Well it didn't start off 5*. The road service tech Gassel had started and removed the bad tire. But after inspection of the inner tire noticed a tread depth issue and was inquiring about changing both. I told him to check with his dispatch. In that process someone named Sarah told him that the ticket was closed and another provider was coming. Which I knew was false. Because they wouldn't do that without notifying me! So long story short. Sarah had closed the ticket and told him to leave. I told him that wasn't right and he should wait because it would be resolved and they were going to send him back to do the job. Listen the road service tech Gassel was excellent and I hope is gets compensated for having to return to complete this job. I'm happy with the tech. But the dispatch from that call center needs training!

These guys were so amazing and helpful. My tire had a nail in it and they got me on right away. They were fast and very efficient and I will definitely go back and absolutely recommend them. Very friendly THANX FOR YOUR HELP TODAY!!

We had a blowout on our Class A RV while on the road in Provo. Commercial tire Provo had someone out within 30 minutes of calling. The woman on the phone was extremely patient. Our Mobile tech was professional and efficiently replaced our blown tire. He then checked the rest of our rig to make sure we could drive safely. The service here far exceeded my expectations! Other companies I called told us they could come out in the morning.

Tire blew out on me descending point of the mt. on a fully loaded trailer. I called 3 shops that all wanted me to wait 3-4hrs for a mobile mechanic. These guys had a tech show up in 45min and not only did he do a great job replacing the toasted retread, he went above and beyond helping me deal with the damage the exploding tire did to my trailer so I could get back on the road.

I've been through 30 sets of tires on a work trailer, I had one of the tires from here bulge. It still has tread left on the section that was not bulged, so not pass the wear bars and they refused to replace the defective tire. Or give a discount on a new tire. So I guess I'll take my business somewhere else from now on.

My husband and I can't say enough good things about this place. Their customer service is the best I've ever seen. They gave us an excellent price for 4 new tires and had them on my car in about 2 hours. They went above and beyond what we paid them to do. I had gone to another tire store the day before to find out why my tire was leaking air so fast, they found a screw and removed it telling me that "because I was pregnant, I shouldn't be driving on this tire, let us get you a new tire." They went ahead and put on my spare and I left to come to Commercial Tire. It's safe to say, Commercial Tire has us as customers for life!

Great service, very friendly and helpful staff, and they go above and beyond. One of the best tire shops I've been to.I had a bad tire that i took here to see if I could get it repaired... but it was beyond repair. They explained the situation options and prices very clearly. They didnt have any used tires with the same tread depth but they told me what store I could go to get one. They also stayed a little past closing for me personally so that I could have my car that day. Some of the best customer service I have seen.

Came in because my tire pressure was low on a van I just bought, they were so helpful and quick! There was a screw stuck in my tire, they fixed me up and had me on my way in no time. Not pushy salesmen like other tire shops. This is my first time here and I will continue to come back!

I called about fixing a 12 ply RV tire while on the way to a camp trip. Stayed passed closing to fix and hooked me up! Very pleased with a company that understands customers needs and helps quickly! Thank you!

Quick service, great communication, and supurb workmanship. They were very thorough. I come in with a flat tire and they checked my other tires before letting me out the door. They found 3 nails total!!

Damien and his crew at Commercial Tire were a life saver from my Navion motorhome tire repair. Came through Provo on an RV trip and the metal stems that were recently put on in Santa Fe had been installed improperly and were leaking air. Commerical Tire quickly fixed them up to spec. Great service and very friendly people. You won't find better! Thanks Damien!
