I went in for them to replace my catalytic converter and they said I needed a new exhaust. They picked the CHEAPEST muffler that Amazon could sell that now it Sounds like a broken Honda civic. They also changed my rear 02 sensors. Supposedly. The guy tried denying that they welded anything, that that's not what we asked for. They denied it until I showed them the receipt. My check engine light has been on since they worked on it. They told me to go to the midas in Roy. So I did. They were very sweet but made it very clear that it wasn't there screw up so they'd have to charge me another $800. I contacted this Midas weekly for MONTHS. They finally told me that I would need to come in and pay them again. I wrote a complaint to corporate. A nice guy named Lance called and said he'd take a look. I called midas daily. Was told "Lance" doesn't work for the company. I'm STILL WAITING FOR HELP MONTHS AND MONTHS LATER. SKETCHY.

The Guys here at Midas are amazing! Very helpful and caring people. My breaks were all the way gone. My car was not stopping at all. They gave me a great price and got me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend going to Midas for your vehicle needs.

I was straight up lied to by the manager JT, and one of the techs. After my oil change, I began noticing a burning smell. My good friend who is a mechanic checked under the hood to find that the oil cap was left off and oil had been splashing out onto my engine. My oil was found to be low and dirty. Next, we found that the brake fluid cap had been left off as well. This causes contamination from moisture in the air and can lead to brake failure. I took it back to Midas to be addressed. First, they told me the warranty was void because my friend looked at it. After a few minutes of talking they finally changed the oil for me. When I expressed my concern about the brake fluid, they assured me that the brakes felt fine and that the fluid was okay. I continued to press them and asked that they do a contamination test again so that I could see. Rather then show me, they threw it away and immediately went and flushed and replaced my brake fluid.I appreciated that they made up for their mistake, but they lied right to my face. I won't be going to Midas, or at least this location, anymore.

Went in to get an alignment done. After working on it for a while they told me there was a bolt they couldn't loosen so they couldn't complete the alignment unless I paid an additional $900 to replace a tie rod. I told them I didn't want to do that extra work so they gave me my car back in worse alignment than when I went in (They even gave me the paperwork with the before and after measurements showing that it was worse). Additionally they still wanted me to pay for the alignment because it was my choice not to get the extra work done. Avoid this place

Went in for an oil change, saw them lift up the hood, put it down, and. One told me they couldn't change the oil because there were other issues and charged almost $200 for the diagnosis, which they didn't even perform. They wouldn't let me take the truck unless I paid and said it was very dangerous. These guys are sketchy and wanted to take somewhere else. Gave the next shop the paperwork on what they claimed was wrong. They performed a real diagnostic and showed they were 100% wrong. When I requested a refund, they told me to F off.Corporate says they can't do anything or control the individual shops and to just stay clear from that one.

I've been going here for years. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best. I just took my truck in, and they were done very fast. Lance, the manager, is a great person to work with.I did downgrade the star level because of the new Midas credit policy. Even though I have a Midas card, I have lost it. I could verify all the pertinent information proving I am "ME." Even with that, I could not use my card number as payment, something I was able to look up.Life happens, and emergency repairs happen.Even with instant approval, an actual card is required to pay for services.I am very disappointed in the new policy.

I highly recommend Midas. They fixed my Expedition. 2 weeks later I had a problem I thought was from the previous fix. They told me to have it towed and they would take care of it. Come to find out it was a different problem. They took care of me and I was just floored. Midas did not have to do it. There isn t customer service anymore I guess that s why I was shocked. Terribly pricey and my front light casing was freshly broken as a result of them working on my AC. I was completly shocked sith how they took us for stuppid on they way they seemed to have lies to us and after paying 3 k for the AC they expect t us to pay for a new right front light caseying when they have freshly broke the plastic of caseying

I came in so they can fix my head light and they said it was going to be 145 plus tax and than after i told them it doesent sound right and i callled someone to come over here and since i m a kid they tried to charge me so much and than i brang someone older and they said it was going to be 79:99 and i was fine with that so i was waiting like 25 mins and they haven t even started my car and they are not busy they just sat there and they are very messy i will never be coming back here

These guys were awesome. After getting the "hurry up and wait" from the Midas on the other end of Washington, called these guys and got right in. Got my state emissions done and my new tag, all within about 20 minutes. Awesome experience with this location.

Staff was excellent. Very helpful and honest. They had no problem when I had some questions. Think I paid a little high but for the availability and time I can't really complain. Happy with the brake job. So 5 stars for staff, but 4 stars for price.

