C Jae is a super genuine guy and initially went out of his way it felt like to help me out. I m a poor college kid so had a limited budget, and he took his time to show me everything wrong about my car in the shop when I dropped it off. He explained what he was gonna do and sent me multiple videos during the week it was in repair to keep me updated. I told him I wanted to keep the cost as low as physically possible while still doing everything necessary to get the car up and running. I told him I trusted him to go ahead and do whatever he needs to get it working within reason! I think he might have sent me one final video asking me about certain repairs, but I never got a video like that (maybe it never got sent? Or came through?) because I got a text saying it was ready to be picked up and the final price was $$$ (which was basically the upper limit of what I said I could spend. Was definitely hoping it would have been cheaper). I m partially to blame because I gave him freedom to fix the car within my budget, but was also told I d get a list of select repairs with costs and would be able to select certain repairs from there, but like I said, maybe he sent that via a video but it just never came through on my end. I was fine with everything because I knew he d do a good job, until I picked it up. They charged me extra for using a credit card instead of cash even though I was never told there would be an additional charge (I know this is common but when you re spending $$$, that 3% really adds on and it s annoying I wasn t told after they said I should have been), they left tools and empty water bottles and some other trash in the car, and my back seats weren t even attached when I picked it up. My car was also already a little dirty when I dropped it off, but there seemed to be a lot of dust everywhere and random tiny metal parts/etc on the floor. I also received my car with no gas and the gas light on. I had it towed to the shop with maybe a quarter of a tank of gas, but with the mechanic running it all week to flush out my radiator then driving it around, I got it back with the gas light on. I know he s not responsible for filling my car up at all, but still. The backseat wiggles a little and still doesn t seem properly secured. Although these are just nit-picky things, C Jae is a great dude who does honest work, and I d still go to him again with any more car issues! Just wanted to leave as detailed an experience possible so someone else gets a good picture. Great guy tho. Knows what he s doing.

I went here to get my spark plugs changed in January and they charged me 500.00 for one spark plug. I then went again in March and I was charged another 500.00 for one more spark plug. I only had two spark plugs changed for 1000.00. I asked them if I should get them all changed at the same time and they told me that they only change one at a time. So I would have to go back 4 more times and spend 500.00 per each spark plug. Which is RIDICULOUS. I have been scammed I feel because typically you change all the spark plugs at the same time. I had 4 left that had not been changed. I am very upset and disappointed in the service here and I would not recommend this place if you don t want to be scammed.

I was on a road trip when my alignment got thrown off by a pot hole. I called around and no one could help as I only had $100 to get back to college. I felt stuck but when I called C Jae s, he took care of me. I will definitely be coming back next time I need anything done. Very honest and trustworthy shop, 100% recommend.

These guys are great! Everyone is super friendly and the work they do is awesome. I had a super thorough consultation and they fixed exactly what they said they would for a super fair price. I'm super impressed with them and will definitely be going back for any future repairs!

Fantastic service, they got me in same day and took less than an hour to inspect my car. They charged a fair price and went over all the details of the inspection as well as a couple notes about the car. The mechanic I spoke to (I think Jonathan) was fantastic.

We had a problem with our truck that needed to be fixed the same day. Though they were busy working on an other car, they took a look at ours and were able to figure out what was wrong with it. It was such a simple fix, that they let us use a pry bar to fix it ourselves and didn t charge us anything! World class customer service right there. Thanks again!

I went to Jonathan to replace my rear brake pads on Saturday. He introduced me lots of the info about the brakes, including no limited to the pad's diff between semi-metallic and full cermaic. But he never suggested any other non-related services. He done the job excessively professional and fast, went through each steps precisely. I also noticed that he put down the lub cautionally on the proper place to prevent any squeezy sounds, he really following the instruction seriously.He then grab an MES to adjust the brake in the system. Thus, No dash lights showing after, which is awesome. It's been a couple days already, my brake is still working great. I was a bit worried in the beginning bc I knew my car is sensitive and easy to alerting on the dashboard, but it tremendously never happend under Jonathan's control. If you owned an European niceerrr vehicle, come and see him. He's a professional and really knowing what he is doing.

Amazing service, family owned and for a reasonable price. Not only did they diagnose the problem with my engine and fix it, they even cleaned my engine! I was given a video update with an estimate of how much longer I should wait so I could plan when to come back. I felt like I could ask questions and get involved. I've always hated to go to the mechanic, but now I feel a lot more at ease. Definitely will be recommending C Jae's to anyone who asks!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I was stranded with a full car of moms on our way home from a field trip because my car over heated. I limped here and they looked at my car immediately to let me know what was happening. it was a cracked hose and because they had it in stock, they did the repair on the spot without charging a diagnostic fee and doing it as fast as they could so I could get back on the road home. What started with me crying out of frustration turned into tears of gratitude. Thank you so much for helping me feel comforted in a horrible situation.

