I ve been coming here for a long time, it s the only place place I bring my cars for Paint Correction , Ceramic Coating and Painting. I had a GT500 hood installed on my 2021 Mach 1 and the word perfection is still and understatement. The hood is fiber glass from Cervinis and there was some imperfections when the hood was made, Ben made it look perfect and the paint an identical. As always outstanding work.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Straightline Auto Body! They were able to accommodate me on short notice and fix two rock chips in my wife's car at an unbeatable price. Despite living in Layton, the drive to Straightline Auto Body was completely worth it. I had contacted several other auto body shops in Layton, but they couldn't fit me in for months and their prices were ridiculously high, in the thousands, just to fix two rock chips. Straightline Auto Body's price was unbeatable, and the quality of their work was flawless. If you need a quote, I highly recommend giving these guys a call. They have definitely earned my repeat business for any future auto body fixes!

They replaced and painted bumper,looks amazing good as new and did chip repair and wet sanded my entire vehicle.very affordable and fast work. They also do paintless dent removals for small dings and it is also very affordable. I never looked into it, thinking it would be too much but they took out a couple medium size dings on my passenger door for around 180$. Definitely recommend, fair and fast.

My 2023 Rav4 was one week old when someone hit us. I was devastated. We were referred to Straightline and we are so glad we used them to repair our car. They always went above and beyond to help us. They made sure we had Toyota parts and not after market parts. They kept us informed the whole time and we were surprised at how fast we got it back! My new car looks brand new again!!! I give Straightline a 5 star I have had my truck in twice with in the last month and a half. They are very professional.The staff and the crew where fantastic to work with.My truck was out of the shop in a week, not months. I Definitely would recommend Straightline Auto Body . They will be my auto body shop in the future.

Ryan and the crew at Straightline Auto do an amazing, thorough, professional, and detailed job of renewing your car's paint - brining it back to where you thought it could never return. I consider myself a DIY'er, and have buffed out scratches and polished my cars (and an airplane) - but my efforts do not come close to the professionals at Straightline. I'm glad my son-in-law recommended I bring my truck there. Highly satisfied, and highly impressed by the results - these people care and enjoy their work. If your car is starting to accumulate imperfections and scratches - Staightline is the place to go! You will not be sorry.

They were amazing from the moment I called to picking up my vehicle. They took my insurance s estimate and pre-ordered the parts. They also made sure my wife got there to pick up the vehicle before they closed. Great service and quality work! Thank you!

Straightline is the only place I will go. I was nervous to use a body shop for my BMW as it's not a cheap car and turning it in with damage would have cost me thousands. I am so happy with the result and the cost was less than I expected. Took my car here based on the reviews. They failed, work was done but they charged me for service (tire balance) they did not perform but still accounted for it. Wonder what else they skimp on Balance or rotation, bottom line, I had to call you out on this and this should not be happening. Mail me a check for this balance as I don't want to step foot in a business that charges things they wont commit to.Update: I'm still patiently waiting for the reimbursement of $69.99. You have my address. It's safe to say that I won't be returning nor stepping foot in this business ever again, and I strongly recommend that others avoid it as well. If they can charge me for a service they didn't perform, it raises concerns about what else they might be neglecting.

Update-I knew they would say it was just me but the pics speak for themselves. I had my car touched up as did many others I have referred, and it was done MUCH better. I didn t expect perfection I just expected how you fixed my car and others which is not Gooped on unmatched paint as shown in my photos. A two year old could ve done better and is not a professional $265 job. My daughter should receive at least a partial refund! -They got a 2 as they did soooo good on previous cars. Truly an outstanding flawless job. Many of my family have gone here but no longer will. This was back when they had pride in the work they turned out.I had my car touched up and it looked amazing as did others in my family.My daughter has a white beetle. She used her grad money to have the rock chips touched up. $265 is a lot for a kid! Over $100 from what it was a year ago inflation they said that s more than inflation. At that price it should be flawless!We got it back the first time and it looked like white out was used and was not even close to the color. They said white was hard and to drive all the way back and they would fix it. I took it back based on how good they had done in the past. Got it back the second time and it was worse. Paint was glopped everywhere and this was not a professional job in any way. It was rock chips and a couple paint fixes and now looks like gooey white out was used.My daughter cried all the way home as this car she adores! It looks awful and I am so sad I had to see a business drop their values and not care at all about the work they turn out.Now as you read on other lower reviews they will shred me on here saying white is hard to match, and I m a bad customer, (not professional by the way). Im sure they will say they did their best but I have seen their best and its not even close. Others can match white when they take the time to care!Now my daughters car looks worse than when we took it in and she Is out all of her graduation money.Services: Painting, Paint repair

From the very start of my service I have never been so impressed by a Autobody shop. Vinny and his staff are THEBES. I purchased a certified Toyota RAV 4 and it need some touch up paint done. I also had a clear bra installed on the rear bumper. I paid $380 for everything, the job was complete and my RAV 4 looked beyond showroom new, it was phenomenal, I would highly recommend Straightline to everyone that wants superior results. I haven't gotten my car back, but I'm positive it will be great. I've contacted them multiple times and they've helped me out so much. I am getting the car fixed with my own money (not insurance) and they were willing to flex the bill a little, so that I could do a little work and save some money. All in all they have been really helpful and I will update after I get the car back.

