I've noticed a concerning trend among almost all employees at this Autozone location, where customer service appears to take a back seat to their perceived inconvenience. Almost all employees have the attitude of I ve got more important things to do during my 8 hour shift than help you out. During my recent visit with a friend who needed parts, I attempted to return an item purchased two weeks prior. When I requested a refund without the original card, I was met with refusal and informed that cash refunds were not allowed. Despite explaining my prior experiences at other Autozone stores, where cash refunds were accommodated, I was met with resistance. It was only after waiting for my friend to check out that I notified and then pointed out the refund policy displayed at every checkout. The employee said Well, we would have to override the system to give you cash.. . We stood there in silence as he glanced back and forth at me and the refund chart as if he was waiting for an apology for me asking for more effort on the matter. After a rather large sigh of defeat the employee went to the nearest till and processed a cash refund for me. While I appreciate the professionalism of employee Justin who helped my friend find his items, it's disheartening to encounter such reluctance from other staff members when seeking assistance exceeds the effort of handing me a copy of my receipt.

Jacob patiently installed a battery today and my leads and bolts were corroded worse than I thought. He was careful and capable in a tough job. Will definitely be returning here.

Went to get my license plate lights changed, they provided awesome service and helped me a ton! The employees were very professional and made the experience quite stress-free. They helped me find the part I needed, grabbed it for me and then changed the lights out for me. Definitely recommend going there!

I'm partial to AutoZone. I've always been treated like a high priority and like a customer worth while. They give good advice and have great service. Today I told them I was here to change my car oil and other miscellaneous maintenance, I gave them my vehicle information and he went and grabbed all my supplies and helped ring me up. I didn't have to leave the front, he grabbed everything for me. Though, I do always have to ask them to enter my loyalty number upon checkout, otherwise they don't ask which I wish they would. Very happy with my experience and am grateful that they can check inventory of their other locations if they don't have the quantity that I need.

If you are looking for a place or an area, or even, say, a zone at which you can purchase many parts for automobiles and order others and get expert help, you have definitely found that here at AutoZone.I went in because my vehicle's battery had died and I left my vehicle running, because I didn't want to have to get it jumped again, and purchased a battery. And they helped me install it! So I was in and out of the store with a functioning vehicle in about 10 minutes.

Just wanted to get an oil filter and when I asked what size I need for my car and the manager. Without looking up what oil filter I need. ( he could have very well known what type from memory) just said I sold it two days ago to a Mechanic shop. No help to pick up another one at a different store or different brands I could use. Just felt like he didn't want to be there as well.

Auto Zone almost always has the parts I'm looking for but, more importantly, their Customer Service is FANTASTIC! I went in to pick up some windshield wipers and they asked me if I needed any wiper fluid. I told them I was good and then they GAVE me a free gallon of wiper fluid anyway. This was on top of the Military Discount they offer with a valid Military I.D. I love this kind of Customer Service and will continue to sing their praises to all who will listen!

Went in to buy some bug wash and noticed the price seemed high. I checked Walmart s price and it was a lot less. They didn t want to price match and lied to me telling me the policy had changed months ago yet I had priced matched another overpriced product just a few weeks ago here at the same location. They matched the price but made a big deal out of nothing.

Replaced a few bulbs in our car...headlights and a tail light. Helpful staff. Let me use their tools right there in the parking lot. A staff member offered to help, which was nice. Not needed but nice. My only gripe was that they seemed be training several new staff and it took forever. Overall they did a great job and I will return whenever needed.

Amazing people. Excellent service. My mirror got smashed and I went in for a temporary one, And one of the employees spent a lot of time looking for what i was trying to describe. Then he was out there shivering in the cold making sure everything fit correctly with the car. he picked out the right bolts and nuts all while standing out in the freezing cold helping me to install it. I had the tools and the knowledge, This kind soul did not have to help me but they did anyway. 5 stars all day for this place. They are great.

