Got my car repaired here and they replaced my trunk lid and right marker light. I had my mother pick up the car because I was working so she didn t think she needed to look over the car. The next day when I see the car, I notice that the tail light is completely different from the other one. Tony my advisor took no blame saying he didn t see it and now it s been another week and they ve ask for money twice in 1 week totaling $400 for 1 tail light on a 2010.Update:The manager was very considerate and understanding and gave me a free detail. So good manager, bad body workers.

Fantastic Service! I could not be more please with the level of service I received after taking my truck in after a crazy driver swerved in front of my and slammed on her brakes causing me to slam into her. After Ken Gaff's mechanics were done with my truck, you couldn't even tell there was ever any damage.I worked with an adjuster named Justin who was great at communicating any issues, and personally ensured my truck was done quickly! Thanks for taking care of me!

This place is pretty busy so sometimes communicating with them was challenging. That being said they did a great job with my vehicle and I would highly recommend them. If I need any body work done again this is where I'm going.

It appears this shop has quite the history of incompetence. I've found more damage caused by this shop so I get to babysit this nightmare some more.Lets run this down point by point. On drop off I used the key drop. First I marked I didn't want to receive text messages. It is lazy. 2nd I left the field open for getting my parts back. They couldn't follow up on that much. Let alone I didn't know my car was received until I got a text message.I called a few days later to follow up. I told them what part to keep. After being hit I bought a cheap set of lenses to protect the socket. On pickup the part wasn't there. The estimator went looking and came back with a junk yard part. Me "I bought new." Him "This is what we have." (See pics) They didn't have it because they didn't bother to replace it. But they charged the insurance co. (See pics) Don't do me any favors. They also didn't bother to replace a damaged bug shield. I measured out 5' and you can still see it clearly.Day of pickup I call at 3 to verify it'll be ready. I learned they didn't have a bumper for it yet. So nobody knew this over the past 2 weeks? It magically was discovered 2.5 hours before it was due? When I picked up there was a baggie of misc. screws in the cup holder left over. Those were quickly taken away.An auto shop class would server you better.

They are ok. Wait time was about 7x the time they told me. 4 days vs 14 days. Nice customer service but paint was orange peel.

I wish I did not get my car repaired here. The problems started off with them giving me an incorrect completion date. 15 days (and a large Enterprise bill) later I was finally told my car would be done Friday at 4. I even have the text and estimate. Friday comes around and when I called they said it would be ready that evening. I waited... and waited.... and called about 5 times. The (very abrasive and unkind) receptionist told me they would call and that my car was almost done. They never did and I got stuck with an extra $100 charged to me from Enterprise. Monday rolls around and they called apologizing that they forgot to tell me my car was ready Friday at 5:50 PM. I could have been there to pick it up! I gladly would have. When I picked up my car (from the same unfeeling receptionist) I told her the situation above. No apology or restitution of any sort. I get my keys and found my car and my hubcaps are missing. I notify them of this issue and then I put my keys in the ignition and the engine will not start. It finally did, but I'm taking it to get inspected. I am honestly worried about the underlying problems with my car after taking it there. Oh how I wish I would have taken my car to Car Star in Layton. That would have saved me a lot of grief and a few hundred dollars as well.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Ken Garff Body & Glass did an excellent body repair on my Acura. The work was completed exactly when they said it would be complete. Their communication was comprehensive, letting me know almost each day of progress. I recommend them to friends and family.Service: Auto body & trim repairService: Auto body & trim repair

This place is so incompetent, so inept it's amazing they stay in business. These amateurs can't even answer their phone! It took my husband and I both calling several times to get any reply. We'd gotten text messages saying that we'd get updates on our car. But then there never any updated text messages. This is the 2nd time our car has been into this shop for repairs after traffic accidents. Last time they had our car for over a month! Yet we promised it would take 2 weeks! This time, we were told 2-3 days and now suddenly its going to be closer to 3 weeks! They are so stupid, they don't even know how to count days!None of the staff are helpful or kind. DON'T bring your car here.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

If you need to choose a place and your accident might involve engine work go elsewhere. Apparently "they don't have a mechanic." There words not mine. Maybe bring your jumper cables when picking up your car also in case someone from that shop left the inside lights on. Also your car is not in the most secure place they don't even lock there gates at night and have little lighting. I could go on and on. Also don't be concerned when they forget to ground something as big as the item shown in the picture. Choose some were else.

My vehicle was towed to Riverdale after an accident. Discouraging experience. I was told at least 2 weeks to even access the damage. I was told 8-10 weeks possibly for parts. Definitely glass empty type of staff. I understand the delays we are facing but this team is not encouraging at all. Especially to a woman. I had the vehicle moved to another service provider. They have already begun to access the damage. I may end up with the same parts delay, but I definitely will feel much better than at Ken Garff in Riverdale.Service: Body & Trim

Ken Garff was very busy when I brought in my Honda. Despite that, they were very swift with repairs and kept me updated till the end when they finished a day earlier than expected. Repairs were satisfactory and they truly cared about the customer having a satisfactory experience. I would like to thank Ken Garff for their professionalism and helping navigate me through this stressful situation. I would strongly recommend themService: General repairs & maintenance

