Purchasing a car from them has been a great experience. They had a 25k miles Hyundai Elantra Limited that I bought at a crazy good deal. The owner is very professional and addressed all of my concerns. I would 100% buy from them again.

2/10 would not recommend. They were only willing to do the bare minimum. They weren t willing to even try to work with my Credit Union. We had payment and we re ready to pick up the car, I gave them a heads up we were on our way, showed up at 1 pm and no one was there. Their hours say they open at 10:00 am. They were aware I was on my way and trying to do this on my lunch break but they hadn t even started the paperwork. Did not apologize or care how late they made me for work, and sent me in a car almost completely out of gas when they knew I had a 30 mile drive back to work, which meant I had to stop for gas making me even later.

Loved our experience with Leiva Motors. My wife and I were looking for a bigger car for our family and this guys went above and beyond to help us find the right fit. My wife and I checked out dozens of cars from a dozen different dealer, these guys were the best. LOWEST document fees (all dealerships have this, only some are more than others). Honest and straight forward. Not pushy. We've had our car for almost 6 months, running great and still like it. Worked with Hector and Rafa mostly, but they are all super nice.

Professional from start to finish! The listing online was accurate to the vehicle we came to look at and purchased. Jared was very helpful and honest, as well as the rest of the staff. I appreciate an honest sales office doing clean business. I would recommend this car dealership to those close to me. Very happy with our purchase.

What a stress free environment the sales guys have here. I thought I was going to exhaust their patience because I came in at least half a dozen times before i made a decision on a vehicle. Each time just as friendly and personable courteous and understanding. They were 100% willing to work with me with absolutely no pressure. And them knowing that I was looking elsewhere as well.Highly recommend!!

Leiva Motors is the place to go if your looking for a car! They made buying a car so easy and stress free, I highly recommend to anyone! There was zero pressure and everyone is super nice. They walked me through the financing process and answered all my questions. These guys are great!

Car shopping has never been an easy process - But finding a dealership that is stress-free and friendly makes all the difference. Leiva has a great selection of vehicles. I found my Nissan Altima here and am very satisfied. The owner is personable and went above and beyond in his service. It may be a small dealership among a city filled with bigger ones but it is seriously a hidden gem. I d highly recommend shopping here next time your in the market.

I love Leiva motors!!! My wife and I have gotten two of our cars from them, and we are very satisfied with their service. We got a car that is easily worth $27k on the market for less than $20k and we can t wait to make it our family car!

I had no real desire to purchase a car, but my van had little hope of staying on the road with all its problems. Complicating things further, I have teenagers with their own schedules to keep. I not only had to replace my vehicle, but come up with another one! Talk about stressful! In the hours I spent on the internet and at dealerships looking at different vehicles I came upon an ad for Leiva Motors.They had exactly what I was looking for and at a great price! Then I met Cesar. He went up and beyond when it came to being a salesman! He was very patient and waited until I felt good about my decision. Even when I got up from paperwork to go back out and look it over again before I signed. But he didn't stop there! He found the trim pieces my car was missing, AND knowing I really needed something for my kids to drive, he helped me find good prices on the parts the van needed so it would pass inspection and emissions! ! Cesar has shown me TRUE dedicated customer service! As far as I'm concerned, Leiva Motors is the ONLY PLACE to buy a vehicle.

They guys are great! I had the best experience with them. They are very easy to talk to and they would even assist you to apply for a car loan. Your salesman would even drive you and accompany you to getthe beat loan for your car. They go the extra mile for you.

Rafael was awesome! I was looking for a very specific car of his I saw on KLC on Friday night and not only did he stay late for me to make a down payment, but he also had the car through safety and emissions the next morning for pick up at 11am. Super impressed. Thanks for your help, Rafael!

Will never use this dealership. We live in Logan & found a truck on KSL. We were trading in another truck which they got the VIN# for and gave us a trade-in value that we were OK with. So, we had financing and everything ready to go days in advance, took work off just to drive TWO hours to the dealership & two hours later, we were told they would give us way less than what they promised and asked for thousands upfront. I felt like we got the run around and were made broken promises.
