5 stars specifically for Gerrick - for excellent mobile service on our 2022 Ford Transit backup camera recall. He was kind, patient answering our many questions, and took care of the job no fuss no muss. Regarding the rest of the experience with the service dept., on the whole, was average. There were extenuating circumstances, as our van is a Coachman conversion, so initially unhelpful until we engaged the manager. Then, over a few days they figured out a solution and took care of us. To be fair, previous oil change service was great, new issues.

Tried out a mobile oil change and tire rotation. It was awesome. We didn t have to leave the house. They came out and got everything done right in the driveway and then the tech did a full walk through with me in person. Highly recommend their mobile service!

I scheduled an appointment online the night before and when I got there it still took them over 30 minutes to start working on it. I was there for an hour and a half just for an oil change. On the bright side, the service advisor Allex was very friendly and helpful. My only real complaint is the amount of time it took for a simple oil change.Service: Oil change

Alright service. Pretty much what you would expect from a dealer service department. I ve been taking my truck here because the service was included with my new truck, but every time I go there (with an appointment) it takes a minimum of two 2-3 hours. The last time I went there, they didn t tighten the drain plug and it made a mess of my driveway. Most of their service advisors are pretty good and professional. I would stay away from Jonathan he is just not all that knowledgeable and never follows up on anything. He said he scheduled the mobile van to come fix the problem after my service, except he never did and then I had to spend another hour of my life trying to get them to fix the leak. Overall ok, I much rather pay for my oil change than go back and waste many hours trying to resolve problems from them rushing through service calls.

Made my car undriveable after a simple warranted oil change (odm 40,000+ miles). Then made me pay for the repairs that they, ford, caused. Ford stock went way down after this incident leaving me stranded in Utah for 10 days. Basically a free scheduled oil change cost me $88 to replace the screws that hold the whole bottom end together that was worn out by ford...BE VERY AWARE OF THE following FORD policy..YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for any worn screws or inserts that Ford has to remove in order to get to the oil pan. Your oil pan has a steel skid plate that is held in place which screws that have to be removed and then held in place by a sheet that covers the whole bottom of your car. Those require eight screws and 8 inserts. Anything wears out in the process of oil change you are responsible for even though you never touched the screws or inserts you never change the oil. Your responsible and they're $11 a screw with insert..A little more positive note, Cassandra was the representative and I think she felt as bad stranding me out there with her hands tied with Ford policy she did the best she could. It basically came down to policy those screws are wear and tear material.

Buying the car through Richie, in sales, was a GREAT experience! HOWEVER the service department is a complete and absolute NIGHTMARE!! Go somewhere else if you need anything through service, because these guys could flippin care less. They never answer the phone when you call. Oh and they mixed up my car with someone else s.. so I took my car in for service and they told me everything was just fine on my car and they had somehow told me about another person s vehicle s problem.. PATHETIC.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Would give zero stars if it would let me. Had my truck for two days and never touched it. Called 10+ times with no return calls or answers. Extremely poor communication, customer service, and ethics. A complete waste of time. Take your vehicle literally anywhere else.

96 Ranger 2.3L timing belt. Fixed right, despite corroded bolts, and seized tensioner. Would've been a nitemare for me to do.
