It's so great to have these folks here locally in Ogden! My rear brake needed a bleed and I didn't have the right kit, so I picked that up right away after ordering online. Then David helped me diagnose a lever failure over the phone. Not only did they have a new one in stock, but they covered it under warranty even though the brake was an OEM part on a 3 year old bike. So awesome! Thanks David for your help!!
