Went in for an oil change for our Maverick and left with a Truck! Awesome Trucks and cars here. Fabulous and Friendly Service! Thank you Nicodemus, Trevor and Kyle Frei for putting up with us and working out such a Fabulous Deal. Nic Thank you for being so friendly and personal with us. I enjoyed our conversations while we waited for all the paperwork and looking for the Truck we really wanted!! Definitely referring This Ford Young to all our family and friends!

Came here to do a recall, once they replaced the windshield wiper motor the wipers ceased to operate. I called to have them replace the faulty motor they installed and they simply said "yeah we're booked sorry, you can try the Brigham City location", I called Brigham City and they had to step up and prioritize our family as this is a major safety concern, they called the Ogden location and said "guys seriously get this guy taken care of as it's a serious issue" Ogden never returned my calls and gave me the run around, young ford in Brigham City had to step up and fix the issue. We drove in the snow and heavy rain for 2 hours on 3/30/24 with children and my wife and no wipers, hardly saw anything and had to follow snow plows just to see a little where we were going, barely made it with snow and rain and nothing to see through. You guys replaced the part with a faulty motor and didn't fix it. Not ok if you ask me, I had to put my family in jeopardy because of this.Shout out to Brigham City young ford for stepping up and fixing what these fellas didn't do.

Trevor was awesome. He stayed late for us and had everything ready to go as soon as we got here. He treated us as friends and made the experience go smoothly. We bought our explorer from here, there were some issues that we didn't know about when we did and they took care of it. I worked at a dealership and can honestly say most of the salesman here are 100% honest and are not just looking at you as another paycheck. service is also amazing and will go the extra mile to get you taken care of.

This isn't really a review for Young Ford as much as it is for "Irish" Richie Murphy, who was our sales professional. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and fantastic to work with. I'm a fanatic of all things Irish, so it was great to work with him because we were able to connect on that level. He has a huge book about the Murphy clan and fun facts about Ireland right on his desk, along with a bunch of other reviews. We really enjoyed working with him and don't have enough positive things to say about him and our experience with him.He put us into a new 2022 F-150 XLT and we are very pleased with our decision so far. I don't know about most of the other sales reps, but my suggestion is to just go in and ask for Richie right off the bat.

They had a new vehicle in stock that qualified for special financing through Ford, and they had it listed below MSRP. I had been looking for this specific car. I live out of town, but would have gladly traveled for this car.When I contacted them for more info, I was told that the price listed was conditional, and they were unable to inform me of the conditions until I was there in person.Truly baffling, especially on a prior year model, that they should be motivated to sell.

Yesterday I had an appointment at 2 PM. I had already planned being there for a little while so before I went, I went and grab some food to make sure be OK for the time that I was going to be there. When I called to make the appointment last time, I let them know that they didn t have the filter needed so please make sure that they had the filter because last time they said they opened the box and it was empty and there was nothing in there. Then around 240 I start walking around in the parking lot because I m tired of sitting down and I see that my car is sitting out there so I m like oh maybe it s done Front and ask them if my car is done they re like oh no we haven t put the filter on yet we re still waiting to do that. I said OK then 330 comes wrong around I go back up there and I m like hey is my car done yet? I got a video stating that they were done and they were like oh yeah, they re done but by the way, we didn t have the filter we opened up the box and it was empty, so we can t do the filter. He was like they re just gonna be cleaning up your car really quick and then they re gonna bring it out to you. I told him the Private right here I was like OK go outside I wait and I wait and I wait now it s like 415 at this point still waiting for my car they haven t brought it around yet. I continue to wait then they finally bring my car around and they were like oh we ll just have to clean the engine bay really quick then they take my car back around into the service center and then five minutes later they bring out my car. I did not leave until 430 which is 30 minutes after closing for the dealership may I mind you I bought my car here February 2021 when I was pregnant with my son because I needed a better car, a bigger car and I can just say I will definitely be taking my service back to Toyota in Riverdale. I will never go back to this dealership they are awful. They never have the parts that you need they make you sit there and wait and wait and wait .

If you go here, ask for Richie aka "Irish". For the first time ever, I have a brand new vehicle and that's only because Richie is the first salesman who helped me and my husband feel comfortable buying one. We originally went to test drive one of their used broncos and he found a brand new one for us within our monthly budget AND got us a 3.8 % interest rate. It was really late and their cleaning tech wasn't in. So he cleaned it up for us and took his time to walk through every feature (which is a lot of features). He offered to explain all of the features to my mom who also had a bronco and wasn't walked through anything with hers. The clean could have been more detailed but he is a salesman and not a cleaner haha he even followed up with us a week afterward to check and see how we were liking it AND he remembered me talking about my mom. He still stood by his offer to answer any questions she had even though he wasn't her sales guy last year. He is a salesman but he cares about his clients. Thank you young ford and Richie!

Parts dept is outstanding. Great service. Huge inventory. They answered the phone quickly. Confirmed they had what I needed. They had good afternoon hours on a Saturday. I was able to get 3 projects done in 2 trips. I was surprised they had my parts in stock. They showed me the warehouse behind the counter. It's huge. Call them. This is the most pathetic 'business' in Ogden. They should not be open. They do not help people, they do not care. They are useless. They have had my car for 8 MONTHS AND STILL HAVE IT. I took my 2017 Ford Fusion Platinum into this godforsaken place a week before Christmas 2022. They told me it needed a new transmission. I was quoted 6 - 8 weeks. It was the dead of winter, they wouldn't provide me a rental car because "Ford didn't have any to provide". Transmission took about 13 weeks to arrive, another 2 for them to install it. They installed it incorrectly, and didn't fill the transmission fluid so my car was smoking. They also punctured my leather seat by not being careful and tore my perforation. Another month went by while they fixed their mistake, called me back in to pick it up and two of THEIR EMPLOYEES backed another customers truck into the front of my car... IT HAS TAKEN ANOTHER 4 MONTHS AND COUNTING for them to fix minimal damage that they caused!! I have gone through the Service Manager, the General Manager, Ford Customer Service and Young Automotive Corporate. NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME, NO ONE DOES ANYTHING. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP. DO NOT GO HERE.

