O'Rielly Auti has been my "go to" parts store for going on 50yrs now.And this location has shown why O'Reilly has my loyalty.The gentleman that assisted me in getting my new starter and turning in the core was beyond efficient.Although it had been sometime since I had called and asked if the part was in stock; he remembered the conversation and had my part and receipt to me faster than it has taken you to read this review.Although I have only been to this location a few times, I can say that the staff here always act professional and polite.And are quick to assist a customer with such things they can.While I was there this day. I watched as a young man assisted a women in replacing and mounting a set of windshield wipers..Props to this young man.

Had to get some lights and they showed in stock but didn't have the ones I needed so they price matched the other ones for me. It was a small gesture but really helped me out and was super appreciated. This is why I shop O'Reilly.

Needed to get my car battery replaced after it failed to start a few times recently. The staff at O Reilly was super fast and nice throughout the whole process. They tested my battery to make sure it was dead (and showed me on the meter so I knew I wasn t getting bamboozled). They also installed the new battery for free. Super fast and pleasant experience. Highly recommended going here when needed.

Great parts store with super helpful employees. Had the part and I used their tools to place it on my truck. Store was super clean. Good parking and easy access from main road. Very knowledgeable employees. All that help we were women. Great job.

Feels like they don t have a sense of urgency to help a customer, I felt like I had ask to be helped to pay for something , I agree you have to have fun at your job but just kinda seemed like the high school kids were goofing around at work rather than taking it seriously to help someone.

After searching Autozones throughout the valley I was just about to give up on finding a specific part. Happened to see this store, not from area, and pulled in in a whim the see if they might... Holy cow...! Dre and Felix (New but Smart Trainee) in that store are the bomb! I'm a mechanical engineer that loves fixing cars for people as a hobby.Dre and Felix took all the time needed to find the part and were very very helpful! I got that, and a garage of other materials just to have because Dre was so efficient at getting what I asked for I had him keep bringing more and more of what I needed in the short time I had to shop..Kudos to management who hired, trained, and retains employees so ch as what I saw today. Thanks for saving me today! I'll be back, for sure!

Needed a new headlight for my wife's Starship. Greeted with a friendly employee that helped me pick out the appropriate part. Two fellows came outside into the snowy parking lot to make the repair for me. Surprising how small the new headlight part was that will generate all that light for driving! Installation went efficiently and well. When the two technicians finished and headed for the store door, one turned slightly and beamed me a smile which seemed to say: Thanks for coming in! We had Fun helping you fix your wife's STARSHP! (Photos: We have a history of cars in our family.)

Called in prior to stopping by to make sure they had a piece we needed and the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful.Stopped by to grab it and she was helping another customer so she called for someone else to come help... 5-7 minutes pass and they still didn't come out.Finally someone named Joshua steps out to check us out because the lady is still helping us and another customer. He walks off before even finishing checking us out. She had to give us our receipt.I wish I knew her name but she was awesome. Helping so many customers at once while the guy in the back was doing who knows what.

Not impressed by a managers attitude and dismissiveness. I had barely walked in the store mentioning I needed to get a diagnosis check on my vehicle and the manager immediately shut me down saying that they're not a mechanic shop and if my car is overheating it probably has something to do with something I don't even remember what he told me but how would he even know just based on that little information. He wanted no more customers he didn't want to have anything to do with what was going on with me and my car he just wanted me out of there so he could end his night cuz it was about an hour from closing. I went to the O'Reilly's in Vineyard the next day and they treated me so much better so so much better. Dre is awesome I love Dre. But whoever that manager was that night could probably use some customer service training

I went in to get a push rivet for a fender under my car. There are a million different options. Kayla went out, got on the ground, looked under the car, went and got a screwdriver to see if she could fix it. Then she did another 3 trips in and back out, under the car until she found the right one. Amazing. Give her a huge raise. Awesome service.