The staff I worked with were super kind and helpful. I just needed a steering wheel cover, but the one I bought didn t work, so they helped me find a new one. I struggled to stretch the new cover onto the steering wheel, so they even helped me install it! Very nice guys.

I was extremely impressed with the help I received at this location. I had to fix my front brakes and stopped by for parts. The employee let me know about a deal with some of the items I needed that I had almost forgotten to grab. He also explained a trick on compressing the brake calipers that saved me some time. There were quite a few bits of wisdom that were dropped that saved me significant time. Definitely glad I came to this location.

Fantastic experience. This location is open later than any other location in the Valley, and Johnny was incredibly helpful. He started after closing to help us when the parts didn't seem like they worked, and gave us a refund when one of the parts turned out defective (can't blame the location for the corporation). Great experience!

Poor customer service. As I entry the store no other customer were inside. All employees were on their business, didn't mind to say hi or something (at least that's other stores do). I was looking for motor oil but nobody looks to care. As I approach the counter there were 2 employees talking and didn't mind to say something. So I said good morning, and I asked them to take my payment. Oh man !! Never in an AutoZone store had this happened to me.

As I walked into the store an employee yelled across the store and asked if he could help me, I answered no thanks. I got the items I needed an went to the register. There were 2 employees on the phone at one of the counters with gray shirts and an employee with a red shirt eating a sandwich. All 3 of them saw me standing there. Then another employee with a gray shirt on came from the back looked right at me picked up a part and went into the back again. After close to 2 - 3 minutes I asked if someone could ring me out. The 2 employees on the phone ignored me, the employee in the back never came back out and the employee with the red shirt looked annoyed, put his food down and walked over to me. He never said one word to me, didn't ask if I found what I needed... nothing. I asked him if they still did drop/stop 30/30 and he looked at me like he had no clue what I was talking about. I have shopped at AutoZone for 30 years and that was by far the worst customer service I have ever had. O'riellys just built a store much closer to my house and if I have another experience like that I will be changing my shopping habits.

Had Sam D help me with replacing my car battery in my wife s car. He was super quick and even when the system said that the car battery was too difficult for the company to install he came out and took a look at it and said that it shouldn t be an issue. It says to prepare for 45 minutes for the installation and it took him about five minutes, great store and grace for their help!

Incredible service! Experienced, easy to talk to, quick to find solutions and are more than happy to help with any other questions one may have about their vehicle. They seem to love their job and providing speedy service without feeling like they're rushing you out the door.Best of all, they take the time needed to ensure the customer can come to an informed decision.

Employees were helpful in checking my in warranty battery. But, then would not honor the warranty and accused me of shorting out the battery to get a new one. They offered to charge the battery, I advised the that it wouldn't hold a charge, and that I had charged it already. They wasted an hour of my time, I'd go elsewhere.

So extremely impressed with Russ! Not only did he help me get the right battery for my car, he even offered to install it for free so I didn't get my clothes greasy. It was raining outside but he was more than happy to not only install my battery but test my alternator and put my fears to rest about that. Really excellent customer service, seriously the best experience I've had at a car parts store!

(Edited)Useless, absolutely useless avoid going here unless you know exactly what you need these people are not parts people they are just normal workers that need a job it's not there fault but if I need parts I go to people who want to make it a career who like there job, like napa.I have never been so frustrated the workers are on drugs or in a dream Land and just spaced out I have to ask for service I waited 2 minutes for a guy looking into nothingness I then asked are you okay ? He turned and then served me I was very confused. They have no idea what they have in there store and when it comes to car parts there knowledge is extremely limited. Avoid if possible.After going a few more times because I had to they have fired a few people and things appear to be on the up hopefully they keep improving customer service and knowledge keep up the good work

My wife and I went in to find out if I battery needed replacing. Moments after entering into the store, a wonderful worker quickly tested our old battery, helped us find a new battery, and installed the new battery. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes and it was an excellent experience.
