I brought in my van the day after getting into an accident, Karl told me he would do the work for what my insurance had quoted us even though our insurance purposely low balled the estimate. Once he got to work it was done within days and it looked brand new! Like it had never been in an accident in the first place! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!!! Karl and metro have become my auto body shop for life! Thank you so much !!!!

We were referred to Karl Schiess and Metro as the best place to take our car by Tyler at Advance Insurance. Great referral and outstanding job my Karl and his team. We were able to get a quote on the spot, and since the car was drivable, we kept the car while they ordered parts. Karl called when the parts came in, which was pretty much when he had estimated. We took the car into the shop a before it opened but one of the shop guys saw us waiting, called Karl and we were able to drop the car off early. They completed the work when promised and called us to let us know it was done. The car looks new again. I would recommend them without hesitation. Fair price. Honest business.Service: Body & Trim

The quality of a company is sometimes best evident when there are problems to resolve. The job Metro worked on for me was problematic, requiring several return visits. Karl maintained a positive and helpful attitude through the whole process and gave excellent service and communication. Ultimately, the issue was resolved agreeably and due to the way the issue was handled, I would recommend Metro's service again in the future.Service: Body & Trim

I used Metro Collision for a out of pocket repair on a car. Their bid was lower than four other collision shops. I just happened to see their business as I was driving off from another collision shop bid and stopped in. Karl was so nice and he put me on the schedule for the next week. We paid cash so we got an extra discount as well. I will use them again if I ever need to.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my first truck in 3 years ago to have some bodywork done. They did such a great job on that truck I just took in my 2nd truck to have it repainted and rust spots fixed. They did a great job with the rust spots, and the paint looks fantastic. Great price and great quality of work. I would recommend them to anybody looking for auto bodywork. They did an incredible job in a timely manner. The quote was very fair and competitive amongst other reputable shops within a 20 mile radius. Karl whom I dealt with was honest, helpful, and accommodating with information regarding parts and labor. We had a gash in the side of our Honda pilot from a trailer. The gash was maybe 5 inches long. For a great price, these people made it look like it has never happened. I did not expect it to be so clean and perfectly fixed. Would definitely return again! But, instead I just don't my son drive the pilot anymore. lol

Karl and team did an awesome job. Karl was super communicative during the whole process. They worked super quick, without skimping on quality. Price was reasonable, too. Hopefully won t have to come back , but if I ever need auto body work again, I m giving Karl a call.

I took my car to Metro to get a quote after my roommate backed into my car and scratched up the front bumper. I had gotten 3 other quotes before coming to Metro and they were all way more expensive -- anywhere from $200 to $800 more for the same repair. So I was already super happy with the price they'd given me. Frank was also so kind and very easy to work with.I drive a bright red car and I was worried about the quality of work I was going to receive on my car because red is sometimes hard to make look good after damage, but when I returned to pick it up a few days later it was seriously good as new! For real! It was like my car had never been scraped at all. I attached before and after pictures so you can see!The only complaints I have were that I called once in August to set up the appointment and left a voicemail and they never called back. I had to call them again a few weeks later, but Frank answered right away and we were able to schedule an appointment. Also, the mat on the driver's side of my car was super dirty when I got the car back, but it's nothing that a good vacuum job won't fix -- just a little inconvenient.Overall though, I would 100% recommend Metro Collision Repair for any repairs you need on the body of your car, and I'll definitely come back here if I have an issue again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Repaired our civic following a bumper accident. This place is fantastic!Addendum:We happened to be in a secondary incident following initial repairs. Metro collision was just as pleasant to work with as with the first time. We are lucky to have such a good auto-collision shop in town. Thanks again!