This company is amazing. They have worked on two of our vehicles and they have done wonderful work. They kept us informed of the entire process and made sure we knew exactly what to expect.. They also care about you on a personal level. Brianna was so sweet and took great care of us. I hope we don't have to have any more work done, but if we do we know where to go.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Everyone I spoke with was kind and courteous. They kept me updated on the cars progress. The rear fender and the trunk lid did not align properly, so they needed to be adjusted. The bumper also needed to be adjusted. They promptly took care of the problems and it was ready early the next morning.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I have used these guys 3 times this year. For my car which has been rear-ended everytime. Once one day after getting it back. I love the work, most importantly I love how they do quality checks before returning the car. It makes all the difference. I would tell anyone to here for great work and fantastic service. I wouldn't go anywhere else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you want to manage the repair of your vehicle and play middle person between them and your insurance company. This is your place. If you want the repair done right the first time then go to John Chevalier Collision Centerz. It is right up the road. If you want to see why read further.I have a 2018 Ram 1500 that was involved in a minor accident that required the rear bumper to be replaced. I had the estimate done at their shop. Three days later there was no communication between them and me in regards to when I need to drop the truck off for the repair. I called to determine the status of the estimate and they said they were waiting on the insurance company. I called the insurance company and they sent over the approval during the call. It appears they were not doing a very good job of communicating with anyone for this repair.I told them that I would be on vacation for a week if they could do the repair during that time and they said no problem. This was the second week of June. I dropped the truck off prior to leaving and did not hear from the entire week I was gone. I called them when I got back and they said the work was not done because they were waiting for an adjustment approval from the insurance company. I called and once again they had the adjustment sent to them.Because of all of this I now had to get a rental car. The work was said to be completed the following Thursday. I still did not hear anything from them the entire week. I called them that Thursday to determine the status and they said it had been done for a day and a half. I told them that I never received a call about it being ready. When I went to get the truck I looked over the repair and the bumper they fixed was damaged and a cover for the step on the bumper was missing. This could have been a manufacturer defect, but that is not my concern. I told them I was not accepting the truck in that condition. They told me that they would have to order another bumper and see what it looks like. This is going on week three. I told them to do what they needed to do to get the truck back to the way it was when I bought it. They finally had the truck finished the following Wednesday. This repair took over three weeks to be completed.

I do appreciate the customer service and the timely manner that they repaired my car. Customer service is definitely top-notch. As for the work they did on my car... as I said they did finish my car in a timely manner but I am not completely satisfied with the work and the finished product in which I plan to speak with them about at my soonest convenience! To be continued...

This auto shop kept me informed of the status of my car while they kept it for several days to fix the body of my car due to an accident. The office staff was very courteous at all times. When I got my car back, they (mechanics) had even painted the rock chips on my hood that was above and beyond from the accident repair. I was also impressed that you couldn t even tell my car was in an accident. Thank you Ken Garff Body & Glass Ogden!! You exceeded my expectations (which are usually hard to exceed...;-))Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I ve taken two vehicles to this place because my insurance recommended them. The first experience they did a horrible paint job which I made them fix along with very obvious paint splatters on the black trim of the grill. The second vehicle they lost an after market part for my Jeep tailgate and my bumper. They tried over charging me 3 times, we finally agreed on a price, I paid them they turned right around and charged my insurance a huge supplemental bill for absolutely nothing...which is being investigated right now. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL NEVER HAVE A VEHICLE REPAIRED HERE EVER AGAIN.

It looks like they gave themselves a different name on google so I'll leave this one here too. They worked with the insurance company covering the repair on my vehicle to keep repairs and cost at a bare minimum which led to sub-par workmanship. They also took over 2 1/2 months to "finish" the work. My truck has never has been the same since the accident, and they contributed to that by doing everything they could to do as little as possible.

I was rear-ended at the end of February and scheduled to have my back bumper fixed with ken garff about ten days later. Waiting that long was fine because my car was running perfectly anyways so it wasn t a huge deal. I pick my car up from them a week after I dropped it off and the bumper looks great, what wasn t great was that I no longer had a running car. I tried to drive it home and I couldn t get my vehicle to go faster than 25mph. They won t take any responsibility for my car not working and are saying it s just a bad coincidence.

My vehicle had minor damage due to being hit while parked. Ken Garff worked with both insurance companies and provided hassle free service. The work was done on-time and they even worked with me to fix a couple of extra things not damaged in the accident. Great customer service and my 11 year old car looks new, again!!! Thank you Ken Garff!!!Service: Body & Trim

This body shop definitely lives up to its awesome one star reviews it has! As well as what people have to say! I truely don t recommend this untrustworthy shop to anyone! Unless of course you want to be the one having to call to get updates on your vehicle or get lied too! Took them 3 weeks to finish my car. Never got a phone call when it was done. Was lied to that my car was alligned and of course I had to take it back so they could actually do what they were paid for. When I picked up the car I pointed out gaps along my fender and hood on the car to the adjuster Mathew I believe was his name. And he just blew me off and didn t even seem to care one bit. Why would he right? He already got paid and it s not his car.Definitely won t ever come back to any Ken Garff shop or dealership after the way I was treated here!

Their completion date estimates appear randomly made up and it seems they have no intention of keeping their promised completion dates. You ll receive one apology after another as to why the sixth and seventh due dates can t be met and then they ll smile and give you an 8th completion date. Two stars instead of one because they are very nice while they give you fake completion dates. I can t speak to the quality of their work yet because we still don t have the car back.

Working with these guys.... was a blessing! Roy kept me informed everyday on the process of my vehicle. He listened to me on what I wanted looked at and what needed to be done. He walked out and climbed under my vehicle with me to show me all the parts that were replaced. Also cory kicked butt on the repair! We were incredibly impressed with how well it blended and how nice it looked! Thanks guys for never disappointing!

The initial repair portion of my experience went well. One piece was left off my car, and it took over a month to get it back on my car due to several people telling me, "We will order it and call you back." The awesome administrative assistant was the person who finally got stuff done. If you have an issue, let her help you. This other guys at the desks/ones answering the phone seem uninterested in actually helping.
