Had the best experience I ve ever had at a mechanic shop! Car broke down on the way home from a long road trip, Jack and Alan went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and ready to get back on the road as quickly as possible. A great family run business that genuinely cares about people and knows their stuff.

If you want an honest mechanic this is the place. I have recommended my dad, mother-in-law and my boys to Alan because he is a man of his word. I had a issue that he quoted me a price that ended up being more that his quote but he said he wanted to be fair and gave me a great deal. He is fair and honest, the only shop that I will go to for auto services! Highly recommended.

Very honest and reputable. I highly recommend, they do work on newer vehicles that often say it requires dealership mechanic. For example, I needed shocks and sway bar links changed on a 2009 Odyssey; the dealership wanted around $900 and they did it for around $300. Quality work and highly recommend this shop. I also have a 2016 F350 that had several check engine codes that they were able to read, diagnose, and fix all without taking it to the dealer, assumed I had similar savings with this work as well.

I broke down about a block from this shop today. Someone gave me a ride down to the shop and I went in and talked to them about how my car had just died in the intersection down the street. They walked to my car with me and helped me get it into the shop. Within 2 and 1/2 hours they had replaced my alternator and a belt and had me on my way! I was extremely impressed and surprised that they would give me that sort of precedent. They were absolutely fantastic! This Mechanic shop was the best find ever! They are miracle workers! We were experiencing an emergency truck breakdown on our way to Bear Lake for our family vacation and searching for a mechanic nearby. These guys let us come in so they could take a look and they miraculously got everything repaired and taken car of and back on the road within a couple of hours. This mechanic shop is a true gem! They changed my oil, and my brakes. They got me in quick and did a really good job, even when it was a little last minute. They are great honest workers and got it done in a a short amount of time. They were also really nice and talked me through everything that they did so I knew exactly what was happening. I ve come here multiple times and I highly recommend them!Services: Brakes, Oil change

They will take great care of you. They searched and searched to get a gas tank for my 2005 chevy cobalt and still charged me a really fair price.

Awful! First do no harm right? I brought my 2016 Ford Transit in to have the back hatch door fixed it wasn't releasing. What I got back was a panel that was hanging by wiring and the worst part about it is they didn't even tell me that that had happened. I didn't see it until I got home. When they called they said oh yeah that's right but he said it was already partially broken before he started working on it. That is an absolute lie. When I brought that car and nothing was broken. We did not know that the mechanics to the back door was hidden in that panel. They made little effort to make it right. The Ford dealership said that it would be a $400 bill to replace the panel. Needless to say I'll not take another card there.

We hit a pothole in our 1994 Dodge Roadtrek and knocked something loose. This was the closest shop. They were able to check out our van that afternoon since we are from out of town. They were knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. They got us back on the road that afternoon. We appreciate the service!

I had a "Low Coolant" light on my dash so I dropped my truck off. I was given an estimate for repair I couldn't afford and was charged $100.00 for "Diagnostic". After payment, I noticed they didn't even fill up my coolant reservoir or put the coolant cap back on before giving me my keys. I would feel better had I dealt with a used car salesman. Great customer service! I have been having problems with my Dodge Charger for over a year, I have taken it into the dealership 3 times and they told me to come pick it up because they couldn't find out what was wrong with it. These awesome mechanics at Zundal found the problem in less than 20 minutes. They were fast through and honest. Looks like I found my new mechanics. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent communication! I was contacted before every time they made a repair to my truck, explaining what their next step was and how much it would cost. Always gave me the option not to perform a service and options on parts. Now my truck runs as well as it ever has!

I've been going to Ron Zundel for years taking my jeeps and other vehicles there with stuff I don't want to do or can't do. They've always done me solid with fixing things from broken axle mount to getting bolts out I've given up on. Will continue taking me vehicles there. Nice job fellas!

If you are looking for a shop that is honest, reasonable, and does things right, you can end your search here. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They are very honest and upfront with you about everything. Alan and Andy definitely know their stuff and are great to work with. I would never trust any other shop to work on my vehicles.

First I had a battery installed in my auto and then brakes put on my truck.. I was charged for diagnosis of the battery/alternator, plus, $15 to remove the battery, and $15 more to put the new one in. Battery "retails" for $139. Total labor therefore was $148..Two other shops quoted me their labor would be $54 and $60 respectively. A difference of at least $88.The bigger problem was with the cost of the brake installment.Labor $100 front$100 rearBrake pads front $186.60rear $119.98Supplies $12.00Tax $37.60Total ****** $556.18 ************************* $200 *********** above two other firm estimates. He also suggested that he order and install a "Brake Pressure Valve"" and it would cost $500-$700.to installI.. I said to hold off..P.S. even if I needed one I could buy it for around $250.One brake shop said said they had never had installed one.The other said in 30 years of business he thought he "May" have" installed ONE. He said to tell the garage NOT" to order one!Services: Brakes, Battery

I will never take my car or trust this place again. I have taken my car in 3 times and Alan always says that it s always something else. I took it to another mechanic and they said the part they replaced was weak and not installed correctly. I spent hundreds trying to correct something multiple times. I do not recommend these guys.

Where do I begin?!.I am not good with cars at all, I had been taking my car to Bigo tires since I started driving and even if I hard from everyone that my car repair was supposed to be cheap ( because I have a hundai from the dinosaur ages and her name is Viva)It wasn't, every time I took my car to get an oil change or new breaks it was never less than 400 in new repairs that i had not even taken my car to fix. And some how it was left with even more noises than I turned in with.Untill I finally got to Zundel's aunto repair the cost of the parts were not igh if there was a possibility of getting a used part to save money he would let me know so I could make my decision, if there was a way to save money in a piece by having other people patch it insted of him buying the piece and changing it the entire thing for a much higher price he would let me know, my car is always looked at and gets taken care of so quickly. I mean this people look after my best interest, safety and my pocket. Their service and the way they treat me and my husband when we have questions is amazing . I love it this is the only place I trust with my Viva

Great place to have your car serviced. Smartest mechanics in the area. I trust them to do good work and avoid anything unnecessary. Shop is associated with Napa, which I believe informs the job pricing. I highly recommend this shop.

Alan and his team and Ron Zundel Serivce center provides excellent knowlegde and professionalism. I would reccommend them to anyone just for the fact that they took service to another level the last time I had them work on my car.
