The staff was very attentive and so amazing! They went above and beyond to fix our problem, one even standing in the cold to fix our issue. They all did a phenomenal job and we will definitely be back for any future needs.

I tried doing a rating because O'Reilly wanted me to but when I did they told me they didn't accept it and didn't post it. Not sure why. I know it wasn't a good rating. It was a 2 star. My closet location is 25 mins away and They first gave me the wrong bearings and when I returned, they couldn't find the correct ones. I found one of them at Autozone and ended up buying the other at a bearing house in Provo.

Bryce needs a raise!!! He went above and beyond checking my car s battery, cleaned the corrosion buildup, and advised on a gel that would prevent corrosion. Best O Reilly experience!

Dylan is the store manger he is an amazing guy knows his stuff he's been working in the business for years. I have been buying parts from him for years I can call him up tell him what I need and he sends it or gets it to me immediately. I can send customers to him and he'll take care of them, take that extra time so they have a understanding of what they're getting and what they need I wouldn't have anybody else get my parts for me I have dealt with a whole lot of other parts houses and as far as managers he's hands down top-notch has a great crew and all I got to say is thanks man!!!

Date of Visit: 12/6/2018 OVERVIEW - 4.0Came here to get a specific bolt for our Jeep, as my brother-in-law was changing out the oil and found that there was an issue with the bolt on the undercarriage. LOCATION - 5This O'Reilly is located on the ever busy State Street and on a busy Saturday the traffic is horrendous (this is in no way the fault of the business but too many people). PRICE - N/AI'm not too familiar with the prices of products, especially when it comes to automotive but my thought is it is reasonable. PRODUCT/SERVICES - N/AUnfortunately they did not have the bolt I was looking for. This is in no way their fault as it was a very specific piece I was looking for. POINTERS/PERKS - N/AI'm sure there is something, such as a reward program, but what it would be, I don't know. EMPLOYEES - 3I was unimpressed with the customer service from the guy behind the register. I waited for a while in line, which is no problem. When it was finally my turn, I informed him that I was looking for a specific bolt. He then directed me to a specific aisle. He didn't even bother to accompany me and show me where the bolts were. I made it clear my infamiliarity of automobiles. It would have taken a simple effort to help me. (There was no one else in line behind me anyways).

Update: March 2024: I came in and bought a new car battery and Bryce was super helpful and installing it and walking me through my options. He was very helpful professional and quick. Will be back!Great staff and prices. Almost never a wait.

My name is Russ Rader I have been dealing with this store and Dylan Plotts for 5 years plus!!! This manager is very knowledgeable of the parts that I need!!! I have spent alot money at this location!!! Just look up my name!!! He even calls me back when he's free!!! I have never heard him ever being rude to anyone!!! If orileys don't cary item he will tell me who and where to get the item!! !!! Out of 3 stores in Orem !!! His is number 1

I have been doing business with Dyllon for many years now. I have actually followed him to multiple locations as he has been promoted because his service has been so excellent. I have used O'reilly's on personal projects and I also have 2 commercial accounts with them for my business entities. We spend thousands of dollars each month and will continue to do so because of the incredible service that we receive from Dyllon and O'reilly's. I highly recommend them and the Orem Utah location.

Shayne deserves a raise! I came in to find a tool I needed to change out the tail lights on my car and Shayne found the tools I needed and helped through the entire process! He was very friendly and helpful.

All I can say is WOW !!! I needed a part that seemed impossible to find . No other part stores had it Dylan took my number and got back to me within an hour he found it !!!!!! He even offered me advice on how to determine that was my problem as well and the extra steps I should expect on the install . I will always go to Dylan from now on . Very kind , professional and truly cared about my situation ! Don t let him go EVER !!!!

Everybody in the store was super nice and very quick! Dylan is especially impressive!!!! Five stars for Dylan especially would give more stars if it was possible! I was in a pinch and he helped me and I noticed he helped at least three other people while I was there!

I went in not knowing what type of wipers i needed. Jess the manager helped me find the ones best fit for my budget and helped me install them. 10/10 would recommend. quick, easy, and very helpful!!!

