I wish I would have gotten the name of the gentleman that helped me this morning because he went above and beyond in helping me. I came in only needed spark plugs but he helped me identify where my engine filter was located, cleaned out my battery terminals (which were bad) and giving me a lot of advice on what tools I need to change out the spark plugs. This gentleman is a gem and created a loyal customer for advance auto parts. Thx for your help.

We stopped here with ignition problems on a family road. Jake got us fixed up and on our way in short order. He went above and beyond to help us out. Absolutely top notch!

I m rating based on what they tip DoorDash drivers to deliver parts for them, which is $0. I ve done two or three deliveries for them now and each one had a zero dollar tip on it. And these are 40-45 min deliveries that are 15-20 miles away. So instead of using one of their own employees to drive a part somewhere, they hire out a driver from DoorDash because it will cost them less. As a business they have the option to tip the driver for their delivery, but they ve chosen to tip absolutely nothing. I find it pretty low that a big company like this will purposefully not tip a driver who s using their own car and gas to make a delivery for them. Do better.

I came in last minute needing a part they didn t have but Daniel went above and beyond and searched the whole internet and every business in Utah to help me find what I needed. He wrote down all the info I would need and even called other places to help me track it down. So helpful and kind

When the hour is late and the holiday draweth nigh... Where is the only place in town that consistently never lets me down? Three times now has Advance Auto come through for me when I had nowhere else to place my hope. I'm sounding dramatic... I drive an Audi so maybe it is a name others struggle with or with whom Advance is excellent, I dunno, but they are nice, knowledgeable, I don't have to repeat myself or explain for cooperation. I'm going start making this place my go to.

The clerk was super helpful, immediately offering to help me find what I was looking for as soon as I walked into the store. Then, after I purchased a headlight bulb, he offered to come outside and install it for me. I was really impressed! He didn't have to do that, but I definitely appreciate it. I'll be sure to give my business to Advance Auto Parts in the future over other auto part stores.

Adam and all of the team at Advance Auto Parts were tremendous to me. I needed a battery, they helped to install it in the rain. Then when my car still wouldn't start (I really did need the battery because it was 7 years old) they helped to push start me so I could get to my mechanic who replaced the starter--and said the battery was a good and necessary thing. Above and beyond the call of duty! Trust these guys :-)

Awesome service! The manager on duty was kind to fix my order as the incorrect parts were purchased (system/website issue). She did this in a way that I didn't have to place another online order (used a promo).

If You Are In Need Of a PARTS EXPERT rather then dealing with the "Odd-Man-Out-Big-Chain" Stores...Then You Have Come to the Right Place .I have had the pleasure of working with Hazen and the actual Store Manager Heather and I have to be honest as i always am with all my local review'ers, when i say: If You want to deal with Pro's vs the competition then trust the advice Advance Auto parts has to give cuz the way i have been treated here is the reason why i will continue to come back to this exact store in Orem for all my Auto Needs! P.S. I hear their Commerical Department also goes above and beyond the call of the job an experience definitely worth mentioning. Thx ADVANCE AUTO PARTS I'm a customer 4 Life!

How about when you claim to be open, someone is actually there! I needed a part from you guys by today, ordered it online for SAME DAY store pick up. I get to the store and they re closed! Online it says you re open until 5 on sundays, I got there at 2:30 and the doors are locked! Are you kidding me?!?!

Awesome staff, great prices and always in and out very quickly. I order online and they have it ready to when I show up. They can also get hard to find parts quickly as well.

Well I ordered my part on Friday they told me I would have it in the morning on Saturday then they called me tell me I won't get it until 2:30 in the afternoon okay not bad then needless to say I won't get it until Monday because they have no drivers on the weekend which they neglected to tell me my experience so far has not been well

Bought a part. Wrong car part in box. Google says store is open until 8pm. Drove back at 6:45pm and it's closed.
