Worst business and business practices I've ever witnessed. Brought 6 measurements for my 2 axels for my trailer. Lady assured me she only needed the 94" measurement. So she disregarded the other 5 I brought her. Hauled them 2 hours away, paid $700 for the trailer company to just say Advantage gave me the wrong size axels and they won't fit. Both my trailers were down at the time so I just had to have them fixed then and there. Cost me another 2 grand. When I went to return them to Advantage they refused. Sorry, they said. Went on to threaten me with police if I didn't leave. As a business owner myself I have never been treated worse than this, especially like I was a criminal. Never seen anything like it. And before the owner comes on here to say anything, I'll return them right now for a refund minus a restocking fee as I told you. Also, when I was there, they were on the phone with someone else and the axels didn't fit for them either and they told them to come on back for a refund or exchange. So they are on the buddy system which is terrible business practice. For the record, axels were not touched or worked on and were brought back when they opened back up two days later.

Had some axle issues on my 5th wheel, went to another reputable shop and was sold all the wrong parts. Decided to get an upgraded axle and start fresh, called these guys Monday morning they said they d have what I need so I pulled the old axle off my trailer to make sure it all lined up right. Took it to them Tuesday, they got the axle all measured and made sure the spring perches were in the right place. Took the extra time to make sure I had everything I d need for the install as my trailer was an hour from my house and I didn t want to make any more unnecessary trips up to work on it. Was able to go up and put the new axle under it in under a half hour. Will be coming back next spring to have them build the other axle! Awesome customer service, really appreciated the time they took to make my situation suck a little less!

Great, great, great! The guy in there knows his trade, recommends and explains things perfect, and gets you set up and out the door quickly. He said he's been there for years, and it shows. Glad I found a place for all of my trailer needs. Highly recommended

Employees are very friendly, efficient and professional. We had a travel trailer axle problem and they were able to get us the axles the same day. Will recommend this store to Everyone. Cannot say enough great things about these Employees.

These guys have the right parts and seem like they know what they are doing, but don t care about you or the money you have to spend one bit. I ve bought lots of parts from them over the years for my boat trailer repairs. They have never been able to schedule my service when I need it. I went in there with a irregular tire wear issue and they said I would have to replace my axle. As usual they didn t have time for me so I bought the $1200 axel and replaced it my self. Didn t make a bit of difference to my issue. Anyone that knows trailers should of suggested the easier fix first which would be the spindle ($200) instead of the most expensive fix that didn t work. Even when I went in for my appointment they explained the spindle is softer metal so that is most likely what it is (after the $1200 shakedown). Well I relentlessly set up an appointment for 3 weeks out and somehow spaced bringing it it. No calls or reminders or emails about confirmation of the appointment time. I called in after I realized I had forgotten to bring it by and they rescheduled for a week later. I bring my boat in and the lady at the front desk just asks me to bring it to the side so they can look at it. The technician confirms it s probably the spindle and I go back in and the front desk lady and now she tells me they scheduled another emergency trailer service for a boat someone is bringing in from strawberry Reservoir and can t fit mine in for another month. I ask since the boat isnt here yet can t you service mine as well (it s like an hour repair). She refuses. No apology or understanding whatsoever. Then she says it s just not going to work and refused to reschedule my service at all. So they can fit in the other person same day, but not someone that has been waiting for a month. These guys don t care one whit about their customers and have horrible customer service. Definitely avoid them unless you want to spend more money then you have to and wait longer then you should for rude service from someone that is just looking after their bottomline.

Friendly helpful staff. Willing to work out issues if you communicate with them. We had a disagreement on a policy and talked it out and they said they were willing to work it out with me and I really appreciate it when communication can work out an issue.

Great customer service, and great staff. Replaced and upgraded axle on my trailer. Trailer turned out better than expected, and was done quite quick. I would have no problem returning for future trailer needs.

Sign on the door says open to 6 on Fridays, showed up at 530 - they are gone. A bit frustrating. I hope they had an emergency. Depended on them being open after I get off work.

Dan and Christina are polite, professional and really know trailers. Very helpful and patient with ignorant customers like me. At one point I had to call with newbie questions and they were instrumental in guiding me through my installation.Because of them my axle swap job "came off without a hitch".If you want fast, knowledgeable service with stock on demand, a friendly staff who are eager to assist and quick with the right answers for all your trailer needs, Advantage Trailer Parts is the place to go.

I came in with specific part numbers, measurements, manufacturing drawings and pictures of the axel I need and they didn't want to sell me the axle. Said to bring in the axel so they could measure it and see. I gave them manufacturing brand, part numbers, measurements and drawings. Refused to sell. I guess because I'm not one of their mechanics. I have the same money.Edit: no kidding!! I didn't and don't want a ROUND axle. I didn't care if you had to order the axel I want. YOU kept bringing up the round axle, I did not!! I listened to you and that was it. I want the axel I asked for. That's great all sales are final. I get it. However, your were so arrogant and continued to talk, talk, talk over what I asked for, you never listened. I wouldn't buy an axle from you if you gave it to me for free and installed it for free. Thanks but no thanks.

