The Powersports guys notified me about a warrant recall on my mx motor before the NTSB even published the recall. They ordered the parts quickly and got the bike back on the road in just a couple days. I ll for sure buy my next bike from them, and continue to use them as a parts&repair source

Took my fourwheeler in there after diagnosis they said stator was bad and recommended a carb rebuild I let them change the stator they said it was done and it ran but it hardly ran at all. So I paid 400 dollars and it runs the exact same. This shop is just part changers they know nothing about machines

Pathetic! My boy takes his four wheeler in, they said the stator is bad and would also recommend a carb rebuild. We let them replace the stator and when they did they called and said it was done and stated to take it and give it a try. I talked with Devon and wanted more than a take it and try it . When I started asking if they tested it and if it ran I got a bunch of back peddling and excuses, and at the end of the day we paid $400 to bring it home running the same. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING HERE for repairs they are part changers at best!!

Owning dirt bikes means getting a lot of work done. Devan knows his stuff and gets us back out onto the trails as swiftly as possible. Additionally, I appreciate Mike's candid advice and help with vehicle selection.

These guys go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I just bought a used dirtbike with Adam a few days ago and the experience was outstanding. Nearly every powersports store I have been in throughout my life are mostly full of egomaniacs trying to upsell you on things you don t need. These guys are extremely friendly and genuine. They are not just acting nice in order to persuade you to empty your wallet, they actually care! The purchase experience was not only pleasant, but my pre purchase conversations with Adam were very informative. He even went out of his way to hold the bike for me while I drove all the way from Colorado to pick it up. If I could leave six stars for this power sports crew, I would. Fantastic job. I hope to see y all out on the trails!

Passing through on a +2000 mile ride and was surprised by a rear tire that was fading faster than expected. Monarch had the required tire in stock and literally their service tech met us as we drove into their parking lot. We pulled the wheel in a few moments and they went right to it mounting and balancing the new tire and it was waiting for us when we returned from lunch down the street. We reinstalled the wheel, and we were back on the road in short order. Fantastic service, very fair pricing...highly recommended!

Mike helped me out and took care of me very well. I highly recommend monarch husky for their knowledge on their own products and sales technique which was low pressure. Loved the experience. Walked away with 2 bikes

Tldr. Bought a Husqvarna fe 450 last year. Love the bike just wish I bought it somewhere else.I was new to the sport and felt like they took advantage of my ignorance. Got talked into paying extra for the warranty. It was very expensive, and was supposed to cover everything. The only problem was I bought the bike at the end of riding season so the warranty only counts when it is sitting in the garage. Barley have 90 miles on it, but the rear brake caliper piston is locking up.What a racket these dealerships are taking advantage of people, they either shouldn't have sold me the warranty or said "hey we know you won't use this bike this year so we won't start the clock till next year"There are lots of places to buy, go elsewhere!

Absolutely do not take your bike to get fixed here. They charge apparently a flat rate of $220 for inspection fees regardless of how minimal the damage is (which I was not informed of at all when I had brought in the bike). I had some minor damages and was wanting the throttle housing and handlebars replaced is all. Was told multiple times parts had shipped so I waited and waited. I was told the throttle housing was done eventually, and told the handlebars had not been shipped and were on back order. After the bike being in the shop for a month I told them I will take it how it is, and fix the handlebars on my own. I understand back order and supply and demand issues, but the communication was TERRIBLE. I arrive at the shop to find out absolutely NOTHING had been done to the bike!! They charged me $221 for a 3 min walk around the bike and for them to house my bike for a month(how nice of them). Tried arguing and told me I was paying for the information regarding parts and labor?????? I can look that up myself Anyways save yourself the trouble and take it somewhere else, it s worth the extra drive up north!

I've been looking for a Dirt-E-Bike for some time. I decided to go to Monarch Honda to check out what electric bike options they might have. I was met with a great customer experience. I gained a lot of knowledge about my options and which one would be better for the price! I highly recommend going to these guys if your looking for answers to your questions or already know what you'd like to purchase.

