5 - Star Service They educated us on exhaust flow and was able to give us his opinion! Their in-house products sound great, and was very happy with! They had them in stock, is a big factor to me.We felt comfortable about our purchase didn t feel any pressure anything like some other shops. I will highly recommend this shop!!

They went above! They were flexible with my schedule and took me in right away. They were able to identify the problem right away and fix it. I don't really write reviews, mostly when I had a bad experience but these guys are awesome! Highly recommend

I was a patron of the South Jordan location until this last year, when I moved. I was a little nervous to go to a different shop, but I shouldn t have been. I had such a good experience here. I called ahead of time with my problem, and they gave me some advice on how to save money before I even brought in my car! Once there, they were quick, efficient, and helped with a couple last-minute issues that I brought up in-shop. My poor car is almost 20 years old, so I was bracing myself for a pretty serious bill, but it ended up being a fraction of what I thought it would be. Hopefully my Old Faithful won't have to visit again any time soon, but if I do, I know exactly what shop I'll be bringing it into!

Ean did a great job welding a full custom exhaust for my 59 Edsel. I ve also had them do alignments, tires, and brake work on my cars. Their work is good but pricing is somewhat high for a few things. Overall would recommendUpdate: They did phenomenal job at replacing my axle pinion seal and it doesn t leak a drop. I couldn t believe that they got the repair done in 15 minutes so I m updating to 5 stars.

They were super helpful to me. Had a problem with my catalytic converter and I thought it was going to need to be replaced but they told me they could try to fix it to save me some money. Worked good, super fast service as well. Definitely plan to go to them with my next repairs needed

They are very efficient, and the service from the front desk staff is also very good. They not only helped me inspect the entire car, but also marked out the details. The fees charged are also very reasonable! I will be here again next time I have my car repaired!

I really love Master AutoTech and this location specifically. I have been coming here for years and I have received nothing but the best service from really honest people, especially Ean. He s not looking to rip off anyone, but genuinely wants to help and I d trust him with any vehicle!

I recently discovered this shop and couldn't be more pleased.� Their mechanics are very skilled and knowledgeable, and they clearly take pride in their work.� They got my 2015 4-Runner driving like new again with�alignment�and balance.� I also took my 2013 Lexus IS250 in for a wheel bearing and front strut replacement, and the car is safely�back on the road.� I highly recommend�this shop.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Oil change

This guy has the very best and most expensive computer (over $6K) to hook up to your vehicle, if you need help diagnosing any issues with your catalytic converter, it's sensors, etc..

Tyler/Tweedle was super helpful! My car was making a strange noise so I dropped in. He took it for a test drive and found the cause of the noise was a piece of metal rubbing on the brakes. He bent it and we re back on the road. In and out in 20 min. I m super grateful!

They honored their warranty. That says a lot. No bickering. No well you must have broken it . They really did it the rebuild it at their cost. That should tell you something.

I have an older car that needed a lot of work done. They got it all done in one day, gave me a full breakdown of everything that was done, and the total came in less than what the quoted me for. Overall super pleased

Was on a road trip out to Utah when my battery started acting glitchy. I ran into an Autozone and had them test it and it instead showed that the starter was bad. Desperate, I looked around for a shop, and Master Auto fit me in. Then they tested the starter four different times with different instruments, full power AC and lights, everything, and said they couldn t find a problem with it or justify replacing it. I was totally at their mercy, ready to hand them $650, and they did the honest thing and saved me so much time, money, and hassle. Cannot recommend them enough!

Great service, friendly staff, the work on the car was going to take two and half hours and they offered to drive me home so I didn't have to wait in the shop. Good customer service. Do a really good job. I've taken my truck there multiple times and there work has lasted the test of time. 4 stars as the communication could be improved and prices seem higher than other places I've quoted. But quality of work is good.
