Randy and his son are extremely knowledgeable about all things bikes! I was fortunate enough to even go on a group ride with them. Their knowledge of service and advice is unmatched in the industry. It's so refreshing to have a locally owned small business with people who care like they do at Mad Dog!

I LOVE Mad Dog Cycles! The team there is fantastic and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with them. They went to bat for me when a bike rack failed and dropped my e-mtb on the trail for 1.5 miles. They got the rack company to cover the repair and promptly repaired everything like new. I plan to purchase many bikes from them in the near future.

Mad Dog Cycles is on point. The Best!!!. I ve purchased 4 bikes from there, now finally leaving a review. They care about your experience, and having the products to enhance the riding experience. The only regret you ll have is, if you go somewhere else. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Overall customer service was great! I got my bike serviced and tuned up, amongst a few other upgrades, and they were able to get everything done extremely fast. It was slightly more expensive than I was expecting, but once I got my bike back, I can tell that it was well worth the money. We did have one slight miscommunication, but they were quick to remedy the situation and make things right, earning future business from me. They seem like a good honest team, and gave me good advice for my upcoming goals/races.While I waited for my bike, I looked around and they are well equipped to help anyone from beginner to expert with bikes or any equipment needed. Great store, glad I gave them a chance.

By far the Best Experience ever!Although it was busy, I was acknowledged and welcomed as I entered the door. Randy took the time to answer all of my e-bike questions, and helped me to "customize" my renewed interest in safely riding a bike (last time I was on a bike was 40 years ago!) He took the time to explain everything, and gave above an beyond service to ensure my bike was received quickly.Thank you!

I went to Mad Dog Cycles because I m pretty new to biking. I had a bunch of questions. The person who helped me was very helpful. She answered my questions and gave me some great suggestions about bikes and accessories. She even told me about an app that shows various bike trails across the state, and showed me how to use it. I m on a budget, so she also helped me find some good items that are within my budget. I ll definitely go there again.

Great service they took care of all my needs. When I arrived to pick up my bike, one of the tires was flat that they just repaired. They took it back. Repaired it for me that any questions asked great customer service thank you.

I was referred to Mad Dog Cycles by a friend that has gone to them for a very long time. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Fast, friendly, and reasonable rates. And I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me on anything, or do service that was not required, which is more than I can say for the name brand store I used to get service done at. Happy customer here!

I bought my first MTB from Mad Dog back in the spring of 2020. I was new to the sport back then and had no idea what I was getting myself into. It started a chain reaction in our house where now all of my kids ride.Mad Dog s customer service is awesome and I ve referred several people over the years because of how the take care of anyone who walks through their doors.

They really went out of their way to help me. I couldn t find the bike my daughter wanted anywhere but they found one in Maryland! They hand it shipped and put together for me within a week. I am really impressed with their customer service.

Mad Dog has been my go-to for over 20 years. I have purchased several bikes over the years from them, and they have always been great to service them, and their customer service has always been excellent. I have sent many friends to Mad Dog and they have had a similar experience. Thank you, Mad Dog, for being what you call the best bicycle shop in Utah. It s true!

I had such a great experience with Mad Dog! They were friendly, timely, and did quality work. From discussing what I needed, revising the quote, and coordinating pick up, everything was easy. My cruiser works perfectly now. 10/10 would recommend to expert or novice bikers.

Mad Dog is one of the most well organized and run bike shops in Utah County. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and went the extra mile to help us with our son's Rad Wagon. I have also shopped for and serviced bikes at Mad Dog. Again, the staff have always gone above and beyond and create a very interactive cycling environment. I always feel like I'm among friends when I walk through the doors.

We purchased some Trek E-bikes for Christmas. The Mad Dog Cycles representatives made this transaction easy. They answered all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed for our future biking trips. They even took extra time to make sure that we were well equipped for the Christmas presentation to our family.These guys are awesome!!I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.

My bike needed a lot of work to get ready for this year, they got it fixed up great! Went on a ride to try it out and it was making a weird noise, I tried to figure it out and ended up messing up the front brake a bit . Took it back the next day, one of the gear cables had shifted loose so they corrected that and fixed my mistake with the front brakes for no charge and in like 20 minutes. Super friendly, highly recommended!!

Mad dog cycles was such a pleasure to work with. They got me the bike I wanted and it arrived as promised . When the bike had an issue that couldn t be resolved-the next day got me another bike. Even delivering it to my house because of the Inconvenience! They ve offered a 30 day check and are willing to do that while I wait! The customer service is exceptional! They even respond to phone messages promptly with text replies. I highly recommend them to be your bike shop too!

I went in to get sealant. Which I told the worker since he asked me what I came in for. He then proceeded to try to sell me on their $150/tire (or more, he didn t even know) cushcore technology that I didn t want. Disappointed that I said no, we walked over to the sealant and he tried to sell me way more than I needed, saying I needed a bottle with a tube to install it and a big one for back up sealant. Didn t even ask, but I ve done the job probably 15 times, already have a syringe kit, and was just listening to try to be nice.

Mad Dog to the rescue. I purchased an e-bike that needed to have some work done. They quickly fixed it and let me know what needed to be done with costs right away before getting started. Great customer service. All the sales and service team were professional and assisted us in a timely manner. Highly recommend going there.

So I went to mad dogs with my son to get a kickstand for his 27 1/2 inch rim bike, we didn t bring the bike with us, they found us a kickstand we took it home, put it on the bike, it rubbed the tire, so the next day I took the bike in, they tried a couple of different kickstand s and found just what I wanted for the kickstand on the bike. How it aligns with the frame is important to me, and they saw that and they made it happen! Which is important to me, as we was trying kickstands, we found out that the rim was bent a little bit and a little unlined, and that one of the brake pads needed to be adjusted, and this feller about my age starts pulling, out. Wrenches, Allen wrenches, and starts working on that bike. I thought oh great it s going to cost me quite a bit. He only charge me for the kickstand. Both days that I went there, there is great listening and understanding,great customer service and it was all about me, what I wanted how could they help me! I appreciate that guys. Thank you. You ve got my business it s not too often you find a business that s old-school like that. I appreciate it keep it up guys.

I am over the moon with the customer service from Randy at Mad Dog Cycles. I was offered a personal delivery of my bike from Randy and his wife. I was not expecting this and was not looking forward to putting the bike together myself, being that I am physically challenged. Thank you Mad Dog Cycles. I look forward to my ready to go bike. I will post an update after I receive it!Update: The bike was delivered and it is beautiful! It was a gift for my sister so that we can ride together. Randy and his wife are really nice people and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Thanks so much!

I love mad dog cycles! I ve been using them for over 10 years, very fast service. I love that they text me to confirm services and give me updates. The only other thing I would hope they would improve on would be verifying pricing for services and products before installation. But overall I m very satisfied and love the people and shop.

I love my new Townie Electra 7!! I haven t owned a bike in years so I trusted this brand to give me a great experience. Mad dog cycles has been extremely professional and pleasant as well I love them!My bike was packaged properly and shipped fast. I will be shopping with again for my children bikes. Fyi great customer service they responded to all of my text in a timely fashion.

The staff and the owner are truly amazing at the shop! I bought a very high-end electric bike and the owner Randy Gibb went above and beyond for me in every way! I am in AZ and felt very comfortable throughout the whole process that everything he told me would happen and not only did it but he exceeded all of my expectations and made suggestions and helped me with the bike to set it up even more custom for me personally. This is hands-down the best bike shop I ve ever dealt with! I would definitely buy from them again without hesitation!
