Worst customer service ever dropped my keys off he wasn t there I called him he said he will be there in 20 mins told me my car would be done by 12 came back at 11 when I was off work no sign of him my car wasn t started on called him multiple times when he finally picked up he said oh I ll be there in 20 mins and had attitude like I was inconveniencing him don t go here I will never come back I ll pay a high price from now on just so that I know it ll be done when they say it ll be done

This guy was AMAZING. His rates were so honest and he treated us extremely well. I cannot stress to you enough how kind Rene was. If you want a mechanic that is thorough, kind, and honest he is your man. I wish there was a 10 out of 5 star option. He earned it.

I haven't been super impressed with this place. They've had my car for a week (for the second time) and got some what annoyed when I asked if they had any updates on when I could expect it back. The workers are friendly but over all it's been a hassle to get my car fixed here due to lack of communication. When it came to pick up my car we agreed upon 10 and we get a text when we are there that he is in Salt Lake City. I know there's more to their side of the story that I don't understand but from the customer prospective it's been extremely inconvenient.

If you want an upstanding and honest individual doing the mechanics on your vehicle, definitely "do not" pass this shop on by!!
