Mike and the guys at Master Tech were great! Took the time to understand the issues with my van (there were a few!) and did a great job of getting them repaired. It s always a plus when the guys can explain the issues well and then follow through with the proposed fixes. Kept me posted on issues and progress and got me back on the road quick. Thanks guys!

I needed emissions done on a car I was going to sell. I'm a mechanic, so I knew everything was good on the car. But you always get nervous taking it too a shop, because you never know if they will shoot you straight. They did.

I was very pleased with the service and the man that did my emissions testing. It was early in the morning and I was done in 20 minutes. Kind friendly service and a clean waiting area also. I will be using them for any service I have in the future for my car.

This establishment is our "Go To" for emissions testing for all our vehicles. The employees are quick to acknowledge you, assess your needs, welcome you to their clean and comfortable lobby to sit while they efficiently take care of business, and you're finished and ready to go before you know it. I would consider using other services here based on their good customer service, and we tell everyone we know how Great this place is. It's not always easy to find good customer service these days, and these guys shine in that area! Thank You for the Great experiences.

Came in needing a catalytic converter for my 1988 GMC S15 P/U. They got me in the very next day. Took less than 2 hours and welded the rest of my exhaust! Very fair pricing and wonderful experience, will be coming back for future repairs!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I needed a new catalytic converter, they noticed my mileage is below 80,000 and told me the catalytic converter is still covered under warranty separate from the 3yr/36,000 warranty. Vehicle is at the dealer getting an expensive job done for free. Great to have this honesty from a repair shop.

Master Autobody was a great place to get my catalytic converter replaced and emissions checked. The coordinator was great to talk to and I can tell he knows cars and has a lot of experience. He was open and informative, friendly, and workable. I am considering this place as my number-one for car issues.

I used to go to this location when it was Bexels. When I seen that he sold out I was sad. But I took my vehicle there to get emissions and had a great experience. I needed a muffler replaced so I took it here. The customer experience was great. Polite employees and very friendly. I will be coming back. Thank you for the great service.

Woke up and my car chose violence this morning. Called and told them about my problem and they set the expectation it could get looked at today or tomorrow. They were able to help me out before lunch, and went over what they found, what they suggest, and basically made me feel like I had been going there my whole life (even though I picked a random shop with good reviews since I'm new to the area). I will definitely use this shop as my go-to whenever I need repairs or maintenance in the future, I haven't had such an honest experience in a shop in a long time, thanks again!
