Very helpful employee tonight. I don't know if the wiper blades I got can be found at Walmart, but I'm glad I got them here because they were running a promo and now I have a $10 credit for next time. Thanks for your service!

First off, I wanted to thank Morgan an employee here for his help on the phone prior to arriving and when I was at the store. Super clean inside the store, but a little clean up outside could be done. This AutoZone always has the items I need in stock. And pulling into the business from State Street could use some serious pot-hole fixing. This is probably on the city to do or I would ve given a four star rating.

The store manager Lindsey was an absolute angel while helping me and my brother get some rusted screws off our car and finding new ones to replace them to put on a new license plate. She wasn t even supposed to be working that day but I m so glad she did because she made our experience a breeze. She was so friendly and knew exactly what to do. Highly recommend coming to this Autozone for any car needs!

Forgot to ask for employees name that helped me out but he was awesome! I know nothing about cars and felt a little silly asking for help but he was super willing to help me out and helped me throughout the entire process!

We came in to buy a battery, and they accidentally sold us the wrong one first, but corrected it and got us a battery that would fit my car. But. They didn't install the battery correctly and as soon as the weather turned cold my car stopped starting.

There is nothing too negative to say. The stores are pretty well kept. Every once in a while, you get a guy behind the counter who is visably fed up with people who want a free mechanic instead of a car part. Rightfully so. You can call ahead to see if they have what you need if you're not already out. Have your cars year, make, model, and engine size or type handy. They'll need it if you're looking for a part. Best of luck...

I cannot believe what happened when I went to this location.. Honestly I never review but need to get this out, Alex was the guy helping me everything was ok until my vape pen fell out my pocket, he asked me if it was a weed vape, i just looked at him very confused, and replied no it s a normal one nothing special, I felt weird he would ask this question. So I question him on why he would mention that, he responded along the lines of it looked just like his weed vape shocking he had it in the store with him and pulled it out to show me that it looked similar. If this is what parts stores are now I won t be back.

I was pretty sure I had a fuse that had burned out and went to the Hyundai dealership in Linden to see if they could pull the fuse and replace it. I waited for 30 minutes only to have them tell me it was $175 For a diagnostic test, I promptly left went to AutoZone and the nicest guys checked the fuse, burned out like I thought, replaced it, gave me extra fuses and refused to let me pay them for anything. I was so grateful for the kindness they showed, and would highly recommend this store. It s rare when you have people that are willing to do things for you without batting an eye anymore. THANKS GUYS!!!!

I couldn't figure out how to do the online survey but I wanted to leave a review for the EXCELLENT customer service I received from all of the staff, especially Lindsey. I don't know a lot about cars or what I'm even doing but from the moment I walked in I was assisted with all of my questions and given the tools to fix some things on my car. Extremely grateful for all the help

I don't normally do these, but I thought I would shed some light on my recent experience at this location, walked in and a shorter guy in a red jacket asked if he could help, I looked at him shocked to see smoke coming from his mouth asked if he was smoking he said he was vaping, I blew it off and said I was just looking around, while I was looking I couldn't find what I needed so I went and asked him if he could help me, because he was just standing there on his phone. you could tell he wasn't very happy working there, I asked my questions and his answers just kept getting more attitude towards me idk if it was just one of those days for him or not but I found my part at another location. I don't think he sees to well he has his face like 2 inches from the monitor, I left there because no one deserves to be treated that way. I hope the guy isn't like that everyday but that kind of hostility isn't something anyone should be experiencing. Being a customer.

Clint W the manager was extremely rude when I asked why the computer was ringing up a price that wasn t the price listed for the battery I was purchasing. I didn t care all that much about the $10, but the way I was treated will prevent me from returning to Auto Zone. If you re this guy s manager, help the guy out - he doesn t enjoy his job or the customers he serves.

I walked in and there was an associate helping me when I walked in. I needed the exact part for my car so I literally walked out to my car which was parked in front to get the box of the part I needed and he was already helping someone else. I was patient enough to wait 15 min, all while there was another associate doing nothing and didn't offer any assistance. I just walked out, never going there again

Bought a motorcycle battery. Went home and installed it in my bike. Got half a crank, the battery was dead. I took it back and asked for another one and if we could check it to make sure it was good before I left the store and was told yes. I grabbed the new battery and the employee started ringing me up. I said that I wanted to check the battery before I left to make sure it was good, remember? The employee then said oh, we can't check those. So thank you for listening the first time, oh wait.......

The assistant manager Kaleb C was awesome. Super helpful and knowledgeable. He even offered to let us use his tools so we didn't have to buy some. I'd recommend this location to anyone in the area.

Price maybe higher by a little if I really shopped around, but service was top notch. Employee took the time and insisted on helping remove and replace battery, which was in stock (wasn't at Walmart). Seemed very professional and knowledgeable. Employee even asked about possible military service to get me a discount with no prompt or request by me. A+ and much better than expected.

Terrible music! I generally like AutoZone, but I avoid this store even though they are the closest to me. I have been in several times and they play the worst hard rock music I ve ever heard and they play it extremely loudly. I can t stand being in the store so I go somewhere else.

The staff is pretty helpful. I can usually find what I need. I find it strange they ll take used oil but they won t take any random oil filter. You have to prove you bought it from them. I mean if you re changing your oil isn t it likely you ll be changing the filter as well? Internet said they d take up to two a day per household. I just had the one. It s not a big deal and I m sure they have reasons I just found it odd and inconvenient given what I read. Can t believe everything on the internet.
