I was at the store to check a tire that had a screw threaded. After the verification, I was told that there was no repair due to the location. So far so good. But they said the tire was leaking. But the screw had been for several days and I didn't notice any emptying. I got scared and ended up buying a new tire. After I left the store I felt deceived. Because I saw that they wanted me to buy the tire anyway. And he concluded that the tire wasn't leaking. They used this to force me to buy a new one. Bad experience. I won't go back to this store anymore.

Dropped by on labor day. The hours online says they're supposed to be open, but even though the open sign was turned on and the lights were all on inside, the doors were locked and nobody was answering the phone. Several other customers came by while I waited to see if anybody would actually come get the doors and most of them left once they realized the door was locked. I usually have great experiences with Big O, but what's the deal with this one? Like at least put a sign up if you're closed for the holiday, or leave your open sign off...

Jaren was super helpful yesterday 12/26/2023 when I brought my 2011 Mazda CX-9 in for an oil change and some needed repairs. They addressed the vehicle issues and otherwise cleared the vehicle with flying colors. Definitely recommended!

My new go to tire, oil and alignment place for both my professional and personal vehicles. The customer service and attention is unmatched. I went to another tire place for decades that recently became untrustworthy. Big O opened right in time an has since earned my loyalty. Thanks to everyone there for being courteous, honest and quick.

I've taken my truck in to many other shops and they said nothing was wrong. But I take it to big I and they showed me what was causing my issue and fixed it! Bam just like that it was fixed! Thank you Danny and your team! I will solely be coming to this location for now on.

These guys have been extremely good to our family of 6 cars the last three years. Fast and efficient. Super clean and friendly environment.Don't listen to the negative reviews about the doors being locked on Labor day. Really? If you can't understand why they are closed on a holiday, wake up, they like holidays off too!

I called up the shop and said the took walk ins and I explained my situation to the gentlemen who helped me and they got me taken care of! The workers there have great customer service and friendly!

Normally I would avoid a Big-O because of the one in my home town being such a junk show. When my trailer light was not working and I could not get the rusted parts off I was stuck. A trailer repair shop could not fit me in for a few days, so suggested these guys. They squeezed me in and had me in and out fast, at a reasonable price. They even went back to fix my repair from the previous night to include water proof connectors. Top notch experience. Thanks guys.

This shop came highly recommended by the AAA guy who came to help us out the other day when our car wouldn t start, and they were able to get us the part we needed on a late Friday afternoon. Not tire related. Pricey, but at that point you don t have much options. I ll probably go back in the future if needed!

Always great service! I bought new tires for my trailer from this location last month, great service then. We got a slow leak in our tire on this last outing. We stopped at another Big O to fix the leak. They wouldn't even look at if for 24 hours. I went back to this Big O, they got me in, fixed and back on the road in 30 minutes! Thank you!

I showed up to get my Toyota Tacoma emissions tested and registration done. I walked out of the store 11 minutes after I got there with everything completed. Geeez, I thought Jimmy John s was fast.Danny was fantastic.

We love bringing our vehicles to Big O Tires! The staff here are always so professional and polite, as well as knowledgeable. They have always gone above & beyond when working on my Mustang and trying to keep it within our budget.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Maybe the worst place I have ever done business. We took in a tire (we did buy it from somewhere else) they installed it. By the time we got home it lost air. Big hole in the side wall. The two other shops (one another Big O) said they would for sure have caught it. The response when my wife called "that is not our job"

Can t thank you guys enough! We were on a road trip when we ran over something on the freeway. We were told by another tire store we would need to wait six hours and replace all four tires. Dalton took a look and let us know he could easily patch the tire and get us on our way! Grateful for the honestly and the quick help! We will be returning for all of our tire needs. Go in, and ask for Dalton!

The people here are the best. I took my car for an oil change at Brent Brown's Toyota, and they said that I had a "massive oil leak". Not having noticed any serious dripping before, I decided to get a second opinion. The people here told me there was a very small leak that likely wouldn't cause any real issues. They also let me know that my transmission fluid was leaking very slowly but shouldn't need to be repaired soon, and should just be topped off every now and then. They did this in less then 20 minutes and didn't charge anything for the service. They are great and honest here!

This BIG O has integrity. They ordered a rim and were patient with me getting there a bit later than i said, not having me pay for it until the end.Have had the tire light on since I purchased the used car 6 years ago. Noticed it after it was already done with a new tire replacement and for FREE! Heath did not push any additional cells that were unwanted unlike the provo Big O tires. This is a five star Big o.The greatest benefit to the company is a happy customer, and myself knowing that I would be back again with this big O in the forethought of my mind.My compliments to Keith!

They have provided decent services in the past when the problem is simple. My fianc� took her car in because sometimes it wouldn t inject the fuel into the engine but the electronics would turn on. They charged her close to $80 to hook it up to the diagnostic computer and they found nothing so they suggested that since oil was being seen in parts of the engine that it shouldn t be then the PCV valve is bad and since VW doesn t sell that one segment of the part anymore we will have to spend nearly $600 on the whole part. I looked up the symptoms of a bad PCV valve and they didn t match the problems we were experiencing with the car. So we took it into my brother s mechanic who ran it through his software (and didn t charge us btw) and didn t find anything either. However, he said it was definitely not the PCV valve. We finally took it into VW dealership and they found the problem was possibly with the fuel injection filter or something. Anyways car runs now. Glad we didn t drop $600 on a part that didn t need to be fixed.

Went in to get my tires rotated. Helpful staff and the new store is super clean. I prefer this location to where they were on state Street.

I was so impressed with this place! I called in saying I had a flat tire and Danny was awesome and such a big help, happy to fix my tire! When I got there it took less than 10 min to get it done and I was on the road again. Definitely recommend!!

Worst Big O Tires I ve ever been. Do NOT come to this place. They take forever. I had to wait over 3 hours just for an alignment and an emission test. Do not come to this place. Go to a different store.

This BigO was super accommodating! Danny was super helpful, even offered rides while waiting. He went above and beyond with service and communication! I definitely recommend this location! Better than a 5 star rating here!

I have come to this location multiple times and I always leave more than satisfied! They are always so quick to have my car ready and have wonderful staff. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who has helped me out numerous times because he is always great to work with and makes dealing with my car a breeze.

Do not use this company!They quoted my wife a reasonable install price to swaps out our summer to winter tires but after installing them the price doubled and when my wife asked why they talked down to her and insulted her car. I Would not recommend them, They re not trustworthy.
