Tim does good honest and fast work. I came in for a repair on my mufflers and it was very fair prices. Got me in same day in under 2 hours even with the busy work load.

I bought a custom exhaust kit and headers for my 1980 Chevy K10. I had these guys install it for me. They did great quality of work and my truck runs so much better because of it. They stayed true to their quoted price and were very friendly.Update: I have now had a second exhaust system done by these guys. This time it was one they built. I put a much bigger motor in this truck and therefore needed a bigger exhaust. Everything in my first review still remains true

Tim was awesome. He was very informative and knowledgeable about how to fix a specific problem I was having. He charged me a fair price and took care of my problem in a very timely manner. I took this issue to other shops and was told they couldn t help. Tim had it done in less than 24 hours. The world needs great mechanics like him!

I used to live across the street from this shop, so I would take my vehicles there because it was very convenient to just walk across the road. I moved to Willard and still take my vehicles there. The first time I went there, one of the guys welded an exhaust leak on my truck and didn't even charge me. I've had vehicles in for complicated repairs that a muffler shop wouldn't normally even consider. Tim is always willing to research problems and find any possible way of helping. All the guys there have gone above and beyond for me and my family. He hasn't let me down yet and is currently fixing stuff for me that was messed up by another shop.

.................UPDATE...............Steer clear. These guys are con artists. They are out for money only!!! I spent 9000.00 on a tune up which produced so many problems and they just keep feeding my lies. They would even charge me for mistakes that they made! They will also call you a liar to your face if you show where or how they are incorrect, about things said before or after repairs!! Don't for any reason go here your better off walking.

These guys were amazing! I heard about them from a shop that replaced a motor for us. We needed new catalytic converters and a new muffler as well so I texted TJ to see if he could help. He responded immediately and got us in within 48 hours. turnaround time was less than 24 and we had our F250 back on the road for a livestock show in Nevada the next day. Prices for parts are what they are and I felt like I was treated fairly for the repair. He stayed in contact with me the whole way, giving me updates and asking questions by text or phone which was great because we were under a hard deadline to leave for our trip! I would highly recommend this shop, no hesitation.

I took my sons van in for an exhaust repair. I specifically asked them to call me with an estimate before they do the work. They did not! They just fixed it and hit me for $550 for a 15 inch hose and elbow attachment. It was a couple bolts and it was on the TOP of the engine so a monkey could have installed it. $240 for labor for what should have taken 30 min max. This place is extremely dishonest and I will not be recommending anyone to use them. In fact I ll tell people NOT to use them! BEWARE!Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

Just such nice people here. They have given me good advice on simple things to try on my own before I take it in and have to pay for service. I replaced a small part for $15 that solved my problem without paying a diagnostic fee. I took my truck in for a diagnosis on the exhaust system. Tim at the front office was very easy to work with. It turned out that no work was necessary and nothing needed to be corrected and so they didn't charge for just looking at it. I felt that this was very fair and honest. This shop was a referral from my trusted mechanic in Roy, UT and so that meant a lot. My wife commented that the shop was very clean and organized which is always a sign of a well-run business.

Great price great service!My wife and I had a terrific experience with Terrace Muffler & Auto Repair. Called for a quote on a exhaust repair they mentioned that it would be about $350. I agreed to that cost but when it was all said and done after their inspection the repairs were half of that price. $175 . I must include they did a fantastic job.

The folks here have treated my husband and I very well over the years. They always get the work done in a reasonable amount of time. They know their stuff and keep up with the new technology. Also, they honor the work they have done. Worth the price.

I highly recommend these guys. They did a great job and in a timely manner for me. And not only that, they charged me less than I initially was quoted and actually did more. So they overdelivered. Which is refreshing when it comes to finding a good mechanic.They replaced my exhaust manifoldss and turbo gaskets and my 2016 f 150 is running amazing.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

I have done business with Terrace Muffler many times as I drive older vehicles that generally need parts replaced, etc. I'd say I've used their services 10-15 times over the last 5 years and have absolutely no complaints. They're honest, easy to work with, fast, and get me the lowest price. The last time I brought my car in for a cracked radiator they even fixed an issue with my stereo without me asking them to. Over and above my expectations every time. Would recommend to anyone.

I called Terrace Muffler to get a quote on an exhaust mod. I was told on the phone to bring it by and they d take a look. The individual on the phone said that the modification might affect emissions testing. I drove straight over to their shop and spent nearly ten minutes at the front counter before finally being hastily greeted by the owner. I informed the owner of the phone call and everything discussed and he told me that they DIDN T have time to look at the car and that I was WRONG about what I had heard on the phone and that his son, (individual I spoke with on the phone apparently) would never say anything like that. I asked him for a quote regardless and he quoted me nearly 200 dollars higher than any other shop I had previously spoke with! He seemed as if I had inconvenienced him by trying to come to his business for a service and just walked away to get in his brand new $65,000 Ford truck. I guess that s why his quote was high someone s gotta pay that truck payment. Bad customer service, high prices, and all around bad experience. Would never do business here. It was a blessing in disguise as I found a great muffler and brake shop out in Pleasant View that has fair prices and stands behind their work.

Tim in front office is very friendly and so helpful. Took very good care of my needs. Everyone there seemed very friendly and helpful also. They worked with my schedule and finished when promised and kept to price quoted.

Friendly, professional, good price, and great work. No-nonsense and straight-forward. Did a full exhaust rebuild on my 1995 Toyota Land Cruiser. Would gladly do business with them again.

I have been to this shop several times. They have worked on many of my vehicles over the years. They are very reasonable on cost and have always done excellent work. I would highly recommend them for any work you need done.

Came here to have a mid muffler delete on my dodge charger. They only charged $100 and was finished in 1.5 hrs. Great quick, and easy experience.

I had to replace a catalytic converter and a cv joint in my Honda. I took it in and they did the repairs and when I went to pay it looked like my card wasn't going through so I ended up paying them with a check. Later I found that the card was in fact charged. I called them to figure it out and he went to my bank and deposited the money for me that day!! I really appreciated their honesty in the matter.On top of that I had to take my car back because it was making a strange noise and instead of making up some story about how it was because of something else (like the horror stories you hear about other mechanics) they told me the gasket for the converter had failed and replaced it for free under their warranty!!I recommend Terrace Muffler as an honest and fair business you can trust your car repairs to.

These people seemed like I was an interruption to their day. When they asked what I needed (on a '78 classic car they said they could only do a stock exhaust system, no customization and actually argued angrily with me. Clearly, they don't understand Utah emissions law and don't have an appreciation for new customers. Avoid this place... I tell everyone who asks to avoid them!

great services but they take their sweet time getting to the cars mines been there a week and still isnt done and the work would only take an hour to 3hrs at the most.
