1000/10 would recommend this place. Nothing short of a miracle that I found this place. Pulled up to this place 2 minutes after closing and it was raining. Todd was closing up and about to leave but was soooo kind and helped me out. I went to many different places that told me it would cost an arm and a leg to replace the entire tail light because I have LED lights. Todd at Foreign aid fixed it in less than 10min! AMAZING CAR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. COMING HERE FROM NOW ON!!!!

As a woman finding a trustworthy mechanic seems to be just that much harder. These guys are absolutely amazing they re up front with you and explain things very straightforward to you there s no surprises or hidden fees. I have a 2006 Audi A3 Quattro that I needed fixed right away to get it registered. They got it in the same day I called and with the issue I was having they were able to get it out same day as well. I had a small issue I came back for and Jim was able to fix it within a minute and showed me exactly what was going on. I ll never take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend these guys.

Speed: 5/5 Knowledge: 5/5 Experience/Skill: 5/5 Customer Service: 4.5/5Foreign Aid Auto does their job very well, they're professional, and have great customer service. I got quick and great service on my wife s Acura, after we came home from a trip and found the that car s alternator and battery had been malfunctioning. They accept the vehicles anytime of day and a towing service was able to pick up the car and drop it off at the shop so that could work on it first thing in the morning. They gave me an accurate description of the issues that were affecting my vehicle. They were honest and fair in the pricing, and now it s been a 2 months of worry-free driving with the car. I m super satisfied with the service and enjoyed the experience I had with the owner Todd. If I have anymore issues with my car heaven forbid, I ll definitely be returning to Foreign Aid Auto.

I highly recommend this place for honest service at great price and they are very competent. I took my Audi A4 here for a check engine light issue and they knew exactly how to fix it and made sure to examine my car throughly before the repair. This is in sharp contrast to several other shops I took my car to for the same issue that also wanted to charge twice as much. The Audi dealership wanted to charge 4x the amount this shop did. Any negative review on here has to do with parking in the parking lot by people that aren t even customers.

I took my recently purchased 1993 VW Cabriolet here after it wouldn t pass emissions. I called several shops that would not work on a car this old before one recommended Foreign Aid to me. I m so glad they did. I was in and out in under an hour with the problem diagnosed, fixed, and a certificate of passed emissions. It ended up being a simple problem which was a relief because I anticipated having to spend a lot more money. On the drive home, my car was smoother, quieter, and had much more power. As for the parking complaints, it s very clearly marked on each stall. It was a pretty full parking lot, even at 8:00 AM and I was thankful I had a place to park as a customer. I can t recommend Foreign Aid enough and thank them for giving me peace of mind driving my new (old) car. I will definitely be a repeat customer to keep my little car running beautifully. Thank you!!

An honest & fair mechanic you can trust to work on your import, which in my experience/ opinion is hard to find these days. I have a 1987 VW Vanagon and have always been very happy with prices and quality of work. This is definitely my go to mechanic for my VW. I would not hesitate to drop my baby off here for any future repairs she may need, and neither should you.

I love this place. Todd really knows his stuff. He s done excellent work on my Mercedes c43 and Audi S3 for years now, for a good deal less than I would ve paid at the dealer. I ve had a few experiences too where I m convinced he actually knows more about my vehicles than most of the service advisors and mechanics working at the dealerships. If you re looking for a reliable shop in Utah County to work on your European car that won t charge you through the nose, this is your place.

Todd and his staff know their German cars and Land Rovers. Very great experiences with their service, diagnosis and they are very fair with their prices. (and way cheaper than a dealership but just as knowledgeable and good!)

Unfortunately, I ve had to do a bunch of work to my Land Rover but I m grateful for these guys. While car repairs are expensive I feel they give me a fair price and great service. Super accommodating, good communicators, and I trust them- rare in an auto mechanic.

Best European car shop around! Brought my Mercedes here, they fit me in right away, really nice guys, and the best prices you will find for sure. Don't even bother going anywhere else, just call this shop.

Sadly this business is run by extremely bitter and racist owners. I had to call the police because I was being harassed by the owner, he called me slurs and threatened me. All I did was park in the wrong spot by mistake then they locked me in. Here s a picture. And a warning to anyone considering this business.Do not support this business.

I have had multiple German vehicles. I will only take them to Todd, at Foreign Aid, for repairs. They have always taken great care of me, and my vehicle needs. They are honest and very skilled. Whenever I've picked up my car, they have always shown me what was wrong (physically shown me the broken part) and explained what was needed. In addition, they have very reasonable and fair pricing.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Auto battery replacement, Auto power window repair, Auto A/C recharge, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Transmission replacement, Battery

They're very busy every time I go in, but they always take time to answer questions and give me advice for my 1973 vw beetle, even if I'm not making a purchase.

