Boat trailer wheel bearing blew out in the canyon on the weekend. Ryan came out the same day and fixed it. Ryan was knowledgeable and professional and fair pricing Best repair experience in Utah. Thanks Ryan!

We were stuck at a gas station in Santaquin UT. Our front tire was rubbing on the shocks, burning the rubber. We called Ryan, described the problem. He arrived with the parts to replace the wheel bearing and within a couple of hours we were back on the road. Received great service from Ryan of JR Mobile. He came to our location diagnosed our car's issue quickly at a competitive rate. I had suspicions to what my car's problem was, but after Ryan came I was able get a for sure answer. I shopped around for a replacement part and thought I had the cheapest price, but Ryan was able to get the part cheaper and was confident he could get the part replaced within an hour.The next day we scheduled Ryan to come back with the part and replace it. He was done under an hour and even gave me some useful tips in car maintenance.I was very please with the service rendered, the parts and labor cost was affordable and cheaper than shop mechanics.I would recommend JR Mobile to anyone in the area in need of car repair.

I had a bad cable connection on the positive lead to my car battery which resulted in the lead melting causing a short. Ryan happened to walk by me and the AutoZone employee and said that the product I was being sold wasn't the right solution. A few minutes later he came back with the right part from his truck and helped me to get it up and running. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. I do all my own car work but if I needed a mechanic, Ryan is the man for the job!

Ryan is hands down the BEST mechanic around!!! There seriously isn't anyone else within a 50 mile radius that has even close to the same amount of experience as him. He not only knows so much about vehicles and anything else that uses a motor, but most of all is that he's an honest and great guy! He has saved my butt countless number of times and not just that but he goes above and beyond what any other mechanic will do. I recall that my car had broken down up at the Gateway shopping mall in downtown Salt Lake City late one night and I was forced to take the train back home, but I didn't want to leave my car where it was because it would get towed, and it was a easy target for someone looking to take a car, or break in and so many other awful things could have happened to it. So I gave Ryan a call around 9:30 PM and thankfully he was still up and answered my call. I was just looking for advice on what he thought I should do and immediately he said I'll come pick you up in 5 minutes and he drove us up there and got the car running and we came home! I would never go to anyone else as long as I live and I have and always will refer anyone to him. There's not enough stars on this review for what he deserves to get for his skills and knowledge. One of the smartest guys I've ever met and he's extremely resourceful and he'll save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars by fixing the problem and doing it the correct way with the best price. He'll always fix your issue and at an amazing price, and he's also a great guy to talk to and will make you bust a gut laughing. I can't express just how valuable he is and I know that if you ever use him once you'll never use anyone else again when it comes to dealing with your vehicle. So if you're ever in a bind and need work done on your vehicle he should be the first person you call. I've never felt cheated or ripped off but just the opposite it feels like I should be paying him more, and that's the kind of service you will receive. Highly highly recommend JR Mobile to everyone! Like I already said he's the BEST around!

Ryan was amazing! He was here in minutes and diagnosed the problem quickly and got right to work. He was honest and fair priced. I was expecting to pay double with having to have it towed and diagnosed then parts and labor to a shop some where else. Will recommend him to anyone and everyone. Will definitely be calling him for any future car needs. Thank you Ryan!

Be advised if you hire this mobile mechanic, you will pay a fat premium. THE RATE IS $110 AN HOUR.I am kicking myself for not asking before hiring.Ryan helped me diagnose a hidden problem with my car. He did indeed find the problem, though unfortunately my car was stuck half way up the canyon and it took a few trips for him to try different parts, etc.I believe he is a very experienced mechanic and definitely knows his stuff.My 3 stars is simply for the price tag.I paid $500 to JR Mobile and still need to take my car to a shop and pay to get the repair done.

Fast, courteous, knowledgeable. Ryan came the same afternoon I called, charged up the dead battery, and I was on my way. At the time of this review (Jan 2014) he charges $45 for the service call and then a little more for the labor. Faster, cheaper, and better than towing it to a garage for a dead battery. Many thanks!

My boat trailer had a bearing melted by heat and left me stranded on the way to the lake. I called Jr Mobile at last resort, he came and fixed the trailer in an hour. Came to my house 5 minutes after calling. Pulled up in his legendary truck, fixed my problem within 10 minutes and charged me probably the same or less what a mechanic would have charged me. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a mobile car mechanic.

My car have been left for a week in this cold winter and won't start when I am back in town. First I thought it was a battery issue but jump start didn't work. So I decided to check it out first before I buy a new battery. I called Ryan and he drove to my car on time. After hearing the noise from the engine, he figured out it was actually the weather problem. The temperature was so cold that the gas was compressed below the engine. Then he tried to push the gas pedal while igniting, after 20 seconds, the car worked.He is very honest, polite and knowledgeable.His price is pretty fair. I highly recommend this guy!

Their lead mechanic is phenomenal. I asked Ryan for a tune up, and I was impressed with the quality of his service. Not only did he fix and repair my car's main issue (an antifreeze leak), but he was willing to answer ALL of my questions (seriously, I think I asked him over 30 questions).I would highly recommend J R Mobile, and they have earned my trust.Services that were performed: spark plug assessment, brakes and calipers, battery service, belt tensioning, radiator leak, engine clean, air filter replacement, pcv valve replacement.

Such a great experience! Car wouldn t start, called in the morning, he made time to stop by and check it out on his way to another job, and had the starter replaced by the end of the day. Honest, thorough, and fair-priced. I ll definitely be calling again when needed!!

Came within an hour of calling, did what was needed despite some unforeseen challenges, and was a complete professional. I had a starter that needed replacing (already bought the part), but I wasn't up to doing it myself. Glad I called Ryan instead. Total cost was exactly what I was quoted for labor at Big O Tires, where I usually go, but instead of having to tow my car to the shop, the shop came to me!

I needed a car battery replaced and he came early in the morning before his 1st appointment to fix it for me! Extremely nice and helpful. If I'm ever in a blind again he will be the one I call.

Worst customer service I have ever had said he could do the job in 2 weeks and 2 and a half months later still not done no updates on when he would finish the work finely I fired him don't call this guy if you need sometime anytime soon.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair
