These guys have been amazing to work with. They ve cared for all of my cars and done everything from codes, tires, oil changes, diagnostics to major repairs. They entreat you well and are reasonable in their pricing.

I had a wheel assembly go bad on my car, it was supposed to cost around 1200 dollars, they were able to find a good deal on parts and saved me like $500 on this service. We also had a trip planned and a technician stayed late to get my car done so we could take it on the trip!!! They are awesome, and will have my business from here on out!! So honest and hard working!!

Hardworking and customer oriented professionals. I took my car in for an oil change and emissions test. The were an On Spot station so the registration and sticker were provided, which is a huge time saver. I forgot to call to check on the status and when I did, they were closing in 15 minutes. But not to worry, these guys are pros. They took my payment info over the phone and when I arrived, my car was ready, parked outside, and the paperwork and registration sticker were on the seat. Local, honest, and personable, Woodruff is now my go-to for all my auto needs. They do just about anything you could require, and they do it well. Pricing is reasonable, and the turn-around time is quick.

They failed me on emissions and gave me a quote (changing out exhaust manifolds) 1/3 higher than other places... $1500 compared to $1000... other places probably wouldn't have failed me in the first place. Not a fan of this shop nor of the person who recommended them.Update: I took my truck to Buffalo Bill's and they didn't have to change out the exhaust manifolds. This proved to me that Woodruff automotive tries to make work for themselves when it's not needed... steer clear of this place!

Brought it in to get a light issue fixed. Not only did they NOT fix the problem and charge $180 for the pleasure, but now the windows won't roll down and a part they couldn't remember where it belongs now resides in the cup holder. They didn't even bother to put the trunk back together after pulling it apart! The quality has gone WAY DOWN since Woody sold the business.Service: Electrical repair

Excellent service! They were so kind and understanding with our situation, even when we miscommunicated. Everyone we talked to was so helpful. We ended up here because they were highly recommended by our tow truck driver and they did not disappoint!

I called for a quote on replacing the fuel filters in my 2018 Ram 3500 6.7L Cummins. The quote I was given was $850, which seemed high to me. So I decided to call the Ram dealership in Riverdale and was quoted $350. I'm not sure if I can trust Woodruff's now.

I hate needing too have my vehicles repaired, but thankfully these guys are here. I have been coming here for years and have never had a problem with the service or ethics. As for value they are the best i know of. They are an excellent combination of great work for a reasonable price. They are also fast and reliable and able to get you help in an emergency. Over all the best service shop i have ever found. The only things i wish were different would be being open on Saturday's and a bit closer to where i lived. I am willing to drive about 20 minutes to get here because of how good they are.

Took my daughter's car there when her ABS and electronic power steering lights came on. They found the problem very quickly and they did the research, found that it was a recall item for that car, and sent us to the dealer to get it fixed (free). I have been taking my cars to them for years, they are honest, trustworthy, and know what they're doing. I highly recommend Woodruff Auto Service!!

They were awesome. I cAme in with a concern about an oil leak. They assessed quickly and professionally and when I asked them to help with a few other things they were happy to oblige. Very timely, fair prices, honest and kind. I was really impressed.

I've had my two vehicles into Woody's numerous different times now for various issues and have always been pleasantly surprised by what I am quoted for the work I've had done. Always friendly, communicate updates well and get work done in a timely manner. Definitely a very honest auto shop. Would highly, highly recommend to anyone.

These folks are busy but made expansions to the business making scheduling faster. Before it was tough to get into this shop but this has improved and was my only real complaint.In three occasions a repair that appeared to be expensive ended up being much cheaper thanks to better diagnostic work being done here.