Went in to this O Reilly's for a new headlight bulb.Dre, the manager happily went out to my car to install the bulb, but quickly ascertained that the bulb had simply beend disconnected, and he proceeded to rectify that (in like 2 seconds).Not only amazing mechanical skills and experience...but great customer service as well.He then refunded me for the bulb I had just purchased, and sent me on my way, my headlights now fully functioning. It was an early Christmas present for me.Thanks to Dre and the staff of OReilly's in North Orem.Simply amazing.

Can t say enough good things about this location or this company (because other locations are amazing as well). Every time I go in they are helpful above and beyond. Finding me the right parts, giving me sound auto advice, even James jumping my car that died suddenly.No surprise why two of my friends who are car guys recommend them for my auto parts needs. Disappointing customer service. I brought in a battery core to be recycled today and instead of helping me out I was questioned as to the legitimacy of the core being turned in. The employee implied that the battery might have been stolen because it was too clean to be a core. This particular battery is kept in the trunk compartment of a hybrid Toyota Highlander, of course it s going to be cleaner than one kept in the engine department. Deeply disappointed in this employee s attitude towards a paying customer, very unprofessional.

Amazing experience here. I was carrying two large batteries, and Dre, the manager, came running to get the door for me. He helped me with my needs and helped me understand what happened with my battery and why it died on me. Prices are pretty much the same for most part shops so I would say go here for the great shopping experience.

Absolutely Amazing!!! Store Clerk helped find and replace front light and back blinker. Not only was he super smart, quick and knew what he was doing. He was very entertaining singing little songs, telling funny jokes and overall an awesome guy. I'm not sure of his name, but from the min we walked into the store until we left He was such an awesome clerk. Thanks again!!!!

The staff here is so incredible and nice. The Manager is happy and has a positive attitude. They were incredibly helpful with the questions I had about the replacement part I needed. They even double checked that I was getting the correct parts for my vehicle. Very happy about my experience here. Thank you guys!

Where to even begin. Wow! Dre was amazing, made sure I got what I needed, made sure it was the right part before I left, and he has a good sense of humor kept me laughing, raised my spirits today. The whole crew at this store was fantastic, worked well with each other and I wish I had this kind of culture and camaraderie at my work! 6/5 star customer service. I dont care that this is the fourth furthest O'Reilly's from my home, I'll drive this far for that level of service. Thanks guys. Sending all my friends here. :) update: a year later and I come back to AMAZING service yet again! Dre was awesome as Christina! What a great place to buy auto parts

Samantha went above and beyond to help me get the part I needed! She took her time to look for it on the computer and solve my issue even though it took a little longer 10/10 this store is the best in the area they also carry the most stock which is super great. Much appreciated Samantha!

Seldom do I get bad advice or the wrong part. Excellent job and a big shout out to Chase, Dre and Dawn. They are very good at helping with car problems that I face. Lots of knowledge and willing to walk out to the parking lot to have a look if not sure. Thx. Peper

I've had more luck finding the products I need here, than an any other place! Including AutoZone.Affordable prices. Customer service over the phone, and in-store, has been good.If you need auto parts, I recommend you go to O'Reilly Auto Parts!!

I have had decent experiences at this store in the past, but my experience on Sunday 4/30/17 ruined everything. I will not be going back to this store. Instead I will go across the street to the competitor. I was having battery problems and the guy who was doing a test on my battery out right lied to me and said that my alternator failed. After he told me it failed he repeatedly told me he would give me a replacement price even after I said I didn't want one. I ended up going in to hear the price so he would leave me alone. I went to get a second opinion and that person told me the complete opposite of what I was told at O'reilly's.Just be aware when you go into this store. I only interacted with mainly one guy. He seemed like he was new. He kept looking to another employee when I asked a question. Hopefully he leaves soon so other customers don't have this experience either. Doesn't look good when an employee is caught in a lie just to get sales.

Very good place for getting the fee friendly advice and the quality products that you want in order to keep your car on the road. Also the way that they keep track of the parts and other products that you buy comes in extremely handy if any of the items that you have break and are covered with lifetime warranties even if it's been years ago you have no problem getting them to honor the warranty quickly and painlessly.

There is no autoparts store in Utah County that compares to these guys , especially the man , the myth the legend Dre , amazing manager dude deserves a raise