I was beyond impressed with my experience here in a number of ways. I had a dashboard light come on so I set about calling many other places to get a quote to fix it and schedule a time to have it done. When I talked with Todd at Foreign Aid Auto Repair, not only was he going to be able to work with me to get it done faster (less time without my car) but it was also going to be way cheaper! So I set an appointment and was not dissapointed. Todd was great with me, explaining the repair to me and made an extra effrort to not make me spend more than I needed to. My issue was resolved quickly and painlessly and my BMW is running great. I've been to other shops in the area but Foreign Aid has by far been my best experience. Taking my business to Todd.

The guys at Foreign Aid have been working on my Land Rover since I got it. Todd and Gunner are amazing! Great at what they do and so knowledgeable. I trust no one else with my car.As a young Hispanic female, I don t always feel like I can trust an auto repair shop, but these guys are straight forward, blunt and ethical.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The very rude man told me that I could not leave my car to leave and to call to make an appointment just to examine the problem. On the door there is a message that says that if you are one of the people who calls every minute, they will never return your call. that? they live off of us customers wao I do not recommend it

I have had an amazing experience at Foreign Aid Auto Repair! Not only did they do a quality job on my VW but they finished when they said they would! They are fair and honest. Gunner was amazing! As a young female, I always feel worried that auto shops will take advantage of my lack of car knowledge and overcharge me or not give me quality help. I did not feel this way at Foreign Aid. They walked me through each of the repairs my car needed and did extra work to make sure I was getting the right parts for my car! They gave me a great price for the parts and labor! My car is running smoothly and I walked away feeling great and having peace of mind as to the work done and the price paid! I highly recommend bringing your business here!

I absolutely love these guys. Solid shop, they know their stuff and are willing to admit when they don t. I gave them every opportunity to up-sell me by asking them multiple times about my front brakes when they repeatedly told me that I only needed my back done.I ve take my car to these guys a few times now and I finally understand how under-rated it is to have your trusted mechanic.

Todd and his guys at Foreign Aid are professional, helpful and kind. They provide great service and a variety of pricing options so you can choose the quality of repairs you wish to have. They are awesome over there. I recommend all of my family and friends to use them. I don't know why I haven't chosen Foreign Aid sooner. They are located less than a mile from my house.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Todd was great! They got me and my car in for a ATF change in about 24 hours. They gave me the best quotes for the service and really helped me feel confident about the service. They were informative and patient. They got my car out in roughly three hours and runs so smooth now. Thanks guys!

I've been using Foreign Aid for all of my auto repairs for several years, and they are my go to auto shop in Utah County. They explain everything that they need to do to repair your car, and give you the other options to a complete repair if there are any. Once the repair is complete, they would always bring out the broken part and show me what the problem was, and even offered to let me keep the broken part if I wanted (I never took them up on the offer). These guys are honest, no nonsense mechanics, and when there was a problem with the initial repair, they took care of the follow up visit with no additional charge. I've recommended Foreign Aid to several friends, and feel compelled to let anyone cruising Google Reviews know that this is a good place to take your car to get fixed.

Todd & the crew at Foreign Aid are awesome to work with. They are honest to a fault & always take excellent care of their customers. On several occasions they have gone beyond what was necessary to make my experience very pleasant.I highly recommend Foreign Aid for any work on overseas makes (Audi, VW, BMW, Jaguar, Saab, etc.).

Traveling through life with an older car you need to have a mechanic's shop that you can trust....Foreign Aid is that place for me. Over the years Todd and his guys have fixed some major and some minor issues for me. Always patient, explains things well, answers all the stupid questions I have. I really do trust these guys....and will continue to do so.

These guys have done work 3 times on my Volvo XC70. One of the best, if not the best shops to have an import worked on. Their attention to detail and pride in their work is outstanding. Everyone in the shop is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They stand by their work and will do anything and everything in their control to ensure their customers have a positive experience.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

They Are the best! I highly recommend them! I took my car to Jeffy Lube for an oil change and have them check my breaks. They were going to charge me at least 300$ to fix them... and I called my mechanic at foreign aid and they said to just bring the car in, it cost me less than 73$. They are super honest, will never try to tell you to fix something that doesn't need it and always charge a fair price for what needs to be fixed. I love those guys and wouldn't want to take my little car anywhere else!
