factor in their quality and honesty.I'll use these guys for any repair I need that they're willing to do.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great, quick and friendly service.I was thoroughly impressed with this man's work. I called ahead and asked when I could get my car and he said immediately. I pull up and someone and came in a couple min before me and the man had held my spot since I called earlier. They have a great price for synthetic blend which was $34.99. He pulled my car in, started right away. He surprised me by taking out my air filter and it does need to be replaced soon but I actually do all the work on my own vehciles but just moved and didn't have the proper equipment for an oil change. So I kindly declined and would do it on my own and he had no problem with it, didn't pressure me into doing it which was nice. He finished in about 10 min and my car was out and ready to roll. I recommend this company for any service you might need. 1st time visit and so far so good.

Had a great experience here today. We desperately needed an oil change and found the services here to be fair priced, quick and efficient. The man helping us was nice and aimed to help us. Like other comments say, the waiting area is nice and has a rustic feel to it. They offer a variety of beverages for customers, which is super appreciated.

I was referred to this place 10 years ago and have continuously gone here and completely and without reservation recommed this. I made the mistake going to Jiffy Lube three months ago. The difference is this: Jiffy price for air filter was $70. Rig price $30. This last visit Rig simply blew out the filter on their own, no charge. Jiffy price total was $240. Rig less than $100. Jiffy left off a cap as I was leaving they ran up to the car to replace it. Jiffy "recommended" other fluid changes and if I went by THEIR recommendations the total would have been $600. Rig recommendations are that these fluid changes are not due yet

My husband and I were looking for a quick/quality oil change and replacement of our air filter. We saw the reviews and figured we'd call in. Jeff got us in asap and was done in 15minutes! Will DEFINITELY go back! He was honest and told us what could wait to be replaced on our older vehicle. He also answered tons of questions about a new vehicle we are looking at purchasing. Again, just AWESOME

It's been months since I was able to fill up my gas tank due to a leaking fuel filler hose and neck. I called around and Oil Rig was the only one willing to install the new one I'd bought. They were busy (because they're good) but I finally got in, they got it put in and charged me a great rate. I can now fill up my tank without concern or leaking. So glad I checked them out.

This place is a great shop, very honest and good quality service! We were headed to Heber when we heard a loud noise thought we had lost brakes. Not being from here we were trying to find someone to take a look at our truck! Look these guys up and they would fast, friendly and very affordable. Got us back on the road within a hour with no issues! Thank you Oil Rig you have gained a new customer. Have a great day!!

Awesome shop! Honest techs saved me some money after going to the Ford Dealership first. Great service, great prices, and awesome oil. They even saved me some money on my fuel filter. The waiting area is super clean and nice. Usually I hate waiting for my oil, but the waiting area was so nice, I didn't mind - plus they whipped out my oil change super fast. I've been to their Provo location too - Big Fan of the Oil Rig!

I ve been coming here for oil changes since 2018 and the service has always been great. Cheap prices and they are always willing to answer any additional questions as well. Also going to replace my a/c compressor and they evacuated the system for no charge. Great experience. In and out in less than 20 minutes. I thought I wouldn't be able to fit an oil change into my lunch but it left me with additional time. They also check and fill other liquids to make sure you are ready to go! Very pleased to know they also do additional work beyond oil changes as well.

This was by far the best oil change experience I have ever had. They were fast, nice, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and generally took good care of me and everyone there. They have gained a customer for life. Can't recommend them enough.

I have now had 5 or 6 oil changes and brakes done here. Each time they've been quick, efficient, and trustworthy. Love the comfy couches and beverages. Never been pressured to buy extras or replace an air filter too soon. Will continue to give these guys our business and send my friends.