I rarely leave reviews, but they deserve it! My axle broke on my trailer and I tried a few local trailer companies, but no one was able to look at it and even give me a quote to repair or replace my axle, but Advantage Trailer was able to figure out what parts I needed over the phone and I was able to drive in with my axle and they were able to get me a new one all welded up in a matter of minutes. I am blown away by their service and help. I can't believe how fast I was able to fix my trailer from devastation to High functionality. I highly reamend them.

When our trailer blew a hub in love lock NV. We spent the day trying to find someone local. But no one was able to help us till we heard about ADVANTAGE. Not only did they have the parts in stock they also replaced a rim and two tires. The service was amazing. Only two 2 hours and we were back on the road. My wheel, bearings, drum, and tire all fell of my trailer on the interstate. They got me in fast and the service was fast as well. They charged a competitive and reasonable rate and I was back on the road in no time. I highly recommend them for trailer parts and repair.

I tend to be cautious of niche service companies because it s not something I know a lot about , and it s easy to get tricked into buying something you don t need. Not with Advantage Trailer though. They remember you by name when you come in, and they re happy to answer any questions or look at anything on your trailer as a courtesy to give you peace of mind or better understanding. They re politely straightforward about recommended parts and approaches, and I ve never felt like they were trying any pushy sales. They even took time to analyze and explain elements of suspension and torsion when combined with 3rd party products, like a heavy duty equal-i-zer, which they didn t have to do. Their prices are competitive and fair, and I ve checked. All of this, combined with such kind and genuine staff there s no reason to go anywhere else. I ll always recommend them.

My husband had severe issues with his trailer while towing between states. These guys were able to fix it quickly with all the parts they had in stock and got him back on the road in the morning. They were super professional & courteous. Will deff recommended to anyone in the area.

Just called about Demco EZ latch couplers and had one of the rudest, unprofessional and probably most incompetent ladies on the phone. I asked about in-stock availability and price and was quoted $320 when I asked if she s certain that this is the correct price because they run around $150 everywhere else, she snapped at me and asked why aren t you over there buying them? - I responded: I certainly will now! And after speaking with you, I understand why you have them in stock still I ll keep buying from Wasatch and other shops, that s for sure.

Great customer service, great selection of quality products in stock, fair prices and I even got a follow-up call to make sure I had what I needed.So, I burnt up a bearing and wiped out the spindle on my Duck Boat trailer axle on a Saturday afternoon. Trailer was not moving anywhere. Called around and found a new axle 45 miles away. Ran there in traffic from hell to find out it was not the right axle. Monday, spent 2 hours calling around until I found Advantage. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and said they had it in stock, everyone else; "Yeah, we have it, it's just 10 days out." Went to Advantage, (rudely at lunch time) they dropped lunch and in no time hooked me up with all the right stuff despite the fact I asked for the wrong "U" bolts. Went back to my boat, swapped out the axle with the new, much better quality one from Advantage. 6:00 PM that night, I'm dragging my boat home, my phone rings and it's Advantage. "Hey Roger, just wanted to make sure those "U" bolts worked out for you." Thanks Advantage, I'll be back for all my trailer needs.

If you like knowledgeable, friendly, hard working and good customer service folks. Then you don t need to look any further. I ve had my trailer tweaked and worked on by a handful of outfits over the years. I ve never felt better about the quality, service and fair pricing as I did today. Thanks for the fun new set up on my beat up old trailer. Feels brand new again somehow.

First time in and wont be my last. These guys treat you right, very nice, friendly and forward with you. They did an awesome job on my trailer, showed me all the bad broken stuff that was replaced. They are super awesome and great to do business with, I'm definitely glad I found and went to them.

Had a wheel bearing explode on my boat trailer and essentially ruined the axle. Ended up taking it to Advantage and they got me one fabbed up super quick for a good price. HIGHLY recommend them, will definitely be back.

Dan goes out of his way to make sure he offers options for the best decision. He gets the vehicle in and out quickly. He has helped a number of my friends that I have referred and they have all reported a good review when I spoke with them. I wood highly recommend Dan and Christina to everyone.

Stumbled upon them a few years ago when my normal tire shop jacked me on a quote. Took my wifes car to them and their quote was easily 1/2 the price. Plus they showed that one of the items the other place quoted me didnt need to be done. I decided to take my car in since I was always having brake issues and my normal shop just kept replacing them. They called me that day and said their was a rock wedged in there and it was causing issues, they cleaned it out, and I have have had no brake issues since. I have had both our cars in several times for other items, and they always take care of me!

I just took my boat trailer down to have them look at the axles. These folks at advantage are so incredibly kind and professional. Everything looked great and it was reassuring to have them say that. I will be back when I need any trailer work done!
