They were great! This was the second time my car got hit by no fault of mine and I went to a different shop the first time. While they were good, Martins was awesome. Martins was exceptionally friendly and nice. They helped communicate with the insurance s and with the rental company which helped relieve a lot of stress from the situation. I was pretty impressed at the speed they executed the repair. They said it would be about 3 weeks but it was more like 2. Juliana and Larissa were also a delight to work with. I really appreciated the progress messages and am satisfied with the condition of my car.

Martin s was great!!! So easy and friendly to work with, and my car looks beautiful. They were also pretty fast with my repairs!! They made the rental experience so hassle free too. I d come back again!

Martins was such a good choice for the repair that I was needing. Someone had hit my car and they made my car look better then it did before. The part that I was most impressed by was their attention to detail and even cleaning and waxing my car before I picked it up. I will always come to Martins.

After getting T-boned just before Christmas, I chose Martins Collision Repair to repair my vehicle. From getting a timely estimate to coordinating with my insurance company to actually doing the repairs--Martins Collision proved themselves top-notch at every step. Their communication is especially great--frequently providing me updates with repairs progress, and getting my vehicle returned to me when I was out-of-state and unable to collect it myself. The customer service staff are fantastic--always welcoming, patient, and eager to answer questions. They've made an otherwise stressful situation a breeze. I highly, highly recommend them to all.

Martins Collision and Repair far exceeded our expectations! They took professionalism to a whole new level. Each day we received updates on what was happening with our automobile and if parts had arrived and what had been completed. When the vehicle was finally ready it was completely detailed inside and out, it looked amazing! They drove it to us and picked up our rental. #1 Service

I ve used a couple different shops over the years and once I found Martins Collision Repair they became my hands down choice for auto body repairs. I ve had a number of vehicles that have needed repairs, from minor to extensive damage. The repairs are always completed in a timely fashion. Fit of panels is always spot on, no leaks in windows seals, paint matches are right on target and the list goes on. My vehicles have always looked like they just came from the factory. The customer service from the moment you walk in the door is outstanding. Every employee from the front desk to the owners have always made me feel like we ve been friends for years. I felt like they went above and beyond trying to get my last vehicle back to me in a timely fashion. I can t recommend Martins Collision Repair enough. Quality craftsmanship backed with excellent customer service. You re making a mistake if you go anywhere else.

We just had our son's Honda Civic repaired at Martins Collision Repair in Orem and they did a fantastic job. The results are flawless. Additionally, working with them was an easy and pleasant experience and they did all of the annoying work to negotiate again and again with the insurance to make sure that the entire job was fully covered. I went to them because several people recommended them to me, and now I know why. I'll be recommending them myself now. Great job Martins! Also shout-out to Bella on their team - really appreciate your help Bella!

chose Martin s to do my repairs after an accident I was in, and no regrets. my car looks amazing. they even cleaned the inside before giving it back! updated me and kept me in the loop the entire time. If I could give them 10 stars I would. :)

I will happily recommend Martin's to anyone. They were professional and helpful in every step of our repair. When I picked up my van they showed me how to turn my automatic doors back on without even making fun of me for not knowing . I wasn t expecting them to clean the car inside so it was an awesome surprise to get in a clean detailed car! Made my whole week!

They did a great job on the repairs and after the repairs were done they detailed the outside of the car and then they went out of their way to detail the inside as well. And they're very professional about keeping in touch with you every step of the way. I've been to different collision places before and by far this one was the best one and been to and best experience I've had to get my car repaired.

I have been to Martins a few times and they always do such an amazing job! Sergio, one of the owners is one of the nicest guy's you'll ever meet and his team of associates are so friendly and caring. This last visit I had to get my bumper worked on and when it was done I noticed they deep cleaned my seats! Completely unrelated to my front end, just a generous addition. The car looked brand new when I got it! Seriously, I won't go anywhere else, Martins collision is the best!

Martins Collision Repair has been incredible throughout the entire repair process to my vehicle. The staff has kept me updated via text on each phase of the process and was quick to inform me when unforeseen hiccups occurred. In the beginning I was concerned about taking my vehicle to anywhere other than a certified dealer because of the calibration and complexity of my vehicle s parts and computer components. Their knowledge and attention to detail are paramount. One of the best parts about the repair was that my vehicle was professionally detailed, inside and out, when I picked it up. The front desk also attended to retrieving and returning the rental car which was a huge plus.

Martins is the ONLY place to go for collision repair. We ve used them multiple times and they are extremely professional and easy to work with. They communicate with you through the whole process and their work is second to none! I picked up my car today and it looks (inside and out) like it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. I just got home from there, and I already forgot the names of the two women at the front desk who were extremely helpful. The whole time my car was in the shop, I was getting text updates, which were so convenient and definitely easier Then phone calls. My car looks twice as good as it did before, and even smells amazing. Disclaimer: Are use their services based off of being hit by another driver, so I did not pay for any of this myself.

Everything went very smoothly, and there was great communication the whole time my car was in the shop. I knew exactly when it would be done and I appreciated them keeping me in the loop. I would definitely recommend as a place to get your car repaired.

Great service, nice people. Not sure what happened but when I got my car, the battery was dead. I ended up having to replace it after getting stranded and calling AAA. Battery was old, but makes me think they left it sitting for a long time. Otherwise, very communicative and punctual.

This Collision Repair shop is amazing! They were prompt on getting me a quote for repairs, kept me updated with repairs and if there were any problems, and did a great repair job. When I pulled up to the shop I noticed that they detailed the outside of the truck and it looked amazing. Upon my entering the inside I noticed the inside was very well detailed. Amazing place and would recommend to anyone

These guys are great! Real professionals. They did some significant work on our 2016 Rav4 and the quality of the work was excellent. Then my front lights began to fog, called them up, asked if they had such a service and they offered to buff them out as a complementary service. Awesome! I have used Martin s a few times now and have had a great experience every time. Not only do they do a super job on the repairs but they detail the interior as well so it looks like new. The work when you finally get it is very acceptable. But good luck getting your car back anywhere near the date they say it will be ready. Told us it would be 10 days to 2 weeks. It s now been over 6 weeks and still no definite date. Nothing but lip service and lots of blaming others when you ask when your car will be ready. We gave them the car before and asked them to please go through it and determine what parts were needed and order them before we dropped it off to be repaired. They said they did that, but here we are over 6 weeks later and they are still waiting on parts. No one returns calls, no other compensation is offered. Very poor customer service. Will not be bringing anymore cars here.
