Cascade still has not resolved my issue to current date. I was rear ended, they completed body work and I have a had water entering my vehicle since. My carpet and trunk liner continue to be damaged because of this issue. Phone calls, voicemails have been ignored without call back.

Cascade did an amazing job with my jeep. Great quality on the work they did. Every piece of my vehicle looks better than before, and they waxed and detailed it before I picked it up. Also, they were very quick to help resolve the issues I was having with insurance companies. They were very easy to work with and truly want the best for their customers.

I scraped my car on the side of the garage and went to Cascade in Orem for an estimate. I had tried to wash off the white paint, but it wouldn't come off. Lacey came out to give me the estimate and said it was only paint transfer and that it wasn't scratched. She went inside and came out with a solvent. She spent 10 minutes making it look like new what a relief that it could be repaired so quickly and easily. Lacey charged me nothing, smiled and sent me home. I couldn't have been more pleased with her quick, honest response at no charge.

Very happy from the start and the communication provided by Lacey. Shop 1 (Cascade) - I went in to have my car looked at and a lady at the front desk came out and looked at the bumper, did not look underneath but just simply took two corner pictures and then a picture of the vin #. She said I needed a new bumper. I questioned that and she insisted I needed a new bumper--I am thinking I doubt it but we will see as this was my first shop but I had 4 on the list. Later that day I got a quote for $2638. OK now on to shop 2 (anonymous) the guy came out and pulled back the bumper, got underneath and said, you need two brackets, then some clips underneath and then and air intake is cracked as a this is a 10 year old car I can glue that and it will be fine. I will get it done today for $200. I am like done! I ubered home and picked up the car at 5:30 and was happy. I hope this is an anomaly for shop 1 / cascade but I have no idea. How would you feel? I feel like they tried to screw me over... Moral of the story always get multiple quotes.

They were very professional and informative. They answered questions that I didn't even know I needed to know the answer to and they were always informing me over text on my vehicles progress. I was never wondering what was happening with my car. They repaired my rear wheel well perfectly and gave me a good option for my front end since it was only cosmetic. They're great.

5 Stars because of how chill my experience was I went in to get an estimate, Lacey helped me out. Her customer service was super chill. My car was pitted from a collision and she took care of it quick and hassle free. Pretty slick. Highly recommend these guys super chill

I specifically brought my car literally because they have the saying Perfection, we don t just say it we mean it or something like that so I figured my car was in good hands. The repair process and communication was great and easy. But I m NOT happy with the repair. They replaced my rear bumper and tailgate and the paint colors are totally off from the rest of the car. The rear window doesn t have any tint, as it did before. This was actually a couple years ago, but Ive intended to write a review for a while.This place is nice and organized, but perfection definitely not their true standard.

i cant say enough how great my experience was here!yes i know its "just a car" but im very prideful in my cars and like them to look nice. i was devastated when i was hit, and more so when finding out there was more hidden damage than originally expected. there was some frame sway that i was really worried about, not knowing if it would ever feel and drive the same as before, but when i picked it up, it drove perfect, my steering wheel was perfectly straight, it drove dead straight. i cannot thank josh enough for his patience and understanding. he kept me updated every single step of the way with a text or call and made sure when i picked it up that everything looked perfect to me. im a super ocd person about my cars and they surpassed every expectation i had.i chose to go here based on reviews, and they really do speak volumes. if you need any sort of body work or collision work.. you wont regret going here!! tho the situation was stressful, working with these guys was not!thank you cascade for returning my car to me better than before!!

I was really pleased with the service that I received from Cascade Collision. My car was damaged over the weekend, after they had closed, yet they had my car completed by Tuesday afternoon. Dave called me numerous times to discuss the damage, all of my options, the different price quotes depending on my choices, and let me know when it was done. I received text messages updating me on the status of my vehicle repair, which was really helpful. It was completed when they said it would be. When I went in to get my vehicle it looked great! And they had the added touch of vacuuming it out and giving me a Cascade Collision microfiber towel. The assistant who helped me was very kind and courteous. Their waiting room was even warm and inviting. I am definitely impressed!

The folks at Cascade Collision of Orem are some of the most amazing people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They have always gone above and beyond for every client, and they did the same for me recently. I want to give a shout out to not just Josh and Debbie (who are awesomesauce), but the WHOLE team. They are super quick, they ALL do a wonderful job (parts/paint/maintenance/cleaning, etc), they are all so friendly, and they keep you updated through the process. I will never go anywhere else for repairs, and they are the first place I'd recommend to anyone else. Keep up the great work, y'all!!!

I recently took my car to Cascade to be repaired after being rear-ended at a stop light. Initially, there was some confusion about which parts were damaged in the accident and they wanted to charge me for those. Additionally, they had originally promised that my van would be ready that day, but ended up keeping it for an extra day, leaving me without transportation.When I finally got the van back, it was a bit unexpected as I hadn't been informed that it was ready. I had to rush there 20 minutes before they closed because I needed a way to get around. Unfortunately, I noticed that the brake light on the side of the accident was not working and the back seatbelt was completely unscrewed. It felt like the van hadn't been fully fixed when I picked it up. Overall, it wasn't the greatest experience.

Josh was great! I just needed a simple repair of my mirror cap. I already had the part. He came out and put the cap on for me. There was a bit of an issue, since my husband taped the cracked piece with tape. When Josh was done, I asked how much the repair would be. He told me there was no charge. I was sure he would charge me extra to remove the tape. We have used Cascade for all of our car repairs. Thank you for your great service!

