I can not say enough great things about the owners Dana & Ranch, Saul and the mechanic Ryan. When you talk about customer service they are THE standard. They are extremely patient with newbies or those who are particular like myself. Whether it be personally driving to pick you up or drop you off while they are upgrading your vehicle or answering your questions on the weekend, you can't get this type of 1:1 customer service anywhere else. They are highly knowledgeable and are expert networkers when it comes to getting you the best prices by knowing others in the business. I will continue to use them for all of my upgrade needs and would highly recommend if you are looking for outfitting or upgrading your vehicle.

I'm very glad that I listened to a friend's recommendation and got my lift done here for my 99 Tacoma.Originally my reason for choosing them was just how affordable and competitive their prices were compared to the other big name shops in the valley (in fact, I got a very good deal on a higher end suspension lift kit and add-a-leaf set) and their service proved to be top tier, in my opinion.Ranch, his wife and the technician were so beyond helpful and friendly from start to end, got me super pumped for the kit and went above and beyond in communication, scheduling, assistance, their servicing and getting my truck to look and feel awesome. So thanks so much for making my first truck so cool! I look forward to coming back.

I found Best off-road about a month ago after using several other shops in the past for my raptor/f150 and have already referred them to several of my off-road loving buddies. They go above and beyond to make getting any upgrades an easy and exciting experience. They installed my deaver leaf springs and fog light assembly with all the wiring and did an excellent job, however, Best off-road is more than an installation shop, they have connections to some of the best companies in the industry and can get you pretty much anything you need at a lower cost compared to other shops but also, maybe even more importantly, they will remember your name and take care of you like family. Highly recommend.

Hands Down The BEST Off Road Shop Here In UTAH!! The only place i will ever go to! They have the best service, best prices, Best customer service. I worked with Ranch and his team to get my Jeep's full suspension lift kit installed. They did exceptional work. The technician setup my bump stops perfectly and they marked all bolts with a grease pen so that I can check for any movement.The team was very accommodating with my schedule and very customer focused.Excellent work. Will be bringing my build back here again. Highly recommend.

If I can I ll give them 100 stars. I cannot thank the team at this off-road auto shop enough! Ranch, Dana, Skylar, Sal, Ryan, and every member here are absolute angels. Their assistance goes far beyond words can express. Facing a challenging situation, they went above and beyond to support me. They went out of their way, even during off-hours, to find solutions. Without them, I would have been lost and probably selling my truck in frustration. These folks are lifesavers, and I'm forever grateful!

With a moment s notice, the team there invited me in and diagnosed a serious battery issue while I was in the middle of a road trip from Oregon to Utah to Wyoming. Within an hour, their amazing technician figured out that my nearly-new winch s motor controller was faulty, and got me back on the road. Everyone there was so, so nice and helpful, and I left smiling ear to ear. They know Offroad racing well, and their tech is extremely knowledgeable. 10/10, would recommend, and would go back next time I m in Utah. Great shop, great people, great products.

Great place, if I could give more than a 5 star I would. Saul took Great care of me!!! Saul went above and beyond of what he needed to do. Stayed late and helped me with his personal tools to change out a part on my Jeep so I could get back on the road to continue on my Vacation to California's Rubicon Trail. Hard workers and very Honest place. Thanks again for all your help!!!Steve J Klinger

Ranch and Dana are LIFE SAVERS. This whole shop is a life saver. Meeting them by chance at a W3 event at the shop, I got to learn as well as meet the genius Angel souls that work there. My Jeep has had many issues, but none to complicated for Ranch! He helped me sort all my issues and in a timeline and budget that works for a busy, part time working, full time student, mom who loves her Jeep nearly as much as her kids. If you re considering where to take your off-road vehicle for any service, THIS is the place. They will take care of you because as soon as you walk through the door- you become part of the family! Not to mention that Dana looks after my kids when they join me in the shop as if they re hers. Making sure they are occupied and happy with coloring, snacks, and a fun time! They love going to the shop too! GO TO BEST OFF ROAD! You ll be so happy you did!!!

I had multiple suspension components that needed taken off and replacing such as shocks, struts, tie rod ends, ball joints, control arms, bushings, etc. As well as replacing the rack and pinion setup. All of this was done very professionally and efficiently and at a really great price. My truck was in the shop on a thursday morning and I had it back by saturday night. They tackled all kinds of problems like excessive rusty bolts and hardware and delivered an amazing finished product. They take care of their customers and know their stuff when it comes to 4x4. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any help with suspensions or other 4x4 needs. I will definitely return myself when the need arises.

The team at Best Off-Road is the absolute best! Got a leveling kit and new tires installed on my Chevy Colorado. They had me ready to rock the next day and even helped me out when I had some squeaks coming from the suspension afterward. From the front desk to the mechanics, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Made me feel like family. I'm so happy I found you guys and I'm excited to continue the journey of this truck build with you.

Bestoff-Road.com Hands down is the best off-road retail store I have been too. They installed a new lift kit to my Jeep. And they had so many options to choose from, and had a big selection of products to choose from. Ranch was so much help. They had the Amazing customer service, and that s really hard to come across now days. I would definitely recommend going here!

I bought a 2018 Jeep Unlimited Wrangler from Larry H Miller that had an unstable wobble driving on the freeway the second day that we had it. We took it back to them, they had it for a week and a half & couldn t figure out what was wrong. I took it to Best Off-Road and in less than 20 minutes, they had it figured out, ordered the part & brought it in to fix the next day! All at a reasonable cost. They have the best service I ve ever had, & excellent customer service! Their knowledge of 4X4 s is second to none!
