I am very unimpressed with the store. The selection of dirt bike stuff was very poor I bought two things from them a chain for my Yamaha and some boots. When I got home it was clear that the chain was already cut and returned, they sold me a used chain that did not fit my bike at full price. It claimed to be 118 links but it was clearly missing four of those links. The boots that I bought broke the first time I put them on and they would not let me return them. To be fair they did fix the boots for me but I didn't want them fixed I wanted them returned. One of the reasons I buy new items is because I feel secure buying from a store with a return policy I will never shop here again because they did not honor their return policy which is clearly listed on the receipt.

We had a snowblower that wouldn t start. When I dropped it off they told me it would be about a week. They called the next day after servicing the carburetor. They said that the knew a big snow storm was coming so they made extra effort to get me my snowblower when I needed it most. They go out of their way to provide great service.

Ordered time sensitive parts for my ATV, 2 oil seals. Packing slip had the correct parts on it. Received two springs. Part numbers weren t even remotely close. Really feels like someone did not care. Just threw whatever part in whatever box. Just disappointing.

I was delivering a load there and they don't have docks but have a parking lot big enough to back into. They are fast with unloading and are super nice. Spoke with Mary and Scott. Delivered some of their winter stock

These are awesome and took perfect care of my Hayabusa. They treated me like royalty and Dave was a great help. Dale the owner even called me personally to let me know my bike was ready. I will be doing all of my services and upgrades here.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, had my equipment a month after telling me it would be about a week and a half wait, charged more then what was told originally and now that I have my equipment back it still doesn t work! My receipt says mower now starts and runs good it now doesn t start and when it did it barely ran. Absolutely terrible service center, highly don t recommend!

Seth at Cutler s was very friendly and extremely helpful. He quickly looked up the part for my Toro lawnmower and had it in stock. I recommend Cutler s to anyone looking for random lawnmower parts that are difficult to find anywhere else. I also recommend Cutler s to those who enjoy high-quality customer service.

Feel a bit taken advantage of - came here and looked at generators, came back about 5 days after my first visit to buy one. While at the register, what was $1,200 became $1,500 due to "Honda raising the prices". I know for a fact they were just barely at a lower price. I politely didn't push back and just went through with the purchase. That said, I must say it bothers me each time I walk past these generators at other stores (Seen em at Home Depot, Sportsman's warehouse since this encounter) and for the same 30a companion model I have, the price is still the lower amount, directly from Honda it is as well. I guess I will fact check folks on this type of thing and buy elsewhere if needed from now on, but I just didn't really appreciate the last minute price jump and being told that all retailers would be hiking prices due to Honda when this clearly wasn't the case.

This store is amazing, that is why it is on bussiness for 40 years. I was looking for a pressure washer gun and his associate took his time to help me and found what I needed. I was in four stores before without success. After I was checking the motorcycles and other associate answer all my questions, customer service is outstanding.Sells small tool, quads, motorcycles . amazing place!

Super happy they carried replacement key for our mower.But only gave 2 due to sitting on order for a week before they even sent item out with slow speed shipping.Total 10 day wait time during mowing season

Cutler's has done several lawn mower repairs for us over the years, and they have always done a great job. I recently went in to get a set of wheels for our ancient lawn mower, and they were no longer made. They spent a good amount of time finding a pair that would fit our model, even though they did not make much money on the transaction. Of course we took our lawn mower back there for service a few weeks later when the carburator needed work. Highly recommended.

Scott Cutler helped me out so much! I recently went to his store and had the best customer service experience I have ever had hands down. I went in looking to get some information on some commercial equipment and to purchase said equipment. Scott showed me the exact tools I needed for my job and didn't even consider trying to upsale me on anything. I HIGHLY recommend getting with Cutler's for any of their services they offer.

I made several visits over a couple days, spoke with Kent and Dave, was glad Dale (the owner) took time to help me figure out the best snow blower for our HOA in Provo. He was thorough, objective, patient, and helped me better understand how to figure out the best first "professional tool" for our winter toolkit.I originally planned to spend hundreds more for a two-stage blower, but after Dale assured me the Toro single-stage model would clear snow to the pavement and might be more useful as the first blower, I selected the commercial Toro Power Clear 821 R-C. And it worked even better than expected -- and we saved over $300 from my initial thinking.Awesome service, focused on helping me rather than picking my pocket. Highly recommended!

Ordered a chain bar through Amazon . Received a chain instead for an inflated price. Returned the item and received no refund. Contacted cutlers but got no response. Contacted again 10 days after they had received the returned item. Had to pay for return shipping and was charged a restocking fee even though I followed the items return instructions. Basically it cost me $10 to find out who not to do business with.

Took my arctic cat for a fuel line issue. They conned me into a lower motor rebuild and charged me over $2,000.00. Got the machine back and will only start. After 5 minutes of cranking on the starter and pumping the gas continuously. The machine is kept 90 miles away and I didn't get it to them in the 30 day window and they refuse to fix it. It has less than 1/10 of a mile on it and less than 45 minutes run time since I took it to them. Also had multiple problems with their maintenance on Stihl lawn equipment I've taken to them. Find another place to have your equipment worked on and buy the make of equipment that can be worked on by another business.

All I need is a bushing and it's taken two weeks and dropping by three times with no bushings being ordered, until the second visit, or any contact from Cutler's on what's happening with my order until you stop by, for the third time, and ask about the order and have them call while you're waiting to hear about a delivery date. Probably great about selling the actual big products but not so great at the small things. Also, because I have an out of state area code they hang up everytime I call.

I had a wonderful experience at Cutler s buying a Beta dirt bike.Their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They communicated well over the phone and via email.I really felt like they went the extra mile to take great care of me and give me a great experience while sharing as much knowledge as possible about my purchase.You can tell that they really care about what they re doing.I couldn t be more pleased and recommend them highly.

You wrote a review for Cutler s 10 minutes ago5.0 star rating 5/11/2018I have been a Cutler's customer for almost 15 years. They carry great equipment and have always treated me fair. They have even serviced things for me that they don't carry and done it fast and efficiently.They have always given honest assessments of my equipment and twice shown me how the cost to repair was not in my favor. They were right, so I ran them until they died and sold them as scrap metal.I read some reviews complaining that they take too long for repairs. I have noticed that there are a few times like right when mowing season starts, they get so much work that they can barely keep up. The service guys also get interrupted to do an initial service on things that they sell. They always caution me that they are swamped and give me the option to leave it now or come back in a few weeks when things aren't so busy. I think that is very fair.I also appreciate how knowledgable they are on equipment and how they don't try to pressure me into buying something. I bought a new Walker mower from them last year, but I had been asking questions about it for several years before I bought it. They always treated me like a "good customer" and not an "old tire kicker" that just asks questions and never buys.When it's busy you may have to wait for someone, and service does take longer than I would like. But in all fairness, so would any other shop in town. In fact, if that shop wasn't busy too, you should really wonder why.Bottom line, they are always my first choice and "go to store" for service and sales.

They are honest. I had a Toro Electric Snow Shovel that was several years old. My neighbor took it apart and figured out it needed some parts. Hey sent me to a local mending shop who could not fix it. They sent me to Cutler's. The guy at Cutler's said that it would be $85 just to open it up and see if they carried the parts which they were pretty sure they didn't. I bought this snow shovel for $59. They were nice enough to dispose off it for me.

I purchased my first Beta motorcycle from Cutler's and dealt with Dale Cutler himself. He was incredibly friendly, genuine and is in the business because he loves it. I will purchase from him again.