Way more professional than any other automotive shop I've been to. They were clean, intelligence, and respectful. If i ever need body work done on any of my vehicles, I'll be coming back here. They were very transparent about what needed to be done and how I could save money. They told me that there wasn't any structural damage to my bumper so I was able to save 500 bucks off my bill. They easily could've replaced the whole thing and charged me for it and I wouldn't have known it didn't need it. They cleaned my car, shined my tires, and vacuumed the interior. It's not often I leave a place like this without feeling like I was taken advantage of, but I didn't feel like that at all here.

The most incredible service and quality of work that I have seen in a long time, anywhere, in any business. If you just feel like experiencing the most amazing customer service, just walk in the door (even if you're not repairing you vehicle, just to see what amazing customer service feels like). Unforgivable Auto Repair Experience - Never Again!Rating: 1 Star (And that's being generous)Let me preface this review by stating that entrusting our vehicle to this auto repair company was a catastrophic decision we deeply regret. Our expectations were simple: professional service and competent repair. What we experienced, however, was a masterclass in ineptitude, carelessness, and woeful underperformance.Our first encounter with their service was a shocker. Upon receiving our car, we found our engine bay resembling a dangerous scrap yard, scattered with razor blades. This was not just negligence, it was a serious safety hazard. The missing air filter was the next surprise, a key component inexplicably disappeared, demonstrating their disregard for basic mechanical maintenance.But the most egregious discovery was the carcass of a rat in our coolant bottle. This revolting find not only filled us with disgust, but also cast serious doubts on their service quality and work ethics.To give them the smallest ounce of credit, when confronted with these gross mistakes, they did take back the car and rectified these specific issues. However, this does not absolve them of their initial carelessness and gross negligence.Post this "repair" ordeal, we have been battling persistent issues. Our brake fluid has been leaking continuously for nearly two years, despite their assurances of a successful repair. The mystery of our disappearing coolant recurs every six months, a fact that boggles the mind considering their claims of expertise.And the clincher? They had the audacity to proclaim our vehicle safe to drive after subjecting it to this automotive torture. This goes beyond negligence and breaches the territory of reckless endangerment.It's one thing to make mistakes, but the persistent issues following their "repairs" are a testament to their shocking ineptitude. The missing air filter and the razor-blade-ridden engine bay were shocking enough, but the dead rat in the coolant bottle was the final straw. I can't express enough how relieved I am that we never have to subject our car to their service again.A warning to potential customers to give this company a wide berth. Their glaring lack of mechanical knowledge and shoddy service is more than just annoying - it's downright dangerous. Don't risk your vehicle's health and your safety by entrusting them with your car.I am beyond irate at this company's inability to provide the basic services they claim to offer. Their negligence is not just frustrating; it's utterly unforgivable. As much as they fixed their initial catastrophic mistakes, the fact remains that those errors should never have occurred in the first place. Nice workers but they didn't do a great job repairing damage. We were sent to them by our insurance after a deer collision and our radiator was damaged as well as part of the frame, headlight, grill and the windshield fluid tank. They repaired everything ok but they didn't touch the brake line which was affected or the broken windshield fluid tank and their quote for us ended up not being even half of what they had charged when all was said and done.

Phenomenal lip service but when I got my truck back my steering wheel was wobbly. I mentioned to the manager and he and I took it on the freeway and he said it was normal and made me feel like I was crazy. So I accept that I m crazy haha and drive away with shaking steering wheel and then I go and get new tires weeks later and they show me a report that my alignment was way way way off and now it rides smooth again. So I m not crazy!!! Haha I still give 3 stars because they were great at communicating through out the whole process but who ever dies their alignment needs to be replaced .

Fairly smooth on the experience. Took longer than originally quoted but the repair was professional, they were great at updating in communication. Only reason it s not 5 stars is due to them pushing back pick up by a full day because they didn t get a minor part delivered. Wish they would have worked with me on picking up the car to use till the part arrived without me initiating multiple calls to reach the same conclusion.

Our car was there for almost a month due to an accident and it was done a day before the scheduled completion date!! Their customer service is awesome! They even have snacks!! I'm grateful to the team that worked long and hard on our vehicle. They are often left out of reviews. Our car even came back shiny and vacuumed. WOOOOW! This company does some things quite well. They kept me appraised of my car's progress throughout the process, were very friendly and did a good job repairing the damage. Unfortunately, they nullified all that good will by insisting I pay with a cashier's check! (My bank charges me to do so and if I chose to pay with a card, Cascade would charge me the 2% merchant fee.) Seriously? I've never bounced a check in my life! I'm not planning on getting rear-ended again, but if I do, I'll be looking for another place to get it fixed. This is a hassle I do not need!Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely wonderful, quick, and personable service! Highly recommend and will be visiting again. Josh was very kind and helpful. Set an appointment for an estimate online for same day and got a follow up call to discuss the nature of the issue. Brought my car in and they looked at it right away and walked me through the options and price estimate. They had time to work on it then and I only had to wait about 15 minutes (it was a quick reattachment of a side of my bumper) and it looked great when it was done. Since it was such a quick and easy fix they performed the service free of charge. It was my first experience here and I m very impressed.

Oh my goodness, what can I say about Cascade. My husband got in an accident and his car needed $12K worth in repairs. Debbie reached out to us the same day as we filed the claim to make arrangements. We got the vehicle over there and they got to work immediately. Michelle would give us bi-weekly sometimes daily updates through text on the status of the repairs. They were so friendly and put our minds at ease during the whole process. When it was complete, we were able to drop our rental off to them and they took care of the rest. We've had the vehicle back for a month and it is like new. They did a superb job.