Ahh geez, where to start. To start off I was already skeptical going back into a Midas with the issues I ve had in the past. But I decided to go try again, because, well I had bought my new tires from another Midas less than a year ago. Since buying said tires I ve had the air pressure sensor on after 6 months. This was my second to going back to get that fixed but they can t even seem to do that. The other issue was the transmission but after they charged me $180.00 I wasn t feeling so responsive to have them actually work on my car. That being said $180 to use a diagnostic scanner that takes hardly any time to read, and to again not fix the air sensor on tires I bought from Midas to begin with. I m over Midas which is a shame since we have four cars but decided to take my business a few more miles to my other mechanic who is currently fixing both the sensors on the tires (not bought from him) and the trans sensor for about the price of my diagnostics with Midas. Goodbye Midas - I bid thee farewell for life!Services: Transmission, Tires

They supposedly replaced a bearing on an older car and charged us over $400 for it. The noise never fully went away. But we trusted them that they fixed it. A few months later my husband goes to look at the noise and finds out the old part was never replaced. They took our money and let a mom walk out with an unsafe car. We will probably never get our money back but I will definitely make sure we or anyone does not take their car to that midas.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The water pump was going out in my car. They got my car in quickly and she's running great now. My alternator decided to stop working, I called Midas and asked if I could bring my car down to have that fixed. Brought it down 1 hour 30 mins before closing and they called me 20 mins before they were leaving and asked if I wanted to pick up my car same day so I didn t have to be without. My car is running great so thankful for the great service I received! Thank you to everyone who helped with my vehicle Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went in with a coupon and they said they couldn't honor it even though it was an official Midas one. I had already taken the time off to get the work done and couldn't make it elsewhere in time. I felt like they used the coupon to lure people in and then change the price on them. Never gonna go back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I've been coming here for years due to the convenience of its location. Generally it's fine. They are friendly and helpful. Today though, I got a call that my car was done. Something super easy to fix was done on it, and he said to come pick it up. I said I'd be there in 30 minutes. I arrived 40 minutes later, and my car was still up on the lift. I went up to pay and the manager told me no one had gotten to it yet because they were super busy. I am patient. I wouldn't have minded waiting longer at home. But being told something is done when it's going to be two more hours? What the hell? Then when it was finally done and parked outside, I watched four people walk in and out and be helped before someone got me checked out. I understand being busy, but this was really frustrating.

They used o do all my vehicles, today i had my daughter take her 2008 mazda 6 in for a trans flush, little did we kniw that does not include a new trans filter, the charge for the flush was 199.00 plus tax, i called them and they stated a flush does not include a filter, somebody help me, flush and no new filter! As i explained my issue he said he would charge me 250 on top of the flush to drop the trans pan and put a new filter on and gasket, i told him they were out of their minds, they lost a customer!Service: Transmission

I am very happy to bring my vehicle to this Midas. The service is great and the prices are very fair. They are also honest. I dropped my vehicle off thinking it needed new brake pads. They called me back and told me the brakes were fine and did not need to be serviced. I value that honesty and have taken my vehicle there since.

Juan and the guys are awesome, they found a problem with my brakes that the other shop didn't find, the other shop wanted to change parts that didn't need changing. Overall it cost more, but, in the long run it will save me money because I didn't pay less at the other place only to get hit with an even bigger charge when their fix would have been the wrong thing. THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I feel so much safer now knowing my brakes were repaired the right way. I will be coming to you for anything my car needs that you can do there.

Lance & his team were honest with the inspection and estimate of work on my truck. No bs, and no overselling. I can't express how great their quality of service was, especially for coming in last minute. If you're looking for someone that you can trust, stop by & ask for Lance!!!!

I took my car there for a diagnostics they told me I needed to change my spark plugs and that one of the holes for the plug was stripped and that it would cost 3500 to fix that issue before they could "finish" diagnosing my car so I payed $124 dollars and left. When i started my car it was shaking and making a clicking sound and stalling out on the way home. When I was getting my spark plugs replaced they noticed that one of the plug wires wasn't connected at all and it also wasn't stripped like they said so I called and explained to them what they did and asked for my money back seeing how they only made things worse and their response was "nope" . I definitely don't recommend this place and I will never go there again.

I definitely will NOT be back! I didn t pass emissions and was told that my catalyst was tampered. We first went to Midas for a quote and they told us that we needed a whole new catalytic converter and quoted us $1,090. We had heard from a family member to try a place called Alvarez Muffler first before going through with Midas. After the mechanic at Alvarez looked at our car, he determined all we needed was a new flex pipe. He charged us $117 for the part and labor! Clearly Midas just wanted our money! After getting the flex pipe replaced we took it back for emissions and we passed. If you want to be screwed come here, if you want to be taken care of go to Alvarez!Service: Exhaust

These guys were able to help me when I was turned down by 3 VW dealerships. Diagnosed the problem and got the part two days later and installed it. They are very helpful and do whatever they can to help. They over charged me for 2 cars i had them repair and neither car was done correctly. I paid for things that didn't fix the problem and my check engine light is still on. Use to go there for everything thinking they valued me as a customer but tht clearly isn't the fact.
