Originally we spoke with Mario about a civic for my mother in law. We planned on coming to see him but he was unavailable and had us come in to see Marna. She was amazing. Went around and grabbed all the different vehicles that we wanted to see while it was a blizzard out and didn't ever complain or act as if it was an inconvenience. She sat with us and started talking to us about what we do for work and other subjects and made the whole experience not feel like we were buying a car. She was amazing and was so patient and kind. Her and Matthew (the finance guy), stayed late and made sure we were happy and taken care of. They even were so nice and kind about my toddler running around and being crazy the whole time. I highly recommend going to see them all. Such great people and a great environment. Thank you all so much.

"During a time crunch before a trip, I needed urgent assistance with fixing a part, and Manager Rick was incredibly helpful, kind, and informative. Josh and Collin also stepped in to assist promptly. I was working with Mitch Spjut. I was sooooo back and fourth with what I was doing and he could not have been more patient! Super easy to work with and it felt that he genuinely had the customers interest in mind and kept things pretty straight forward. Thanks to him I found my dream truck! I am compelled to write to express my deep disappointment and ongoing concerns following a service appointment on February 23rd for my 2009 Honda Accord. As a loyal customer for over five years, and having made my most recent vehicle purchase, a 2023 Honda Accord, in August, I have always anticipated a standard of service that reflects both the quality of the brand and the reputation of Ken Garff Honda. Regrettably, my latest experience severely undermined this expectation, resulting in significant inconvenience and unresolved issues.During what was supposed to be a routine oil change, I was informed that the drain plug could not be reinstalled, necessitating a complete replacement of the oil pan. This unexpected problem transformed my fully functional vehicle into one that was suddenly inoperable, directly as a result of actions taken during the service. Despite the service team's insistence that only standard procedures were performed, the undeniable fact remains: my vehicle was operational upon entry to the shop and left in a condition that prevented it from being driven.I must acknowledge the assistance provided by Jacob, who, recognizing the gravity of the situation and the absence of the service manager over the weekend, kindly arranged a loaner vehicle for my use. This gesture of support was greatly appreciated during a stressful time.However, the handling of this situation by the service team, including the service manager, Rick, and an accompanying mechanic, was not only unsatisfactory but also deeply concerning. The discussions, which quickly became circular, focused on an allegedly incorrect aftermarket drain plug size and did not lead to any constructive resolution. The proposed remedy to repair the damage at a "discounted" rate of $600 was entirely unacceptable, given that the problem arose under your care. This situation was exacerbated by the unprofessional demeanor of your mechanic, who suggested I should be grateful for the loaner vehicle provided, rather than focusing on rectifying the mistake made by your team.Compounding the issue, Rick began to threaten additional charges for parking my now non-functional vehicle at your facility, adding insult to injury and demonstrating a lack of empathy and customer service orientation. This is unacceptable and further exacerbates the distress caused by the initial service failure.Additionally, it has been two weeks since I requested a detailed report of the service performed on my vehicle, including specific information about the drain plugs encountered and replaced. To date, I have not received any response, indicating a concerning lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns.The trust I placed in Ken Garff Honda for the maintenance and care of my vehicle has been significantly shaken. It is disheartening to find oneself advocating for basic accountability and professionalism from a service provider. I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this distressing matter.Sincerely,

Jordan was so helpful in the entire process of buying a car. He did not have the typically pushy sales man energy. He treated me as though i was one of his family members. I would recommend him to anyone. The entire staff was extremely friendly, and would make conversation anytime they walked by. Getting into a new car can be stressful, but Jordan walked me through every step. I left the dealership feeling extremely happy that every question i had was answered. Personally had an excellent experience, especially with Dan and Tyler. I bought a used car but never felt pushed or schemed against. Haven t had to do any maintenance or anything yet but everyone seems very knowledgeable and helpful. Best experience at any of the dealerships in the Riverdale area

Chad and Mitch - The best, and most wonderful Ken Garff people around. If you go to Ken Garff, you should buy a car from one of these guys. They know everything there is to know about cars, and they will make sure that you know what you need to know in order to make the best purchase for you. I told Chad that I was going to be attending grad school soon (Not an inexpensive venture) and he did not try to upsell me - he showed me everything in my budget and made sure that I was comfortable with all of my options. No pressure at all. Mitch was brand new and totally helpful. He gave me his personal number and let me contact him after hours will all of my questions. A crazy awesome experience. I won't go anywhere else! It was amazing! And I am so happy with the car that they got me into. I love it.

Just picked up our 2024 Honda Odyssey! Tyler Briscoe has been great to work with. I never felt pressured and he was always very responsive over text. Closing was painless, transparent, and they were happy to answer all of my questions. We look forward to servicing our vehicle there. I would definitely recommend buying from this Honda dealership.

If you want someone who isn't trying to trick you, or doesn't act like a typical car salesman, go see Jeremy Butler. He isn't the typical car salesman. He will definitely work with you or find something that works for you. For the last 3 months, we have visited lots of dealerships. Many of these dealerships and car salesman kept on adding fees, things we didn't agree on, and we walked away because there wasn't honesty, they kept on squeezing in hidden charges and fees. And I READ EVERYTHING I SIGN. But Jeremy Butler at Ken Garff is the most honest sales person I have met and never did the price change from the quote he gave us. We purchased our car and we are so happy with the transition. I have probably talked to 30 sales people from Provo to Brigham City in the last 3 months, and not even one car salesman came close to Jeremy Butler's integrity. He really does put people over profits and you don't feel like he is just trying to make a sale.