Took my bike in there three weeks ago to get done. Still don t have it done. Every contact that I have had with them is calling them to get a status update. They got parts in at the 2 week mark. Now I have to wait another week and a half before it will be done. I called in on week 2 and they told me that they were waiting on the parts to they have them and should be working on it. To my phone call in week 3 that they were still waiting on the parts until I told them that I called in last week and was told it was in. So now it be a week and a half from parts in to completion. There is no communication between the customer and shop. So make sure you call every other week so they don t forget they have your bike. Also plan on some time for service to be completed and hope you don t need it quick.Update: after a month with them having the bike it still isn t working. I called them on the month mark and they said that it still needs more work. So I asked what was taking so long and he said they were supper busy. But when I went in to pick it up that day there was 3 people sitting around and no one in the shop working. So that is why it takes so long. Also it cost 110 dollars an hour for the work and they put in 2 hours of work on it in a month. So expect a lot of time to get anything done on your bike and it will cost you over 300 dollars and it might work when they are done!Response from owner: If only I didn t know about supply chain. But I know about customer service and unlike yourself you have no clue what that is and how to communicate with people that give you business. I am glad you know how to take care of customers. Also just because I had it for awhile doesn t mean anything. I took it home and took it for a ride for 10 min before it die. I am glad I paid 350 dollars for nothing! Go anywhere but here!

Cannot give these guys a high enough rating. I had a simple question about my rear brake, spoke with Rob on the phone who told me he d love to help and to bring my bike in right then and he d have one of his technicians look at it. Will, the technician, looked at it and had me in and out of there in a matter of 10 minutes. When everyone else told me no to just having a quick look at my bike, they said yes. These guys are awesome. Super knowledgeable and even took the time to explain how it all worked so I could do it on my own. Will definitely be coming back!

Terrible service. Called them about getting my fork seals replaced on my KX450. They said they could do it and it s .5-1 hour job, so about $50-100. I brought my own seals and dropped the bike off. Never heard from them for a week. Called them multiple times to get an update on my bike. They decided to order column bearings WITHOUT my approval and when I came to pick up the bike my bill was almost $300, way over what they quoted me. I told them to cancel the order for the bearings and still had to pay $260 for LABOR ONLY on my fork seals. Even after I told them I was quoted half hour to an hour over the phone AND when I dropped the bike off. They basically said too bad this is how much it is. Never coming back here again. Worst service I ve ever dealt withEdit from owners response: I completely understand what was agreed upon. The reason for the 1 star review is because your guy told me a price over the phone AND in person when I dropped off the bike and didn t honor it. As a good service department, you would either honor the price you gave me, or called me to let me know it was going to be more BEFORE the work was done

Great dealership! I bought my Zero motorcycle from Monarch, and Mike was my salesperson. He answered many of my text messages, and he s extremely knowledgeable. Love the fact that he s not just a salesman but also a Zero owner too.

Edit: owner said they didn't have my correct phone number, but I don't see how this means they had to wait three days to get started.Dropped a rim and paddle tire off on Friday, they told me it could be mounted by the end of the day. No call Friday, no call Monday. I called Tuesday around lunch, he said "my tech will do that for his next job." Four hours later, no phone call, so I went to pick it up. It was done, but they never told me, so I got lucky there. And $45 of labor to remove a knobby and mount a paddle tire seems high. My go-to guys in Springville did it for $25.

I took my bike here to get new tires put on. Got it back missing all the screws on the heat shield and the oil drain bolt was stripped and fell out on my ride home. Why did they even touch that? Anyways, they're sketchy, and would not recommend.

I bought a used 2018 ktm 450 with a timber sled. The bike was a trade in and after I took it out the Fi light would pop on and the bike would start to back fire. I called Mike at Monarch and he recommended that I take it to the KTM dealer to have it checked out. So I did. The dealer hooked up the KTM computer and the TPS(throttle position sensor) was not working. Part got ordered and Mike and Rob at Monarch paid the for the repair. The Fi light would only pop on after the bike had warmed up and I was opening it up in the powder. So Monarch had no way of knowing. I'm happy that they made things right for me on this bike and I look forward to riding the rest of this winter.

I dealt with mike over one the Husqvarna side, and Ryan on the Honda Finance side.Seriously great experience with some great people! Mike made it very simple, and called me on his day off to talk about a bike I had inquired about...the shop wasn t even open and he called! Honestly, that sold me and I knew I d do business with him. Monarch is still as great as they were 10 years ago. They treat you like family and are transparent and upfront with their dealings. I d highly recommend mike if you re going to buy a Husqvarna.Ryan was super cool and wasnt like other finance guys by pressuring you in to buying backend products. He was himself as well, which I respect highly...thank you sir!10/10

I took my ktm 250 sxf here, because it was dying when it was idling low and they looked at it and told me it needed a top end rebuild, it was still dying after the top end rebuild and fuel filter change, after doing my own research I found out I needed to check if my spark plug boot had a tear in it. It did have a tear in it, I replaced the spark plug boot and it was fixed! I spent over $1500 for no reason. You'd think these guys are professionals and would know of such a simple fix. I had the similar experience at motor frugals and karl malone powersports
