I have always been treated very well there. They talk to you and explain everything and are actively communicating with me. I know that my job is done right with a guarantee when I leave, and yes I've used their guarantee on a failed part after a short time. Which was not their fault the part failed, but they made it right. Amazing staff and owners.

Master Muffler /Master Auto Tech has been doing work on my cars for at least 10 years. I have always been very satisfied with their workmanship. Employee's are all ways very courteous, and respectful of your car. I would recommend them to anyone in need of service or repairs of their cars.

I've had great experiences with Master auto tech for years. They always have me sign which tells me exactly much I'm going to pay and the scope of the work prior to any work being completed or parts ordered. If there's a change I get notification and again you agree I. Writing or by text that you agree. There's no mystery that I've experienced at other places including dealerships. My go to place!

Been using Master Autotech for years and years. great shop with friendly employees. They treat you fair and only do the work that is needed on your car. They are very honest and straight forward. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a locally owned and operated, honest mechanic shop.

My wife and I are moving across out to VA as I've been stationed there. Before we left, I found out that there were quite a few problems that needed to be fixed before we would be able to leave. Luckily Marco understood that we were in a hurry as we needed to leave in 2 days. Marco handled the situation with knowledge and understanding of our situation. Although I was told by other shops it'd take a few days, Master Auto was able to get everything fixed in just one day saving my wife and I a lot of time! I appreciate the care and consideration that we were given as well as appreciative of them being able to expedite our service. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Unfortunately this place doesn t hold any integrity and will operate completely to backstab you while extorting you for the most amount of money possible. Their supposed warranty covering their work is all shallow wording without any meaning. To anyone who is looking for a stand-up shop to have auto work done, please avoid this place. Justin(the owner) leads a team of liars and will actively lie on their behalf.This shop did some exhaust work for within a the span of their warranty and blatantly placed an oxygen sensor bung in the complete wrong position. Not only could this error have accelerated the issue my car is having now, physically, the new local of the bung is inaccessible.When I discovered this I called the shop and asked for an explanation and requested to speak with Justin. Their operating hours are 8am 5pm. I called at 11am and was told by another service advisor that Justin would call be back by the end of the day. But he never did. Then, when I called this morning I also requested to speak with Justin to which I was brushed on and asked to explain the situation to another uninvolved team member. Strangely though, as soon as my frustrations were made clear, Justin took over the phone and started berating me.I don t usually write any sort of reviews but I explicitly hope that nobody of good faith is taken advantage of by this shop.

Got my car fixed and back on the road the same day. Had a Major oil leak from a bad oil pressure sensor Valve and oil was everywhere. Fixed and cleaned it all up. Marco was amazing at the front desk and Bradyn did an awesome job getting it fixed up. Wonderful team!!! Will always bring my vehicles here from now on

If I could give zero stars I would. It has taken me a few months to calm down enough to write this review. I went in to get an oil change last minute before having to go to one of my best friend s funeral. I called ahead and said I know it s last minute but if they have time id love to get it in, the service manager on the phone assured me they could get me in. I waited 3 hours for an oil change, but happily payed and went on my way. After driving my car home and parking it I left for the funeral in another car. Later that night when my husband and I pulled up behind my car we could see something had dripped onto the drive way under the car . Upon opening up my engine bay I discovered that not only had these techs not updated my oil sticker and gotten oil literally all over my engine bay but they broke my air intake trying to replace my filter( which I did not ask for) a 400 dollar part. Then tried to glue it together. After calling they said they would fix it but all they did was JB weld the tube back to the broken part and disconnect my personal dash camera in my car, this fix cracked before we got even left the lot. After reviewing my dash footage I discovered that they had driven my car around downtown several times. I and my husband tried to meet with the owner several times but as with all bad business it never happened. So I called corporate and after driving out to bountiful to get it diagnosed the corporate representative who looked at my car apologized and said yes they definitely broke this and ordered us a new air filter. Thank god for the corporate rep who helped us. I used to be a regular customer at this location but now I would never even recommend a friend look at the place. Completely unprofessional and downright childish, disconnecting my personal property and damaging my car. All while I m dealing with a close friends self intentional death. Please never take your car here.

Master Auto tech was amazing! We came in because of a surprise problem from a different car shop and they took care of everything. They got us a great deal, helped us handle the issues of the previous shop, and were honest, fair, and thorough from start to finish. I will use them for all my future needs and suggest them to everyone for their car services!

Being able to have my wife go in without me & leaving the SUV in there hands is a true blessing. Great communication, and honoring what they say there Going to do is key. 1 year ago they did timing kit on wife's Highlander with 250k miles and still going strong. Thanks Master Auto!!!!

They did and alignment and greasing of my new steering parts I installed, super helpful. Went out of their way to find grease zerks that fit properly, they also took a little slop out of my steering box, my truck feels much better, definitely the guys to go to thank you!

I ve been looking for a good mechanic that I can trust to tell me the truth and be fairly priced, and I think I found one. I shopped around and they were at least half the price of everyone else. I will be going back!

I had the emissions done on my wife s car here and the process was painless and smooth Marco was great to deal with at the counter and I even got a free courtesy check on the car so now I know the status of everything on it

You couldn't find a better group of guys at Master Muffler in Ogden. Simply said, they take care of you. They do quality work and always strive to go the extra mile. I have brought some vehicles that have some unique challenges their way and they always respond with your best interest in mind. I appreciate their frankness and their honesty. Tried to charge me 1,300.00 for brakes and rotors this would have included front and back. They won't let you just replace the brake pads FYI. Save yourself the trouble of getting dishonest quotes and take your car to Brian's Auto that's just east of this location. Half the price!

Took my car into Les Schwab for an alignment which they didn't fix correctly. So I took it into Master Muffler (Auto tech) & they fixed it for less than what Les Schwab was wanting a 2nd time. They're FASTER and don't (TYPICALLY?) require an appointment for alignments.

JJ provides great customer service. The team here has years of experience and will help you find the correct solution. Great prices with knowledge and explanation. Very easy process to fix my cars exhaust. I will absolutely take my car here for future needs again.

It's not every day you find an auto shop that cares about their customers. Did I spend a lot of money here? Yep. Did they do a great job? Yes. Getting this "thank you" from them shows me they care about me coming back. They were very thorough and provided a detailed report on what was wrong with my truck and took the time to call me and explain things clearly so there was no confusion. They also stuck to their quote, even though my repairs were considerably harder than they initially thought. Based on my experience, I'd definitely recommend them. Keep up the awesome customer service guys!
