Kendrick is great! He went out of his way to help me with my diesel and was quick and efficient. Turn around time was exactly what he promised and the work was done right. The price was actually lower than he quoted. Which never happens. Anywhere. Highly recommended.

As long as I am able I will never take my vehicles anywhere else for repairs. Kendrick has even went out of his way to come to my home to double check things on my car. He is not only a great mechanic, but a great person.

I had some trouble with my Jeep (doesn't everyone). Kendrick was able to get me back on the road with a huge savings. He is exceptionally honest, which is a plus. He came highly recommended. If you want somebody you can trust for auto repair, then call him.

If you want, an honest, reputable auto repair, look no further than Platinum. I took my Ram 2500 in for a valve cover leak, somehow the gasket didn t seat properly, and it continue to leaking, I called Kendrick and he had me bring it back immediately and fixed the gasket. I own three vehicles and I would take all three for service and repair to Kendrick.

**Update**We've taken a few vehicles to Kendrick and he's saved the day every time! I like to do some of my own repairs, and he's always good to help me know what I'm actually getting myself into. He's even given me tips for things to look out for when I decide try to fix it myself. He will actually say when he isn't sure and then he'll talk me through different options for a diagnosis and possible repairs. We are so grateful! In chatting with him I can tell he values his integrity and has a sense of honor in what he does. What more could you ask for in a mechanic!?*Older review* I haven't actually taken my own vehicles here yet, but the owner/mechanic is awesome. My in-laws vehicle had a problem I dug into, but couldn't fix. The owner didn't talk down to me, and was super helpful answering some questions I had for future reference, even though I could tell he was very busy. My in-laws seemed more than satisfied with the cost. They had been quoted more than double for the repair at a larger chain shop.

Went here because my car battery would keep dying. Some times dying after jumpstarts or not starting up with a jumpstarts. Turns out all it needed was to be fully charged and I wasn t even charged for a diagnostic. Kendrick really helped me out and I would highly recommend

I brought my Kia Soul here and Kendrick was fantastic. He was the only one available to do a diagnostic on the same day I had car issues, and he was immediately able to figure out the issue. He laid all our options out on the table, even ones that didn't benefit him at all, and was very straight forward about costs. I'd say he's the most trustworthy mechanic I've ever worked with.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Mr. Casey has become my and my family's (and anyone else i can convince) go-to mechanic. Each time he has proven to be kind, honest, and helpful with anything mechanical. He works quickly and gives a realistic time frame, shows me his exact costs for purchasing parts and his labor charge, and is flat out honest when he is unable to fix something or if the cost wouldn't be worth it. Never have I met someone who clearly loves what they do so much.I have the utmost respect for this man whom seems to be running on his own. I have never for a moment even suspected Mr. Casey of mistreating or overcharging me, something that seems all too common elsewhere these days.I cannot recommend him enough, he has saved my bacon too many times to count. 100/10

Kendrick works tirelessly to make sure we have the best service possible. He's fixed multiple problems with our car in a timely manner, while doing the very best he can to have good prices. We drive a long distance to just have him work on our cars because we trust him.

My 2012 Honda Pilot needed some repairs done quickly. Platinum Auto Repair LLC replaced my alternator and belt, new brakes all around, new rotors on the back and they were able to turn the front ones to save me some money, which I appreciated very much. While the tires were all off they rotated my tires. I appreciated their quick service so that we were able to have the car later the same day. I would definitely recommend them for quick professional service and economical savings.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Engine repair, Brakes, Battery

Kendrick did a great job changing my timing belt and water pump, and suggested other maintenance items that were easier to do since he was already in there. He was honest about the work and worked with my schedule so I could drop off and pickup conveniently. Definitely recommend. Hard to find a shop that doesn t feel like they re ripping you off, but Ogden now has one!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

My check engine light was on and air conditioning didn't work. I called Platinum Auto Repair and got an answer right away. They were able to diagnose my check engine light and fix my air conditioning. The services were quick and they charged me a fair price. My car works great now! To say I m satisfied with my experience with Platinum Auto Repair is an understatement. Was able to get my car in for an alternator replacement when all other shops were either way overpriced for the repair or weren t available to do it. Price was fair and honest at Platinum, work was quick, and the whole experience was painless from start to finish. Will definitely go back to Platinum Auto Repair for all my car repairs.

Kendrick is great, well versed with what's vital and economical. Honest and helpful, I trust this place to fix it right and communicate what's going to happen while doing so. Ogden needs more businesses like this. His knowledge is powerful, especially with Hondas. Thanks bro!

Did a great job fixing our van sliding door! We went back later when our AC broke.