We've used this repair place for many vehicles and many years. They've always been very clear on the work that needs done, and the price of the repair, and recommend cheaper parts (or the choice of parts at different prices) when possible. We feel very well respected and treated, and as a woman, I have never felt less well treated than if my husband had taken the car in instead. I've appreciated the honesty and level of work done- never more than is necessary and never less than getting the full job done. We would not think of having the vehicles repaired anywhere else. Strongly recommend this business!!! :-)

I have had great experiences with Woodruff Auto. I have appreciated the no "BS" approach. I have been using them for almost 8 years now. I love the fact that there shop is clean and put together. If you ever look in their bays they are always very organized and tidy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Woodruff always makes you feel like they care. They squeezed my daughters car in for an emergency repair. She's just starting a job as a school teacher and they put her at ease with a quick fair repair.They have always fixed us up and this is why they ate forever our repair shop. The guys at the counter ate great to talk to as well. Can't say enough about this placeService: Steering & suspension repair

Everyone deserves better service than this place. I took my older SUV in for a large oil leak and some "spongey" brakes. They recognized the massive oil leak and repaired it, which they did pretty good on. However, the brake repair process was horrendous. Rather than start with a Brake Cylinder repair (~$250, parts and labor included, this first solution makes the most sense), they yanked out the calipers, rotors, brake pads, and shoes (nearly the entire system) and the bill shot up to almost $900. At first I was quoted $700 for everything (oil leak repair included), that skyrocketed up to $1,400+ after they kept saying that it needed all new parts. After 3 DAYS OF IT BEING IN THE SHOP, I told them I was going to tow it to a shop that actually cared and that could fix the problem they kept neglecting. They started offering discounts on labor and parts, only after I told them I was losing patience. When I took the SUV there, it was still functional; Within 1 day of it being with them, it was unsafe to drive from the shop UNTIL THEY DID ALL THE REPAIRS.Notice how many 1 star reviews started getting left near the end of 2020/beginning of 2021. This is no coincidence, they've gotten worse and worse. I have no idea what's going on in that shop. My cousin who recommended this shop (he claims they did excellent service years ago) is now mortified with this hack job.Good job on the engine leak, awful job on brakes. This is extortion, plain and simple; you've been warned.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

I've taken my car to them several times over the past 5 years and have had nothing but a great experience. The only mild issue I had was it did take them 3 days when I dropped my car off one time otherwise the turn around time has been between 1 and 2 days. Two things that stand out is:- lost the pin holding the bulb in my headlight, I needed a new headlight however they managed to fabricate a fix for it. So I avoided potentially high price for headlight.- I've purchased items from the auto store and they installed them for me when I decided not to do it myself. (this is typically where shops mark up the item price to make a profit)Highly recommended.

Took my vehicle for an oil change with the Woodruff team for the first time and I am not surprised that they have been in business for over 30 years.I find it difficult to find a shop that does quality work WITHOUT trying to nickle and dime the customer like horror stories I have heard about other places.They shot me straight and completed the job in a timely manner.I hope to have you guys around for another 30 plus years taking care of customers and veterans of all branches.Excellant work team!Thank you!Mr. SawyerService: Oil change

Woody is honest and got the job done quickly. He also helped my dad fix his truck while he was visiting from CA, which was a huge help so he didn t have to worry while driving back to CA. I have taken my vehicles to Woody's for decades, he always finds the problem and he is very fair with pricing, hires very knowledgeable mechanics, guarantees his work & gives honest answers to your questions! I WON'T take my vehicles anywhere else & have referred many family members and friends to Woodruff Auto, they have ALL been very happy with the service they received

My wife was headed south on I-15 when here check engine light came on flashing and the temperature gauge spiked. I Googled repair shops near the milepost and found this place with a 4.6 star rating. I gave her directions and told her we didn't have any options but to pay whatever they asked. They were very courteous and when she explained she was from out of town they worked her in. Within three hours she was back on the road with a new radiator installed. The price was right in line with normal shop charges and she says they were very kind and professional. They even came in slightly under the bid price. I've never had that at a shop before.

Great shop! One of the few that works on teslas. $15 for a tire rotation is a great deal, I ll be back.

Great fast friendly good prices. We had to have the bearings replaced on left side of truck we went to 4 other places & appt time was 6-8 weeks out & $100-200 higher. Woodruff got us in in 3 days @ lower price

I've been going here for years to have repairs and basic stuff done on my cars. They are a great group of people. Friendly informative and honest. I don't trust anyone else with my cars.