I just picked my truck up less than an hour ago. I dropped it off the day before at 7:30 in the morning and with the list of things that I want looked at they said it would probably have to be overnight. I was fine with that. So today when I get the truck back, one of the items that was listed and said to have been repaired was that my blinker was clicking, super fast as if it had a burned out turn signal bulb. They said they replaced a different bulb because of the way things are design now it can cause that turn signal to operate that way. Well, guess what , it wasn t fixed And I ll have to probably bring it back and leave it with them for another day. I think I ll probably find a different dealership to deal with.

Bobby is the only sales man I d ever buy from again. He s not pushy & has a very authentic upfront personality. Doesn t beat around the bush & try sugar coating everything. I ve purchased 2 vehicles through him & future purchases will only be done through Bobby. As having two kids with me at all times Bobby made them feel comfortable & happy to be there. He goes above & beyond.

Scheduled maintenance on my truck unfortunately I got stuck at work and my wife took my truck in and Alexis in service was so attentive with my wife and she looked into my truck and saw I had important pending recalls she had them done same day and was able to break down with clarity to my wife so she can explain all the service requirements and also have us suggestions for our next service interval. Plus pointed out there was a service coupon for the work I needed done and saved us some money and time by getting all our needs met. Thank you Alexis again for your customer service and just being a genuine good person and looking out. Truck made it to our awesome vacation spot without a hitch and smooth rolling.

I am not going to lie, I hate buying cars/trucks. To me it s worse then purchasing a house. However, this experience was the BEST. I came in already knowing I wanted a Bronco Sport and I already had all my specifications ready to go. Richie was amazing he helped my through the process of building my bronco and informed me I would be getting emails from ford when the build would be scheduled to delivery date. BTW- ordered 01/25ish picked it up 06/10. Not too bad. Richie again notified me that she was on the lot and I could make arrangements to pick her up. That entire process was painless. He made everything easy peasy. Garret the finance guy was also great to work with as well. Once all the paperwork was done back to Richie who went over all the ins and outs of my new baby. I have never had a more nicer experience when buying a new vehicle but also one I had to build and wait for.Thank you Richie for ALL your help! I really appreciate you and your team.Yep, the next day we took her out to see what she could do!LOVE THIS TRUCK!!

Took my new vehicle in for it's first oil change and the service department lied to me about what services were provided. After requesting full synthetic, the receipt after service stated it was a blend. I asked the service representative why this was listed instead of full synthetic and she stated "I listed blend on the paperwork so you would save money", I did not save money, and if this were the case, she would have pointed that line item out to me before handing me the receipt. The window sticker on the windshield also stated "SB" and to return after 5000 miles. A synthetic blend was put in the truck when I asked for full.I requested the order and installation of an accessory, they claimed they were "very busy". I offered to install the accessory myself at home if they did not find the time. The part was never ordered and my request was simply ignored.They also claimed my FordPass points account was not active and they could not access my points so I had to pay cash. I later discovered from my dealer in Michigan, that Young Ford does not honor the FordPass points system. The service department does not appear to be aware of their own operations.I received a useless video inspecting various areas of the truck, while I appreciated the gesture, the tech rushed through updates for a brand new truck, providing a poor visualization of what he was describing. A simple check list of inspection points would have sufficed.I received a phone call to discuss my experience from Young. I missed this call and later returned it, left a message, and was never contacted again.I paid $150 to be lied to, and be provided lazy, careless service. I paid a fraction of the cost for honesty and quality work at Ed Kenley in Layton.Save your money, energy, and your vehicle's wellness.

I went to look for a new truck, and was very impressed with the service provided. I worked with both Jared and Wes who helped me look through both their new and used selections to find a truck that truly met my needs. They listened and were very attentive. When I found the truck they worked and got me the best deal they possibly could. Some of the other salesmen looked at the paperwork and had genuine surprise on their faces when they saw the deal I was getting. It was overall a great experience.

Terrible experience talked to salesman about purchasing a used gti took credit information and what down payment was going to be. Was told I would get a call back to go over the financing. After reaching out multiple times I went to another dealer to buy a similar vehicle at a lower price. Very unprofessional dealership

We had a brand new 24 Lincoln navigator reserve.We drove up to our daughters house in Morgan and there s a vibration on the car.We took it to Young Ford and the service manager. Nick got the car in force did road force balancing on the car And had to adjust three out of the four tires on the rim and rebalance.The car rides smooth now for our ride back home to Nevada.Thank you, Nick

Jakota and Malorie in the parts department made Ford's FordPass problem their problem, turned over every rock, worked around the app and got my points applied to the purchase. I was surprised how determined and effective they were in finding a solution. Malorie even went out to my truck to make sure the part fit before selling it to me. Running into them makes we want to come back.

Completely dissatisfied and unacceptable, in my first visit service advisor and parts department couldn t order oem break pads for a Mach-e because the part didn t exist, we re talking about BREAK PADS !!! Had to call a different ford dealership and ask for the part number for BREAK PADS !!! 2nd visit it took them just shy of 10hrs to resurface the rotors and left them looking anything but done correctly. I m left wondering if I was paying out of pocket and it wasn t a warranty issue would they have actually cared at all on the quality?
