We recently enjoyed a lovely experience with the kind & efficient personnel at Valley Glass in Ogden. We have used Valley in the past with standard window requirements, but were pleased that Valley willingly accepted a custom window re-frame project on some antique glass windows. Jerry did a beautiful job with the fabrication of the necessary glass and hardware to make the very old frames look almost new. Many thanks also to Sonny & Mike for their more than willingness to provide the old fashioned quality and service which in many instances has been lost in our present society.

Kyle and Ethan came this morning promptly at 8:30am to honor my warranty and replace a door panel with blinds in my patio unit. They did an impeccably beautiful job! They made sure my hardwood was sufficiently draped with a heavy drop cloth so not to scratch my floor and vacumed up all the debris following the install. They even went the extra mile and detailed the new door front and back with glass cleaner! WOW! These guys were AWESOME! It was an unexpected bonus to have Sonny on the job overseeing it. He always makes everything fun when he's around! These two good workers were super respectful and friendly from the moment they stepped into my home. I cannot recommend them more!!! I had 4 rock chips and they were not only super helpful in fixing them but also friendly and educational. If you have a rock chip and need someone who won t rip you off for a simple fix, call them or walk in and they will treat you like family. Hands down my go to for windshield fixes

Stopped in for a rock chip repair with no appointment. In and out in 20 minutes. Their work is phenomenal. I really can t even tell that a chip was ever there. Cooper was my tech and I would wholeheartedly return and trust him to fix any future chips. Pricing was incredibly fair for the level of professionalism and the results they provided. Valley Glass was absolutely awesome from the start to finish. I didn't have to do anything except answer a text when was a good time for installation and sign,my name once installation was complete.They handled everything with my insurance.They were very professional and pleasant from,start to finish.The customer service was above and beyond, something we don't get much of in this day and age.I would highly highly recommend them.

Erwin did a wonderful job helping us with our windows bid and helping us determine which windows would be best for us. The valley glass team did a fantastic job removing the old windows and placing the new windows. As well as cleaning up outside. There was hardly anything to vacuum inside since they did a great job. I highly recommend valley glass and we will be using them again when we are ready to do the other 1/2 of the windows.

I recently had 5 windows replaced in my home. I called Valley Glass in Ogden. The installers and office staff were helpful and professional. My windows were installed in a timely manner and on schedule. I am pleased with my window replacements. Valley Glass in Ogden is a great company. Thanks Valley Glass.

Best glass shop around!! I ve used them for numerous projects over the years from residential windows, to sliding glass doors, and a handful of windshields. They always have available appointments with glass in stock or ordered very quickly. Pricing is great and they work seamless with insurance.

I am so happy with the workmanship and professionalism of the group!Sonny came a couple of times to measure and be sure they had what I wanted.Kent and Matt did the install and were very congenial and good craftsmen.I highly recommend Valley Glass as an excellent source of custom glass needs.Start to finish they were great to work with!.

Well, I couldn t ask for better service. Thanks to my friend for recommending them to me.But this was funny: 2 separate guys, salty, crusty and angry at the world were there. Both really wanted to complain just to complain (maybe their diapers were wet). Anyway, the customer service folks kindly told them that their windows were already replaced or repaired, and even cheaper than quoted. One guy was mystified and the other guy was troubled that he had nothing more to complain about!They were last seen yammering about dem moun-nens in the local accent Aarrrrgaa gotter gor artsard arn loork as they got into their oversized trucks.Ha ha ha, hope that helps

Valley Glass did a great job of replacing our windshield including helping us with the insurance claim process and doing the work on time as scheduled. They guarantee their work and will fix any rock chips for free for the life of the windshield. Great company to work with!

07/25/19 Update - Windshield Replacement - We continue to be impressed with the service that Valley Glass provides from start to finish. I recently had a rock crack my windshield on the freeway. I called and spoke to Courtney to schedule a replacement. Courtney is truly the epitome of customer service. She quickly helped me file an insurance claim and scheduled a time for the replacement. When I arrived I was kindly greeted and quickly checked in by Shay. In the time that it took me to stop for a quick lunch, Shane had professionally replaced my windshield within the estimated time. Mike you have a wonderful team working with you!Valley Glass is amazing! We had them replace all of our windows a few years ago. They did an excellent job and we love the tinted glass that they recommended! We recently had a window crack and Valley Glass quicklyand professionally replaced it! The window matches our other windows perfectly. Working with Mike is always a great experience! Thanks again!

Great company to work with. I Had 2 different work orders and both jobs went super well. Kyle and Hampton were on time, polite and professional. They explained what they were going to do and went to work. They were quick and efficient. I knew when I opened the door I had called the right company to fix my windows. They messed up my wifes install then I could never get them to schedule mine. I ended up calling 5 times over a 2 week period to be placed on hold and told they would call me back. I had to find a different company to replace my windshield that was much easier to schedule with.

I am a repeat customer of Valley Glass, Ogden. They show up on time, get right to work, and the windows turned out beautiful. From Estimate to install there were no problems. Really great at communicating. I would recommend.

Easy to set up an appointment for a windshield and walk-in for a rock chip. I waited for both and they were quick to get the work done. Quality work that cost less than three other places I shopped.

I had many south facing windows that had lost their seal. Scotty came out to measure and give us an estimate on replacing them. He was kind, friendly and very courteous.Kyle and Hampton were the installers, very polite, efficient and professional. They both worked very quickly and worked very well together. Over all it would have been a 5 star experience, I'm just a little disappointed in the one year warranty on the glass inserts.

My experience with Valley Glass was very positive. While they were booked out by a few weeks, when I went in they were friendly and helpful.You have the option to wait in the office for the service or to leave and come back. While I waited in office and was fine, it can take up to 2 hours for the glass to be changed and wait for the adhesive to drive. The waiting room has a tv, magazines, and there is a restroom available.Additional notes: there is a lifetime chip repair warantee

Just a quick note of "Thanks" to Valley Glass. We had a cracked outside pane window and expected we may have to replace the entire window. Called Valley and Erwin showed up the next day, looked at the window and let me know the glass itself could be replaced at a very reasonable cost. Took the measurements and got the order in right away for the glass letting me know it would take a couple of weeks.When the glass was done, I received a call and they were out the next day. Hampton and Mace showed up, walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and promptly got to work. Very courteous, very professional. They did an awesome job and the window looks great!I highly recommend you give these folks a call for any of your window needs. Great team and great service!