I recently had both headlights replaced (which wasn t an easy job because the whole bumper had to come off) and a major scratch fixed on my passenger door, and they did an amazing job. Their communication was on point and the customer service couldn t have any been better. I am very pleased with everything and would recommend them to anyone who needs body work done.

Highly recommend StraightLine Auto body. Ben and his team always take the time to answer all my questions and provide honest bids right from the start. I always feel like I'm getting the best work at the right price unlike the "Stealerships". Straight line was awesome!! I really hate dealing with anything that has to do for my car and I was dealing with my particular problem for weeks. As soon as I walked in (they take walk-ins!!!) I felt taken care of. They literally took care of everything for me. I went from stress level 10 to a solid 0. The customer service I received honestly was unlike any other. I truly felt like they cared about me and my problem. Not only did they fix my car, but they dealt with the insurance companies/the people the banged my car up. They also took care of my car rental and even drove me to pick it up. Seriously the best low stress experience I ve ever had with dealing with my car. I couldn t be more impressed. My car looks great, and it was done very quickly. 11/10 recommend straightline!!

I thought they were really doing quality work here. , definitely not quality.I regret having done business with you, besides, all those busts that the truck has, I didn't have them before entering your workshop and the paintballs didn't have them either. But thank you for your service.

My Elantra was backed into and after looking at many reviews and getting many recommendations we decided to go with Straightline and we are SOOOO glad we did. Heather was knowledgeable, kind, helped contact insurance companies and kept in contact with us thru the whole process. . The work done is impeccable!!! You can't tell it was ever hit! Update: I sued them for all my money back and won without question.I went to Straightline Auto for rock chip repair. I have had my car for just over 1 year. I took my car in and they said they could fix it as well as coat it with CeramicPro. They sold me on the CeramicPro coating and we scheduled my car. They said they would need my car 3 days. I dropped my car off on Monday, May 17, 2021. On the third day, Wednesday May 19, I did not hear from Straightline Auto. I called them after business hours. Ben, the owner, answered and said they needed another day. I replied that was fine. On Thursday, May 20, I called them and told them there was no rush and if they simply wanted to keep my car until Friday they could. They opted to keep my car until Friday. When I picked up my car on Friday, May 21, the rock chips were not repaired and they CeramicPro coated over dirty paint all over my car. When I brought up the issues of coating over dirty paint the owner, Benjamin Lucero, told me their process was perfect and started to call me names acting unprofessionally. It was at this point I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I am filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and I will follow up with all the appropriate social media sites to hopefully keep someone else from being treated like dirt and not getting what they paid for. Also, the owner, Ben, told me he took my car for a "burn" which means he drove it. They left my interior with dirty boot prints and dirt all over the driver side. These issues are still unresolved. I have pictures and video of everything. As a person in this market, Benjamin Lucero does not know the difference between a consumer and a customer.Services: Auto detailing, Paint repair

I enjoyed the experience, and working with Straightline Auto Body. I initially worked with Mrs. Lucero; she was prompt, professional, honest, and helped me select the appropriate solution for my vehicle. She answered my phone calls, texts and emails and was up front.Mr. Peterson was great to work with. He explained what was done to my car, and was professional in the final stages of the sale.I really appreciate dthis business, I went through and read a majority of their reviews and I made the selection to go with the company after working Mr. Peterson, and Mrs. Lucero. Their service was night and day compared to Toyota Divino in Riverdale (even though they are not a autobody repair shop, I am making the comparison in regards to honesty, respect, and keeping your word). Mrs. Lucero, and Mr. Peterson kept their word, made good on their verbal promises (which Divino has not).Take this business into consideration, give them a call, and let them prove their worth. Got a quote here for my boss. The customer service was fine. Not sure if he ever emailed the quote.. the reason for my 3 star review is because it's satisfactory. Not above and beyond in any way. A lot of businesses get upset if you post them a 3 star review. Well 3 stars is above average . It's not like they go around rating people as 5 star customers for paying there bill and leaving there kids at home and not in the waiting room. Miss me with your review statement . Thanks.
