They gave a free estimate and even though my brother wanted me to go to a different place after the estimate I was impressed with their professionalism and prices but it was his car/money after all. He was just at work.

Les Schwab in South Ogden accused me of "off-roading" and damaging my tires. Well if you call driving the scouts 2-3 miles to a fishing hole, on a well groomed county road "off-roading", I guess I'm guilty. I say crappie tires! In 33 years of truck ownership, I've NEVER had tires fail like these have. Wouldn't recommend this store or tire choice.p.s. They said "no warranty coverage and no longer serviceable".

Traveling from Illinois to Idaho with our camper when we wore through a tire. Very helpful staff got us back on the road safely! They even let our overheated dog Snickers come inside to cool off! Thanks guysUnfortunately 2weeks after getting 4 brand new tires- the driver side tire shredded while on the interstate. Unreliable and bad quality tires don t risk your lives by putting this brand on your vehicle

Javier is the manager there and is absolutely incredible! Not only did he greet me in the parking lot as I pulled up, but he continued to provide excellent customer service and kindess throughout. His focus is taking care of customers and ensuring their happiness, not upselling anyone. He was extremely professional, kind, positive and hard working. We are super grateful for his service and his leadership on his team at the South Ogden Les Schwab! What a wonderful experience - we'll continue to get all our cars serviced there!

It was my faultI waited almost two and a half hours for a flat repair. I could not walk faster than the two customers that followed me into the parking areaOK the tire now holds air and that is good.

I've always appreciated Les Schwab's great service with quick tire changes and free flat repairs, but this is definitely the friendliest location I've been to! When I arrived they opened the door for me, greeted my toddler, and got her a balloon to play with for our brief wait. Overall a great experience with helpful, friendly people!

It's hard to justify going anywhere else for tire service. These guys do everything they can to earn my future business. Today they pulled a nail and patched its hole, rotated my tires, did an alignment, checked my suspension and more for $130. That's a heck of a deal. They're professional, quick, there's zero pressure to buy junk you don't need.I do a lot of my own work - that said, I'm just glad to have a place like this where I can sit back and know they're doing the right work the right way for the right price.

I discovered a nail in my tire late last night and took it to the South Ogden Les Schwab this morning to see if they could fix it. I had to be to work by 8:45 am and needed 20 minutes to get there. I showed up at 8 am. They went above and beyond fixing my tire and resetting the sensor plus getting me out in time to get to work and didn t charge me a dime to do it. I offer a cash tip to the gentleman that worked on my car and he refused. I have used this company in the last 15 years and they NEVER disappoint. I will be returning to this location to purchase my next set of tires! Thank you all at the South Ogden Les Schwab for being so awesome this morning! I am truly grateful!!

DAYUM DANIEL!!I was told they didn't have the tires I was looking for and offered me a deal on better tires. Sadly, these were not in the budget and they offered to have their courier pick up the tires. They picked up the tires, provided an EXCELLENT deal with EXCELLENT service IN A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR.

My daughter limped her car into their parking lot and was very upset with her situation. The nice lady who answered the phone when I called and explained the situation was very helpful, when out and helped calm my daughter down. They helped her decide on 2 new tires and she is currently waiting for them to be installed. Thank you for your kindness!

I had a tire blowout on the freeway in Clearfield and Les Schwab sent Josh out to me to put my spare tire on and help me get to to their store! Josh was great! He got me safely to their store to get new tires put on. Everyone at this location was super helpful and nice. I loved my experience at here.

My daughter was out on I-15 going to college when she hit something and had a tire blowout. She called me, but I was in Grand Junction Co. I told her to call Les Schwab in South Ogden and see if they could help. She called back and they sent someone out to help her. They made sure she safely made to their shop and give her a great deal on new tires. The people at this store are great and it made a fathers day to know his daughter was safe and she was professionally treated at this store.Thanks to everyone that help!!!!!

Unless you're just getting tires, or rotation, or something like that avoid this place at All cost. They try to talk you into getting work done you probably don't need. If they do your alignment they probably will charge you $140, tell you they couldn't get it up to spec because you need camber bolts, and make it worse than when you took it in. If you happen to be talking to a guy named ezra, if his mouth is moving he's lying. Just remember that. I've been going to this place for 6 years, I will never go there again ever!

I came into town for my father's funeral and picked up tire damage on the drive to Utah. I brought my car to Les Schwab because we used them when we lived in Ogden. Even though we had planned on buying a new tire because we believed it was too severe to fix, the guys at Les Schwab repaired the damage. I was touched that they put us ahead of a possible sale. Thank you! We will be using Les Schwab again!

They charged my daughter 60.00 to do a diagnostic and told her they couldn't be sure if it was the brakes,rotors and or calipers, but quoted her a price of 560.00 to fix the issue and wouldn't guarantee it would be fixed. I took her car to the Les Schwab in Layton and the guy said the rotors just need to be machined! 132.00 issue solved!! I don't recommend anyone go to the South Ogden location! Not only are they dishonest they are rude on top of everything!

This is the only place I will go for tires batteries etc. There is no substitute for the incredible service and after the sale product support they give. Simply the best auto accessory store in Utah. Pricing is very competitive as well.

Really disappointed, I went here to get my tires rotated and balanced. And when I went to go pick up my truck they said I had 2,000 dollars of work I needed to get done on my truck. With disbelief I took it to another mechanic and he said nothing was wrong with my truck and it was fine. Other than my tire weren t balanced. I will not be going back to this place. Mind you I m a 27 year old female, I don t know if they were trying to take advantage of me or what. But I m just glad I took it to another person that I know wouldn t take advantage of me and nothing was wrong.

My wife had her flat tire fixed here this morning. She was helped by Matt and Chuck. She said the service was excellent. I have been there before and was helped by the assistant manager Ryan. He listened to my concerns and was very honest in his diagnostic report. These guys are exactly what you want when you are having work done on your car. They have your best interest in mind and will provide excellent work and service!

I got a card for "free tire rotation". I figured it was about time for that so I went in. Was told I needed 4 struts replaced and 4 new tires because they were wearing. I did not feel comfortable with that. It felt like a typical "upsale" scheme.I took my Traverse to my local and trusted mechanic for an oil change. I had him specifically check the struts and tires.He said both were fine and did NOT need to be replaced.WHAT A SCAM. Terrible customer relations and service. I am considering reporting to the Better Business Bureau.