C Jae is the absolute best! Our car broke down Thanksgiving morning; on our way to our family's dinner hours away. We called every automotive company but no one was open because of the holiday. C Jae s messaged us after trying to call and they offered to help us out! My husband and I were so amazed and grateful! They got us in and out really fast so we can make our way to Thanksgiving with our family. Most considerate company ever, taking time on their holiday to help us out.

Honestly, the best experience I have had at a mechanic! He even cleaned all under the hood so my car looked almost new under there. He really went above and beyond to help and match price for other places. I will definitely be coming back

Jonathon has been mine and my husband's mechanic for years, he is fast and has great customer service. I recommend him if your looking for a mechanic. Went in for some maintenance and he also hooked me up cleaning my engine. Loved it.

Jonathan has been my mechanic now for over a couple of years now and I just got nothing but good to say about him. He is just an excellent mechanic. He's been keeping our 2008 Sienna running great. The van has over 175,000 miles on it. I recently had him check it before our trip to California. We went to both SF and LA and logged over 2,000 miles on it and it ran without a flaw. He is dedicated and cares about his work. You won't be disappointed.

These guys are amazing!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. As a broke college student with a beat up car, I have spent my fair share of time working on my own car and then handing it over to mechanics when I can't seem to figure it out. Jonathan is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. Took me in, was great at communicating over text any updates he had. I had recently replaced my fuel pump with a part from rock auto that was throwing a lean condition code. After diagnosing it for a couple of days, Jonathan tried the fuel pump, found out that was the culprit, went and bought one from O'Reilly's for around $500 and let me know the total cost. After explaining everything he had done, he explained that if I wanted to order the part myself from a less-expensive dealer he would assist me in replacing the pump when it came in and only charge me the cost for time spent diagnosing the problem. Once the part came I went back and he was 110% true to his word and extremely helpful! I can't express my gratitude enough for this shop and Jonathan for being straight-up about what car repairs should cost and for showing care for their customers. I will forever be coming back to this place for any repair I have if Jonathan is still around!01/18/24 UPDATE - I went back to these guys for a faulty power window and Jonathan took my car inside, lightly hit my door with his fist and magically the window started rolling up again. He was so happy to do it even though he was staying later in the evening. Can't recommend these guys enough!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Very disappointed. Told us we needed a new starter and transmission. Towed our car away and after 2 other opinions it only needed a new battery. Quite the difference in cost. Felt like they were trying to take advantage of us to be honest.

I called about 45 minutes before they closed and they told me to stop by so they could inspect and repair my brakes today. I showed up and John immediately diagnosed my brakes just from the sound of me pulling in. He was super friendly and informative throughout the process. My brakes are good as new with a fair price. I was nervous seeking help for a problem with my van, not having great support from spouse. I didn't want to be taken advantage of or sold parts or service that I didn't need. Jonathan was warm, friendly, and sincere. We were in the middle of buying a car from a dealership we wanted to make sure it checked out before buying. We called in and he said he could get us in immediately. We felt so taken cared of and he knew exactly what things to look for in the vehicle that would have been a red flag. He even drove in the car with us to test out the car we were about to buy to make sure it was running correctly. He was kind, trustworthy and treated us like family. The shop had a really good feel to it. Definitely will be driving back just to come to him and get his trusted opinion on our car. 20/10 experience!

My husband and I are currently on a cross country road trip (Washington to Geogia). On my way to Utah from Washington my AC broke. We had friend s recommended this place to get it fixed and we had an amazing experience! They were super fast to get us in and we had a diagnosis very quick. Everyone here was very attentive and was very good and explaining the whole process! We would recommend these guys to anyone who s having issues. If we are ever back in town, we will be coming back!Thanks guys!!

This is definitely the best mechanic I have ever been too. John is kind, fully explains what he s doing before he does it, and tries to get you the best deal possible. Hands down the best experience I ve had at an auto repair shop. I called in with an issue and was told to bring it in to get it checked out. John put aside what he was doing and he diagnosed and started work on it very quickly. He was open with everything and has really good pricing. This place diagnosed and fixed my car's problem faster than it took for my tow truck to arrive. They were also super helpful and responsive leading up to the visit. Very knowledgeable and charge a fair price. Highly recommend and will be going back for future mechanic needs.