Worked with Mario on buying a new car. He was extremely patient as I took quite a while to make up my mind on what car I was going to buy. When I finally made up my mind the sales process was quick and painless. He didn't play any games with pricing or add-ons which is common at a lot of other dealerships. I would absolutely buy from Mario and Ken Garff again.

The warning lights on my 2018 Honda CR-V started flashing all over my dashboard screen. I called the service department who told me that I could still safely drive my car. I took it in the next day. They informed me that there was a $140 fee to scan my car. But it would be applied to any repairs. I okayed that. Within an hour I got a video letting me know of maintenance items that were needed. I asked what the scan showed about my warning lights. They said they got crazy readings which meant that my fuel injectors had failed. They could replace them for $1600. I was a bit confused about this diagnosis. I was getting 38 mpg and my engine was running smoothly. I again asked which codes. They said a major engine failure like mine won't generate specific codes. Did I want to take care of the maintenance issues? I authorized some of the maintenance items but asked them to hold off on the injectors. It turned out the $140 wasn't applied to the maintenance items because they were not "repairs".I took my car to my regular mechanic the next day. He found that my battery was low which gave false readings to the scanner. All it took was a new battery. If Ken Garff Honda would have been more concerned about my problem instead of trying to upsell me on maintenance items, I think the problem could have been solved. As it was, I would have spent $1600 for new injectors and the problem wouldn't have been solved. Be careful with them. They are more interested in selling you maintenance items than in fixing your problem.

We hear you, we just don't give a &@!$. that should be your tagline. Chad in sales and Alex in service this review is for you. My purchase in October went well initially, or so I thought until I had an issue. There was a simple part that had some damage. I left it there for almost a week thinking it was getting taken car of only to pick up my car and was told the part is on back order. While there I had them add tint to the car. It looks terrible. There is something on the rear windows that I cannot get off. I have brought it in only to be told...well we farmed it out to another shop to do the work so you will have to go to them?? Really?? Who did I pay, who didn't tell me it was farmed out. So now I have two rear windows that look horrible and a damaged center console piece that I can't even get a call back on now. This is super simple stuff. How hard is it?? Imagine if I had something more serious. I was told the service manager would call me about it, nothing. Honda even reached out to see if the problem had been resolved and if I had heard back. I told them it hadn't and that no one reached out. I thought maybe after that someone would but nothing. I guess I'm on my own to get it handled. Don't believe their ad campaign. It's complete bull. They don't care at all about their customers once you get out the door. Save yourself the headache and buy from another company

I came in and bought a car pre-approved from my bank. That is the first thing we said when we walked in the doors. They ran a hard credit check on us without asking or telling us they were and for no reason. WE WERE PRE-APPROVED. my mom brought it up when she was in the service department and they said the salesman was too busy to talk and would call soon. NEVER CALLED. On top of that I was told the vehicle had been serviced and everything was good to go and the only thing they had done was an oil change. I would not purchase a car here again.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE.( if you notice the only 5 star reviews for this place are for people who buy cars from here, in other words they just treat you well if they can make a sale off of you)Jesse & the parts department, this one s for you guys.I brought my Civic for a recall. I called ahead to make sure they had the part. When I brought it in, Jesse said they forgot to order the part. Disappointing and frustrating to say the least, but that s just the beginning of the issues. I left my car there while they fixed it, I picked it up and as I drove away the lights on my dashboard were blinking off and on non stop. I brought the car back to Jesse and explained the problem, who said it s not our fault, we can fix the dashboard for you but you ll have to pay for it . I stated that my car had been in their care for over a week and I hadn t touched it, their mechanics did. He still said, that not our problem, we re not going to fix it. Amazed by his complete lack of integrity, I asked to speak to his manager. We went to his office. I spoke to him and his manager also stated that it wasn t their fault, and that I should pay for it. Amazed I finally went to Marlin, the head manager who was shocked that his employees acted this way and he talked to them and eventually they admitted what happened was their fault.I hope Ken Garff group reads this, apparently this horrible service is known through the community yet nothing is being done about it. I learned of people who drive past this Riverdale Honda dealership to go to the Bountiful Location because the service is so bad. This consistently bad experience lets me know that this horrible service and dishonesty is a culture of Ken Garff. My wife and I are looking for a family car soon and we will avoid every Ken Garff dealership as well as telling our friends and family to avoid them as well.

We worked with Conor Jameson and would 100% recommend! I spoke with him after talking to about 8 other sales reps all the way down to Orem to all the way up in Logan (& everywhere I between) searching for the model I needed. He was the ONLY one who quickly sent/offered information before I asked like the differences in trims and prices for add ons. He checked in frequently, and did what he could to make signing go quicker for us. Just an amazing experience and exceptionally service!

Absolutley recommend Ken Garff Honda Riverdale. The whole car buying/trade-in process was a breeze. Mario was the best car dealer/person that I have dealt with in the industry in a very long time. Tyler was the sales rep I worked with and he was awesome. It's my first time buying a brand new car and he walked me through every step of the process. In the early stages, he even caught a defaulted account on my credit report that I never knew about and I was able to get that cleared up with his help. Overall an excellent experience with the sales and other staff I worked with. I would absolutely recommend working with the Riverdale staff/dealership.

Have been servicing my Hondas here for the last 11 years. Today was definitely not the service I am used to. Unable to contact service throughout the day. Called several times, left messages with no return phone calls and no updates. Took me an hour and a half finally get a hold of service and have the shuttle pick me up. Not the service department it used to be.