I needed some dents fixed in my car as well as a windshield replacement. When I received the quote and met the employees I felt I was treated very fairly. I was very impressed with the work they did on my car. I will go back to them over and over as well as tell all my friends there is a place who does excellent work. They are very fair and honest. The work they did on our car was acceptable, but their customer service was horrendous. We dropped off our car on a Tuesday and it took them until Friday to finally give us a quote, and during that week they never even once reached out with an update on our car. And we only got our quote after we'd contacted them and asked what was taking so long. To which Frank replied, "I'm sorry, do YOU work on cars for a living?" We were so shocked and immediately called him out on how unprofessional he was being and he calmed down, but never apologized. He may have been irritated with us because we had been contacting him once a day for updates, but that was only because Metro was taking ZERO initiative to proactively communicate with us and our insurance. Anyway after this particular phone call they finally started to reach out with updates, and our car was miraculously finished just a few days later. In the end our car looks acceptable, but we dearly wished we had taken it somewhere else where we would have been treated with more respect and kindness.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Fantastic service in English and Spanish. Frank was friendly at the front desk and gave us a great deal (2/3 of what a different place in town wanted to charge). They performed their work professionally and according to their bid. We had a scrape down the side of our car from a bump-in with a light pole. I didn't think it would ever look right again. It looks just like new now! We couldn't be happier with the service and they offer a 5% discount on the price if you pay with cash. Very glad to find these guys.

I took my vehicle in to get repairs done. Frank was outstanding in the way he treated me as a client. He was honest and upfront with me.His team did an amazing job and I can t even see where the old damage was done.These guys know there stuff and are affordable!

Professional and very competent repairs are performed here. Very pleased with the quality and speed. Awesome electrical work with an on site electronics technician that diagnosed and repaired my truck after a front end wreck. He explained all the details in a way I could understand. I also found out they are bi-lingual. All are fluent in Spanish. Great business and fair prices!

Following my car accident, I took my car to Metro Collision Repair for a quote. I was so impressed with their professionalism and rates that I decided to do business with them. This place is amazing! My poor Prius was rear ended and after Metro worked their magic you would never know. The quality is top notch as well as the guys that worked with me. I think they went above and beyond. The service was great! I give it a big 5 stars!

Update: 2021My little brother had a previously wrecked Honda Civic that was 1/2 restored and put back together. He got into another accident in the same exact area. Obviously from my past experience with this store, I went right back to them. I don t regret my decision at all. The civic looked better than when we bought it. Obviously with crashes vehicles, lines are going to look a little weird, but this car absolutely looks astounding. And Again, THE PRICE WAS INCREDIBLE COMPARED TO OTHER COLLISION SHOPSWow, these guys are absolutely phenomenal. Went and got 5 quotes for the same car from different people (Caliber, Cascade, Rocky Mountain, Ken Garff) by far the best option I had. I could not be happier with my car. I wish I could post before and after pictures

I purchased a salvaged car from Metro a couple of months ago. Not only did i get a really great deal on the car, it was in immaculate condition outside and inside. Cameron and his wonderful employees took the time to explain to me the repairs completed to the vehicle, and also triple checked it to make sure all was in better than working order. I was very comfortable with all employees at Metro- from the management, office staff to the shop wirkers nvolved with my purchase. We love our new Nissan Versa! Thank you Cameron and Metro Collision Repair. I will be sure to spread the good word.

Metro Collision Repair did an incredible job repainting our 15-year old truck. We took it in with lots of rust, dents and tree scratches and a rusted-out hole in the bed. It came back looking amazing. A few extras I didn t expect: they detailed it, and replaced the windshield because it cracked while they were removing it. They went above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend this business.

I dented my rear quarter panel on my 81 Camaro, and the guys at Metro helped me out! The car had a bad dent and Cameron helped me figure out what needed to be done, and even gave me an unbeatable and very fair price. The guys even painted a primer spot on the front of the car for no extra cost. I am so happy to have found such a cool garage with people who are honest and love what they do!

Metro Auto Body was awesome! Definitely going back to them next time (although hopefully not anytime soon ;) They made it easy and simple and did a great job. I couldn t be happier with how my car and claim turned out.
