Rays was super awesome and easy to work with! They have an amazing honest and friendly staff who do quality work! My truck looks great and they even cleaned it for us. Will recommend rays to everyone. Definitely a 10/10 experience for us! Thanks Rays!

I was concerned that the shade of red on my car would be difficult to match to the rest of the vehicle, but I had no reason to worry after taking it to Ray s! I got my car back, and it looked like nothing had ever happened to it! It was a three-step red, and it came out absolutely beautiful! It was blended and matched flawlessly. They even detailed the entire interior for me! Overall, the service at Ray s was amazing. Every employee I worked with was honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! If I could give Ray s twenty stars, I would. Don t take your vehicle anywhere else!

What a great experience from start to finish. I had to get my truck door repainted thanks to a miscalculation backing out of my garage. Two big, deep scratches and a nice dent. I took it to Ray s and have never been treated better. Very much a family business feel and extremely professional. They know what they are talking about and what they are doing. A beautiful job done. If you need a paint job or repair, Ray s is the place you want to go.Service: Painting

I ve worked with Rays for the last three years. From work needed for customers of mine at John Watson Chevrolet to my own person vehicles when accidents have happened. Not once have I had a negative experience with them. Everything from getting estimates for the cost of work to estimates of how long a repair will take. I have had nothing but top notch experience. Phenomenally run family owned business.

Referred to by our mechanic for body work. Have only heard good things about Rays, so that was fine by us. Clean shop. Great customer service. Finished within the week. Happy customers who will return as needed and refer friends and family.

Rays was amazing to work with. They were quick and efficient and did a great job (including the car detail they did before I got my car back)! They took care of the insurance company so I wouldn't have to. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Rays auto body has always been my go to shop, very honest & professional business. They take all the stress off of their customers & they set up the rental car for us, if you need the rental car longer because parts are being shipped they will handle all that for you. They are very nice in the office, & they call often to update their customers.

Such a great experience getting my car fixed from a rear ended accident on my Hyundai accent!! They were also so helpful and caring towards my current situation from the minute I drove in to get a estimate all the way to the finish. They took care of everything with the insurance for me and did an AMAZING job on my car it looks brand new again!!! I was so Blessed by this place and them working with me on everything Thank you so much!!

Ray s was able to get us in way sooner than other body shops. They also didn t require an appointment to get pricing, which was really nice. Pricing and timing were presented up-front and clearly. They explained everthing they were going to do when I went in for a quote. They have fair pricing, great service and they held to the lead-time they gave me. You can't even tell that I damaged my vehicle. Great job!

Very helpful and nice staff. I didn't have to wait long to get my car in for repairs, and they were very clear and upfront on the estimate of what needed to be done. Once my car was in the shop, the repairs didn't take long and they cleaned the outside and inside of my car when they were done. I would take my car here again.

I just took my car in for a bumper repair from an auto accident and from start to finish they had it back me within a week. They also washed my car which I did not expect. Best auto place here in Ogden! They were so helpful from the very beginning. Fast, polite, friendly, you name it! When I went to pick up my vehicle, I came to find they washed it and even cleaned the inside! I am so grateful for their service, 10/10 recommend to anyone in the area.

Rays is an excellent auto body repair business. They did an excellent job. Their customer service is outstanding! There was another issue with our vehicle and when they were called they immediately took care of it. I'm very happy with the staff who seemed not just friendly, but egar to help me. My old suburban looks like it just came off the showroom floor. They even took the time to detail it which I was not expecting. As far as I'm concerned Ray's is the ONLY place to take your car after an accident.

Paint job is amazing but don't count on your car being clean after. I took in a car with a spotless interior and engine bay, what I got back was a dusty, overspray, mess. I expected more for my 8k as far as final detail after having my car 2 months. The staff is amazing but be patient, the paint job is worth the wait.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

It was amazing, they're easy to work with and very clear and honest. My original quote was for $1,600, but when they found some parts where fine and wouldn't need to be replaced, they dropped it to $900. 10 of 10, would recomend to a friend.

Fixed my side swipe and exhaust in less time than estimated! Also they vacuumed the cab before I picked it up! Super friendly staff, Killer place to have work done!

They were amazing! Went there for a bid on a repair due to an accident. They handled everything with the other parties insurance company. Did a great job on repairs in a short amount of time. Would highly recommend Ray's Auto Body!

I am completely shocked at my recent experience with Rays.. I have had countless family members take cars here and talk highly of them so when my car was hit in a parking lot I instantly called them to do the work on my vehicle. The man who gave me the estimate to repaint my bumper was very kind and I was happy with my decision to have the work done by them. Fast forward to the day my car was supposed to be repaired. I called to see if they had a rental car for me to use while my vehicle was getting fixed and the woman on the phone was VERY RUDE. I needed a SUV due to my job and when I mentioned I would have to get a rental through another company since they only had a small car available she went off on me. I am not sure if she had a personal relationship with the man who s daughter hit my car or what but she proceeded to tell me that the man had been more than understanding with me for the damages on my vehicle and that I was being very unreasonable for the amount of damages on my car (which she had only seen photos of she had never physically looked at my car). I then found out she had been in contact with the man and they had arranged themselves that he was going to pay for the repairs not the insurance company after I had already been in contact with them for a claim. The insurance agent could not get Rays to send them the estimate so he then contacted me. This is what insurance is for accidents, as an auto body shop you should be willing to fix the damages no matter how big or small YOU think they are. I take VERY good care of my car and should not be attacked for wanting it fixed. After hanging up the phone I did NOT feel comfortable taking my vehicle to this place so I went with Old School Auto body up the road. I called to cancel my appointment with them and the same woman answered and of course she was still very very rude when I stated my name. I am still in shock of how poorly I was treated by this woman and that Rays would allow payment under the table like this. I am glad Old School is able to get me in to do the repairs so quickly and for less money after dealing with this nightmare for over a month. I will never recommend this place.As you can see by the comment, they again listened to the other party in this accident. I was NEVER paid out for this claim personally by this man as to why I made a claim. Again just don t go here.

We had the best experience with Rays! Body work is seriously an art form LOL I am shocked at how beautiful my repair was. Rays is so wonderful to work with and Myself being in the insurance industry deal with Body shops often and I can tell you I've never had one complaint from Rays and now I see why. I will only use Rays for my repairs and I'm grateful they are on my list of Preferred shops so I can continue recommending them to my customers. Thank you for having such good communication and Beautiful craftmanship.