This is the best orileys in Utah county to my knowledge! They have a consistent crew that is extremely helpful. I ve been coming here for 7 plus years this is the number 1 spot in the valley for getting quality customer service.

The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. Be it finding an item on the floor, looking up parts in their inventory or finding another location that has what you need when they don't, I never get the impression I'm a bother or my request is a hassle. The loaner tool program, while common among auto part stores, is definitely my preferred as it anything I borrow always seems to be in better shape and better quality than what I'd normally get through another retail chain. To top it all off most times I'm in need of parts they usually have some of the cheapest prices on the same or similar items. Not always, but often enough they are the first place I check when I find I need anything now.

We went to get a new battery and the young man was kind enough to change out the old battery and installed the new one. He was friendly, kind, and thorough with his work. The autozone workers down the street, on the other hand, were unfriendly and seemed annoyed at anyone even approaching them. I ll be bringing my business to O reilly s from now on.

The store went above and beyond for my wife and I recently. We went in to have our alternator checked and turns out it was running at zero percent. They didn't have the right size of alternator that we needed for our car so they called around to others nearby stores I found one at AutoZone. They then drove us to AutoZone to pick up the alternator and back to the store and helped us put it into our car. He also discounted the price on the alternator to something that we can afford as we did not have enough to get the original priced one they found in stock. The manager was amazing and cared for our safety. I can't think this location enough for going above and beyond with their customer service, and being so kind to us.

The last 3 times I have been in there the manager is crapping all over the employees. My favorite is the public berating these employees take. Today was hey dude I saved this for you because you did such a terrible job and I won't clean up your garbage.Last time was a performance review at the front desk and the employee wasn't living up to the managers standards. Just beating her in public. Nothing makes me want to go there more than the utter discomfort I feel as the condescending mgr verbally beats the employees.I prefer Napa for my parts needs because I don't have to hear the manager there demoralize their employees.I feel for the people there and they should worry because there are other jobs out there.I am going to Napa and talking to Andrew and Kevin or the north Orem store because they are actually nice to people that work there.

I was very impressed with the service at this O'Reilly store. I don't ever write reviews, but I was so thankful for both of the employees who helped me today (testing and then replacing my car battery at no charge). If we need anything in the future, we know where to go. Both employees were very helpful and treated me like a prized customer even though my battery was still under warranty elsewhere and this was my first time going to this store. I would highly recommend this auto parts store because of the fantastic service!!!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful! They helped me find new windshield wipers for my car and even installed them for me when it was snowing outside! I will definitely be coming back to this store!

I always like getting supplies, tools, fuses ect. from here. They usually have good warranty and you can find most the things you need to fix up your car here. I haven't had any issues with any of my products either which is great! And most things are a good price and if you have issues and need to return anything, they keep the receipt on file also.

This location has been great every time I have gone, and it is why I continue to go to them. They recently helped me find the right replacement bulbs for my car and offered to install them on the spot as well. They are always helpful finding the right parts and offering their service. I appreciate their knowledge in helping me find further solutions for my car.

This is the only place I will ever go for parts, because they can do a engine light check for free and the staff actually knows what they are talking about. They took the time to come out and check out my car for me too. Looked up some things (after they looked under the hood) on their computer and had me on my way. I am now a loyal O'Reilly customer. Good job to the managers and shift leads too for a clean and organized store.

Very helpful and friendly.I was having a problem with my windshield wipers for about a week and a half, looked online and there were a lot of complicated and long fixes. I came here asked them about it and they helped me fix it in less than five minutes.Also where the tools are and the layout of the store is very simple.

For me some employees are helpful others aren t there are days where I have to wait more than 5 minutes only me at the shop for someone to ring me up. This is why I now just shop online and pick it up the store but I would always call to make sure it s ready. Staff aren t that helpful honestly When I do need help from a worker I d just go to Auto-zone even if it s a little far from my apartment.

Service was fantastic! Trevor was great. He helped us find exactly what we needed and gave us extra info on the products so we can better care for our car in the future. He even helped us install the new wiper blades we bought. 5 stars!
