I recently had to replace my windshield. After seeing good reviews for Precision Auto Glass in Layton, I requested a quote from them online. Olivia gave me a call first thing the next morning, and after answering all my questions, she got me scheduled for the following day. It s all done and looks great! Olivia was very helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Precision Auto Glass for your car window needs!

Olivia was extremely helpful in giving me information, helping with the insurance process and setting up my appointment. The whole team at the Ogden location was friendly, helpful and got my windshield replaced quickly and efficiently. The Layton location has always been helpful and great too. I appreciate the second, closer location to home. Thank you Precision Auto Glass for always coming through! Highly recommended!

Extremely happy with Precision Auto Glass in Ogden. Every interaction I had was above and beyond. I had an appointment scheduled but had to reschedule at the last minute. Brooke was kind and so understanding and made me feel like I was their biggest priority for the day even though I was inconveniencing them. I got my car there at my new time and was warmly greeted by Brady, who was happy to see me, even on a late Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend! Brady was so friendly and professional. He got my windshield completely replaced in an appropriate amount of time, not so fast that I would doubt the workmanship, but quick enough to be considerate of my time. They have a fabulous warranty, the price was fair, and the workmanship is fantastic! The shop was so clean and peaceful. I am very grateful for Brady and the folks at Precision. Being a local company means they care and stand by their work! Hoping I don t need a new windshield anytime soon, but will always come back here!

Our recent windshield replacement was basically seamless and I hardly had to lift a finger to go through insurance to get our windshield replaced. Great Customer Service with Brooke and Olivia - they went the extra mile to get an OEM windshield for us. It took a little longer to get but they were honest and gave me a realistic install date and followed up w/texts every step of the way. Brady was great as our first contact at the Ogden location and the installation looks great. Thank You!

They were great from the first call and very patient as I had to cancel and reschedule appointments a couple of times. We had to do a conference call with my insurance and they were very professional. Windshield looks great they are friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Even gave me a couple of references for my tint and clear coat referral request. Also, the job was completed within the time window they quoted. Thumbs up

I'm beyond grateful for this glass company! Brady was so very helpful! Brooke, a receptionist at the Layton location who helped coordinate things, and Jordan at this location were also so helpful. I had a windshield that needed replacing, and originally had another company install one. The other company had issues and their windshield broke during install. When I called the wonderful people at Precision Auto the next day, they were able to fit me in that same day, even though replacing it meant dealing with very messy uncured glue. I was warned that some of the glue could get on the dash, but was okay with the possible risk. Brady took his time and did a fantastically careful job to help me get taken care of so that I could drive a vehicle I felt safe to drive. Thank you so much!!!

I m extremely happy with Precision Auto glass, they did amazing work on replacing my windshield. The price and quickness on how they got me in and out was great! Ciarra was very helpful when I called for a quote. Definitely recommend them!!

Very good experience Everyone is straight forward and easy to work with. (Specifically Maycen @Ogden location; everything just clicked .) Scheduling an appointment is convenient without long delays. Installation is professional and quick. The windshield is of good quality (without optical flaws)... and price competitive. The overall experience was excellent.. actually exceptional in my experience.Thank you... I will definitely recommend.

Work was done in a timely manner. New windshield looks great. No issues. Much cheaper than other places and comes with a lifetime rock chip repair warranty! Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Amber, you're the real MVP for keeping up with me and continuing to reach out! Recently had my windshield replaced here and the process was smooth. Kailie was great with helping me get it scheduled and working with my insurance and the rest of the staff was very courteous throughout the rest of the process of getting it done. Will definitely come here again for future replacements and chip repairs.

Precision glass was able to help me fix the crack in my windshield quickly and without an appointment. When it came time to pay, the card reader wouldn t recognize my phones Apple Pay. But Brooke was able to help me resolve the problem quickly and get on my way. Great service here!

Jordynn & Clint were amazing to work with. Their team was great to get me scheduled in fast and back in the road. They were the best price in the Ogden area and the soonest place I could get into. Maycen was soo sweet when I called for my windshield replacement. Very good customer service and care! They came to my house and did a full windshield replacement in under an hour! Also the cost was very reasonable and the best deal I could find. 10/10 recommendation for anyone needing a simple chip repair or a full replacement in the Ogden area.

We ve used Precision auto 5 times now and each time they ve been helpful throughout the process. They have kept to their estimates when I could expect the vehicle. I originally needed some glass tape and these guys were the third shop I visited. They were also the first shop who not only knew what I was talking about but had multiple thicknesses to choose from and gave me great advice on how to accomplish my project. I then needed a windshield for my box van and Maycen was on it. Great price, great quality and great customer service. I won t go anywhere else.

Friendly staff, great service every time I get work done here. These guys know their stuff and do quality work and the lifetime warranty if leaks are to happen are great! In the end the leak was coming from my sunroof not the windshield.

Living in Utah is rough on windshields. I ve used Precision in Centerville too many times. Always a great experience. I would choose these guys over any large auto glass company every time. Thanks Olivia for the great service during my last visit.

I called to get a mobile windshield installation and Ciarra was very helpful getting that scheduled for a time slot that worked with my schedule. Nate was the technician who installed it. He was very nice and polite and called before he arrived and told me exactly when he would be at my house. Also Precision Auto Glass has the cheapest prices around!
